HireRight was contacted by Ms*** prospective employer on May 14th, to conduct a background screen. HireRight completed the request and provided the results to Ms*** prospective employer on May 25th, 2016. There were numerous reports requested. Unfortunately, Ms
*** was not specific in her complaint regarding what she believes to be inaccurate and HireRight was not able to determine what report or reports Ms*** may be referencing. HireRight did conduct a thorough review of our files and found no record of Ms*** contacting HireRight to discuss possible incorrect information or to dispute such information. If Ms*** believes information on any of her reports to be incorrect or incomplete, she should contact HireRight’s Applicant Service Excellence Team at 866-521-option and request to speak with Dante Borghese. If Ms*** prefers to file her dispute online she can access HireRight’s website at www.hireright.com. From that page she should select “Dispute the accuracy of your report” under Consumers, Applicants, Drivers at the bottom of the page. HireRight will be happy to assist Ms***

HireRight was contacted to conduct a background screening on Ms*** on September 25th, 2014. The background screening was completed and results provided to the potential hiring company on October 10th, 2014. Ms*** contacted HireRight on several occasions on October 10th asking for
a status check on her background check stating she was advised by her recruiter that there was a hold up on her background. On each occasion Ms*** was advised that HireRight completed their portion of the background screening and the information was provided to her potential employer. At no time did Ms*** dispute the accuracy of her report

Mr., *** contacted HireRight regarding a record being reported incorrectly. The dispute was promptly filed on January 27th, and the investigation was initiated On February 17, the record was updated and Mr*** and his potential employee were notified. If Mr***

HireRight was contacted by Mr*** prospective employer, *** & Company LLC, to conduct a background screening on Mr*** on March 9th, 2015. Included in the request by *** & Company LLC to perform a background screening HireRight was asked to investigate and report on Mr
*** past credit history. The information was obtained and reported to *** & Company LLC on March 16th, 2015. On March 9th, Mr*** signed a consent form authorizing a background screening be conducted and was advised on the consent that the background report may contain information regarding his credit standing. HireRight is not involved in any of the hiring decisions made by its clients and Mr*** would need to discuss his hiring eligibility directly with *** & Company LLC. Mr*** filed a dispute with HireRight regarding his credit report information on March 28th, 2015. HireRight conducted a reinvestigation into the disputed information and sent Mr*** a letter advising on the outcome of his dispute along with an updated copy of his report on April 3rd, 2015. HireRight has conducted a thorough search and is unable to locate a previous request performed for *** Seating. In response to Mr*** complaint of receiving unsolicited calls, HireRight does not provide or sell any personal information. If Mr*** has any questions regarding the reports prepared by HireRight or the outcome of his dispute he can contact HireRight’s Applicant Care Team at 866-521-6995 option *

HireRight was contacted by Mr*** on June 9th, who requested credit for two orders that had to be placed again due to account setup issues. The credit was submitted for approval on June 17th, 2016. HireRight is reviewing to see if the credit was approved and if it was not what
steps need to be taken to complete the credit request. HireRight will be in communication with Mr*** once the issue is resolved and credit has been applied to Mr***'s account. If Mr*** has any questions or needs to reach HireRight he may do so at *** option

Regards,    Hire right would not sign the United States Government form that I had fax twice to the last lady that I had talke to They stopped talking to me when I had informed them that they where being recorded because I have talked to 6 other people that have been giving and saying different information all those recording can be sent to your company and to hire right. I have still given them there information my ssn is different from the one that was sent to me I have been in the state less then 6 month from NM with the other person has been living here for over 20 years which the court records shows which I had to play for public records to get this information not like hire right that just web search there information;

As we mentioned in our previous response, in order to comply with the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) we do have a formal disputes process that may be utilized when a candidate feels that inaccurate data has been reported. When our team receives such a request, we go back to the source of the information to further investigate and verify the accuracy of  what we reported to our customer.
