I checked the link they sent me and clearly states the claim to be filed by the sender and have to produce proof of insurance and proof of damage, both I dont have but HL! Hair came out after few days of wear.Also tangled and dry brittle

Let me enlighten you- My experience with Hollywood Lace was quite different
To begin, my sales representative's name is ***He was very pleasant to speak with, good guy, funny and is very knowledgable of their products*** took his time to answer every one of my questions patiently
I received my hair piece yesterday, I ordered the "Hollywood Lace with full poly" Now I have to say, I am a very picky person with my piece so I provided pictures to ensure that he had an idea of exactly what I needed
Well, I am happy to say No complaints here! I am very relieved that my experience was a good one, although I can say these reviews here can be pretty scary
My advice to anyone ordering a hair piece is, take your time, do your homework and consider all the factors before ordering a hair piece if this is your first time like mine be patient as this can be a tricky process, after all we are ordering hair pieces via phone
Again I had a great experience with Hollywood Lace and I intend to continue doing business with them real soonI will definitely give another review once I begin to wear my piece
