Bad product, bad service, took my money and wood not make it right , also lost one of the products
Ordered the product based on there guaranteed and promos, product was not what they advertised, mrs Nella ask me to send them both back and she would pay for the return, when she got them she told me it was my fault , reworked one of them, missed the color, didn't style it which I paid for, and lost the other one

Have not received items purchased and promised on a specific date
Have tried to work with HL, to no avail

I am a women that has trichotillomania and it started at age but by the time I was 27, I stated to wear hair systems I was going to local Salon (father/daughter) for yearsfor appt U had apptscheduled for a Thursday and he called Tuesday to see if I could come in, and I couldn't but he still expected me to pay $ Well that is one mistake he still regrets I found Hollywood Lace on-line and they were very helpful, I sent in old system so they had cap size WOW the system was better that I ever got from Salon So I have been using Hollywood Lace since and everyone says how nice the hair is and looks much better than what he gave me I recently had systems that came in and were knotting, I called and Nela was very nice and we resolved problem with system right away and I just received the replacements and they are GREAT Thank you Hollywood Lace and Nela The hair stylist that cuts my systems, say she would never know it wasn't my own hair let alone she ordered system for her father in-law with my help He loves it

Refusal to resolve an issue with a defective hair system

I've been ordering lace wigs and toupees for myself and others for well over ten years Hollywoodlace EASILY has the absolute best quality hair pieces and wigshands down, no question The prices are excellent for the quality I will never order from anyone else as long as they're in business However, they are SLOWWWWWWW so so so slow It will take three months to get a custom made wig from them even though they say it will take a month It's totally worth the wait but it takes forever They made a HUGE mistake with a $order I placed but have corrected the mistake

I left a negative review on December 29, 2014. It was about a phone rep that at the time I thought was the owner or the manager. The owner has contacted me several times since then and has attempted to make things right. He has gone above and beyond to make to accomodate. I willing to give the company a second chance and I am positive he will make sure his phone rep will not perpetuate this again.

Great company. I've been ordering from them for years. They take longer than advertised to get products into my hands but the quality is WAY beyond the competition and I've been ordering hair pieces and lace wigs for over a decade from many different suppliers.

I just spoke with who I believe was either the owner or the sales manager of Hollywoodlace, named [redacted] He was the MOST UNHELPFUL individual I have ever spoke with in this line of business. Rude on the phone and not truthful (for example, mentioning that his thin 0.3 mm skin system contains injected hair, which in fact the system is too thin to support injection and it could only be v -looped!).
Now he could have made a mistake about his product (although he should not if he truly cares about what he is doing), but the reason for my review is not that. it is his crummy attitude that made me eliminate him as one of my potential hair replacement supplier. I just want everyone to be aware, that the man does not stand by his product, acts like you own him something when answering your questions, and worst of all he will not try to work with you to help you replace your hair. Additionally, he will not guarantee his systems once he sells them to you (regardless of what his website might say). This was his attitude to a potential customer. I am glad I saw his tru color before actually spending my money on his work. Buy from him at your own risk. I know I will not!

I have placed a my order and it was not delivered on a timely manner. I had to keep sending email to request. It was a very long delay for get the system.

I paid $500 for a "customer hair system", it arrived late, the quality is worse than a off the rack wig at Walmart and the customer service is horrible. They refuse to replace it even though is was never worn. The "undetectable knots" they described look as if the hair was glued to the unit with liquid nails. Poor customer service, deceptive business tactics and an all around lousy company.

Placed an order for a toupe with a clear specifications. Again sent an email as a reminder to [redacted] (Manager/owner). The product received was missing two things: First one was the color and the other was putting poly in the system. I spoke to this person and she told me that she herself has checked the product and it was alright. I reminded her that the color was not same as my original order, moreover it has been dyed (during first washing, the color came off). I believe that they do not care for the customer and only interested in pocketing $$.

This company is a scam. They did not respond to me regarding my complaint and I contacted them 3 times. What I received, after waiting 6 weeks for something I had a rush order on of 3-4 weeks, was horrible.. Photos of the product are not even remotely close to what you receive. Beware, stay away from Hollywood Lace
