Although we had a slow start due to a product needing to be re-ordered, the job they completed went well and we are pleased with the result and the clean up They had a creative solution to a minor problem which was supposed to be temporary but turned out so nice we think we'll keep it
I have been very disappointed with the service and follto a pending negotiationThey have come out times to complete what should have been completed the 1st timeThe final problem, which was to make an adjustment to the shower head, was never done and I ended up having to do it myselfI returned the shower head and I asked for an adjustment to compensate for the returned shower head and having to finish the project myselfI was told they had to talk to 'the boss' before I received credit to my billI have not received any feedback regarding this adjustmentThis may be a one time event but I felt it necessary to let people know what happened Gil C

The work done on my shower installation was excellent The work crew went above and beyond to ensure a perfect fit and finish On the other hand, the wrong size walls were initially ordered resulting in a two week delay Also, the total work time was about hours over two daysIt seems that everything has to go perfectly to achieve the 'one-day installation' promise

Nothing but good things to say about dreamstyle remodeling I had them install their "bathwraps" productThe salesman, David, was very pleasant, not at all pushy he helped us pick out what we neededAnother technician, Noah, came and double checked the measurements before ordering the product he was also nice to deal with The final step was the install (supposed to take one day) The installers, Joseph and Hunter arrived at 8am and were finished by 5pmThey were polite and considerate, did a fabulous job,and did a good job of cleaning up after they were done

I would never recommend this company to anybodyThey have very poor communication, are totally unorganized and hide behind the "Corporate office" excuse at all turns I called them after receiving a flyer in the mail because I really wanted to remodel my sunroom and turn it into a functional roomThe sales guy was very nice and seemed knowledgeable and pointed out every detail of what I was signing except for the small print that stated I had business days to cancel my contractWhen the next guy called me to schedule the photographs, I expressed my distress about signing such an expensive contract and he told me about the cancellation policy I immediately emailed my sales guy, but I was days too late and when I communicated to the sales mgr, he called "Corporate" and they basically said, Too bad...I could not cancel my contractI begged and pleaded and they stuck to their stubborn gunsI felt stuck and now unhappy with this company that I would be forced to concede my initial 10K deposit or give them another 22K to finish the projectThey offered me more stuff instead of what I really wanted and even coerced me into signing something that said when all was said and done, I could not complain on social media or registrar of contractors It was not until the City of Phoenix saved me by denying their original drawings per our contract and even then, they were planning to trying to get the city to change their minds now that they had money invested into the projectThey should have just done the decent thing and let me out of my contract in the first placeKarma prevailed, but I just wanted to warn others about doing business with this most unscrupoulus company I finally got my deposit back after they had no choice...this is months after my original meeting with the sales guy
Shower Enclosure Remodel I was looking for a one-stop remodeler for my bathroom project so as to avoid juggling plumbers, dry wallers and other contractorsDreamstyle Remodelers filled that needMoreover, they said that my installation would be a one day job which also appealed to meI did not want to sit around wasting time waiting for the craftsmen The installation date turned out to be weeks from the contract signing; but I was in no hurry so that was fine The project included new wall and floor system, valves and a shower head, and a shower doorThe price was $11,475, which I thought was high, but for the convenience of a single contractor doing the job in one day, I moved ahead On the day of the installation, men arrived but informed me that they did not have the shower door or one of the grab barsThey proceeded with the demolition and hauled away all the old fixtures and equipmentThe demo was cleanly done, with appropriate plastic coverings on the doors and counters They then proceeded with the new plumbing and walls which came in three piecesUnfortunately, the installer informed me that he had ruined one piece of the wall while sawingThis meant that the walls could not be completedSo at the end of the first day, my job was half done On day two, after the delivery of a new wall section in the afternoon (and the grab bar, but not the shower), the installer arrived about 5:pm to complete the wallBut it could not be done because his “heat gun” was inoperative and the wall could not be flattenedSo he left at 5:and the job had not progressed On day three, the installer arrived with the shower door and a new “heat gun”I think the installer was supposed to be off that day, so I appreciated that he arrived to complete the job..which he did The final project looks fine and I am satisfied but I am disappointed that it took three days, and that with a lead time of months the components were not available on the day of installationI felt that by paying a premium price, the service should have been as promisedThe fixtures and components themselves could not have accounted for more than 25% of the price since they were mid level quality, so I essentially was paying for the timely and professional execution of the project
