if you placed the order with an Amex you can call them and they will look into it if they have several complaints amex will stop doing business with them. im pretty sure that Hollywooddlace does not want Amex cancelling them. if you know anyone else going through the same thing you and I are going though have them call their credit card company. these people need to stop ripping off consumers. I have stopped ordering through them.

I left a negative review on December 29, It was about a phone rep that at the time I thought was the owner or the manager The owner has contacted me several times since then and has attempted to make things right He has gone above and beyond to make to accomodate I willing to give the company a second chance and I am positive he will make sure his phone rep will not perpetuate this again
