Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First (in January), [redacted] initially told me that the check was going to be sent by Alpha Warranty and not Holiday motorsSecond (now that I have their attention and they actually cancelled the warranty), I still haven't received a checkSo yes, I filed a dispute on my credit card to get the money back for the warranty ($1750)Now that I have my money back for the warranty, I want my money back for the repairs on the vehicle they sold me knowing that it had these issuesBoth Georgetown Mazda (service manager will testify), and Alpha warranty (the warranty service they sold me) will agree that Holiday motors knew of the issues the vehicle had when they sold it to meI was told by both of them that basically, all they did before they sold it to me was reset the computer to temporarily shut off the check engine lightThe check engine light turned on miles after leaving the dealership! I didn't even make it home!I feel that if Holiday motors wants to make it right they should have paid for all the repairsInstead they are playing this war of attrition and they hope I'll quit so they don't have to payI don't understand how it's so difficult for them to understand that: I wanted a car, bought a car, was sold the warranty, car was sold to me with known pre-existing issues, check engine light came on miles after leaving dealership, warranty they sold to me didn't cover it because after investigation it was determined dealership knew of issues, they (Holiday motors) wouldn't cover all the repairs, I paid for some of the repairs out of pocket because it was my only means of transportation and had no choice, asked them to cancel warranty/send me refund, then took just under months to cancel warranty, and still not send a check or pay for my out of pocket repair cost.I will accept a response when I receive a check for the repairs I paid for out of my pocket in the amount of $ Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have not received any money from Holiday Motors, LLC as of this morning The whole time you had my jeep you said you were trying to get it done through the warranty, but as soon as I put a negative review on your website, you told me that you would no longer help me and I had to do it on my own You act like you are the only one that has put money into this jeep I made a large down payment, drove it for days, almost wrecked twice because of the problems, have paid months of payments, have paid months of full coverage insurance, paid for a rental car for months (because you don't do loaners), paid a mechanic to replace parts, front end alignment, rotate and balance the wheels and paid [redacted] for the diagnosis fee (that didn't fix anything) I have paid out too *** I tried to get you to find me another Jeep and I kept getting the run around or lie after lie I finally got tired of it and told you I was going to take action if you didn't do something about it...so here you go As soon as the jeep is repaired, I will send you a copy of the bill and you can send me a check for that, however, I'm sure I will get a lie about that check being mailed too Just do the right thing and take care of this problem..be honest for once Regards, [redacted]

The vehicle will be transfer*** next weekThere is nothing abin the way this process was handledEven when she bought this new car from *** *** she owns it once she signs the paperwork even though it only has a paper tag when she drives it off the lot, just like when she bought it from
Holiday MotorsThe paper tag still proves ownership and there sometimes may be a delay in getting the title perfected

It is a lost title and we are working to expedite it.*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: the jeep never left a hard top road and I told them to feel free to check the GPS they installed*** did replace a couple of parts and so did I, yet the jeep still has the same problem The jeep did not have the wobble when I test drove it or even when I drove it home, therefore, that's why I took it back..to have it fixed under warranty I have not received any money from Holiday Motors as of today (9/24/2015) and gave them several chances to make this right They told me that since I had left a bad review on the website, they couldn't help me anymore *** said he mailed the check on sept 14th, then sept and I still don't have it....yet he mailed my plates on sept and they arrived yesterday I don't think a check was ever mailed

I am rejecting this response because:
I have responded to **'s text - he asked for my work address and stated he was going to pick up the vehicle on Monday, May and NEVER SHOWED UP or called/text to explain why and set up a new time This was the exact same issue as before Yes, I signed the odometer reading but as I stated in my complaint - I was told that they did not have to "count" the mileage put on the car due to "test drives" A friends husband stated that did not sound right
My main issue is getting the car fixed and they are still making promises they can't keep And for the record, they picked up the part AFTER I went to the car dealership and had it out with them in front of everybody - as mentioned in my complaint

This is the first we are hearing about these issues, months laterShe bought the vehicle and it ran well all this timeIt was running great when she took delivery or she would not have purchased the vehicle
