They attempted to deliver additional materials on 9/26, over weeks after we had last spoken with someone from HIS No one contacted us to let us know a delivery would be occurring No one returned our calls to provide a status update on the project It was over weeks since we had said we wanted a refund on the deposit due to the unreasonable delay Seven months is an excessive timeframe in which to complete a less than square foot room addition The previously delivered materials have been sitting outside for several weeks and some are warped due to exposure At this point, I have no faith the project would be completed timely going forward We want a refund of our deposit minus the cost for the blueprints Sincerely,

I am not aware of any issues. My production manager is out of town due to the holiday, but we will contact the consumer early next week to address the issues stated in the complaint

Mrs***, I think this came to us before you and I spoke. I am sorry for the delays in production. I strive to make everything go smooth for all my clients but we are not perfect. I am going to do everything in my power to get this completed like we talked about a
couple days ago. *** is a great installer and I have confidence he will come through for us both. thank you

I am sorry you feel that way. we strive to make all of our clients happy. However, we are not perfect. Sometime there are things that prolong projects such as yours. We as a company do sell ALOT of business and installers get backed up. This is what happened with your project. We fully intended and still intend if possible to install your contracted job. Again, I am sorry for the delays

because: This has been very timely, and I cannot put my life on hold to tell me when they are going to start the jobThe material has been on order for months, and every time I call them I get an answering machineI would like my money back in full

We apologize for the delays that happened We do a lot of business and get backed up, waiting for permitting and getting custom parts for the roofing. Financing takes time and in her case, took a little longer to get the money she needed. We took care of this for her.
However, once everything was finalized, the permits were okay and we ordered the custom designed roof tress system, they were delivered to her property, and she refused to accept them and told the driver to leave. I am assuming she does not want us to do the project. I have the custom made materials in my possession and I want to finish this project for her

The issue with this company has not been resolved. Since filing the complaint in Oct., no one has been to our home to resume the remodeling workI have not had any communication from Home Improvement since Decafter I contacted the company via email. I had tried several times to contact them at their office, but no one was answering and it went into voice mail. I tried reaching the again by phone today and the mailbox is fullWe would like to reopen this complaintThank you*** * *** ***

I have contacted this business at least five times about the issues and they never have returned.  If they were to contact me the week of November 29, they never did.All I want is for them follow thru on their promises and make the repairs.

I am rejecting this response because:
I called them after receiving the letter from the Revdex.com, and I asked they send an email verifying that I will get my money back. I told them I did not want any issues to start because of this. I was told this was not a problem. I have heard nothing back from them. I would like a return of my down payment from them.

Failure to Perform Repair Service In A Timely Manner   In April of 2016 I had Home Improvement Select remodel my master bedroom bathroom. The work was completed April 6, 2016. On November 2, 2016 the shower head started to leak. Plus a stabilizing bracket kept falling off.                           On November 30, 2016 [redacted] came by to repair the above items. He was unable to stop the leaking problem in fact the leaking problem got worst after his attempt to fix it. He told me that he was going to have to order a part and come back. He stated that the replacement part may not fix the problem and he may have to make additional repairs to fix the problem. He was unable to tell when the part would come in or when he would be available to install the part.                           I cannot accept the Business Response since the problem has not been fix and I have no idea when the problem is going to be fix correctly.  My repair service should be a priority since as of today I have already waited 4 weeks for repair services. I am giving Home Improvement Select until December 15, 2016 to make the additional repairs.

At Home Improvement Select we pride ourselves on having the highest quality materials for our clients. Most of which are custom made to fit.
Ms....

[redacted] purchased custom materials that were offered to her at the time of the estimate. Because of the nature of custom building to fit the exact specifications of the rooms at hand, we do not give exact time frames for work to be done. This was explained to Ms. [redacted] at the time of the telephone call to cancel her agreement. Once it was explained that she had purchased these custom products she agreed to move forward with the project.
The work has begun and will look fantastic when finished.
Sorry for any confusion on our part.

I am sorry for the delay.  The vendor ordered the railing wrong from the order we sent to them.  after it came in wrong we immediately reordered and the correct handrail is ready to be picked up as of Wednesday the 23rd of November.  We did not pick it up due to thanksgiving but it is...

ready to go now.  We will be in touch as soon as possible to get the install scheduled.  Again,  sorry for the delay and expect ot here from us very soon.  thanks

To Whom it may concern. The client purchased a custom built wall system to fill in the patio covered area. There were delays in the delivery from the manufacturer and the client was given a substantial discount of the project because of this. ...

The CUSTOM built walls are scheduled to be in our warehouse Wednesday and Thursday of this week as we told the client Monday of this week and guaranteed the install to take place next Monday the 28th. She agreed. Home Improvement Select fully intends to install and finish the project to the clients satisfaction. Sorry for the delay.

I am rejecting this response because:I turned in the cancelation notice...

to them on 9-12-16 and have never gotten my money back as of yet, this is just another stall. No name  as to whom is researching and getting back and the messages does not say they are refunding my money at this time. Let's see how long it takes?
