I am rejecting this response because:Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:They have contacted me, with the exact same response pattern as last yearNo changes have been madeIt is merely stalling with many emails saying the same “send video” response that does not make any senseWe sent the video yet again https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B08pNJ1sszy2NHloal80ZUtTaUk/view and we also resent the three photos showing they never manufactured the controller properly, it is missing a little metal bridge to the second channel and it has no solder, so it will not ever workIn addition, I sent a snap shot of the web description proving it was supposed to be a preassembled drone, and they sent boxes with a kit of many bits and pieces, no instructions, no ability to call anyone by telephone, and then they say to return it, we are responsible for more shipping (which was originally $40) as well as a restocking fee and the box had been openedThis business has no intention of resolving the matterThey receive the photos and videos, then just keep asking for more in an endless loopThey do not make any comments about how they sold us a box of bits instead of the fully assembled drone describedThey have not responded to the last two emails I sent.This response is unacceptableThey offered to give me a five dollar coupon to my next purchase and said they were closing the complaintThey should be crediting me over $for the box of incompatible poorly manufactured parts that don’t assemble to make a working droneWe didn’t even buy a KIT, we bought a DRONE and they should be sending us the fully assembled drone they advertise in the item description! I have added an attachment of the screenshot which proves the item was supposed to be a preassembled drone, and I have added photos of the controller part which has no bridge and can’t work both channelsThe video link is listed in this comment, the video they keep saying they don’t have, but it clearly shows the libre pilot not being able to connect with the drone BECAUSE THEY SENT US A FAULTY CONTROLLERThey will not acknowledge their responsibility for any of this while we have proven again and again that they have sent us something other than what we purchased, it wasn’t functional, and they have stalled a year addressing how they will make reparation for this.Sincerely,*** ***
