Everyone I have dealt with at Dreamstyle has been nice and professionalI've had my shower built out bigger than standard so I know that everything takes a little bit longerMy installer, Joseph T., did the install aloneHe had to reroute some plumbing because the original builder put it on the outside of the studs instead of in the wallHe was here all day, but he still made sure to clean up before he leftHe even asked me to check outside and make sure he cleaned up there as wellThe shower looks greatI'm just waiting on the custom doors and a shelving unit that was ordered incorrectlyIf those two items go the same way as everything else, my rating will stand
John a Design Consultant came out to the house we went over what they could offer me and come up with something that I wanted very nice and helpfulSo the two gentlemen that came out this morning was pretty much on time but did call me to tell me they were on there wayThey came in went over with me on what I order and then they started and had it finishedBy 3:the same day.Lyle and Will were superThey made sure that I was happy and they cleaned up they were both super guys.I would recommend Dreamstyle to anyone that needed there servicesThanks [redacted]
I found Home Resort Living of Arizona in a flyer that had a Senior discount I wanted to have my tub/shower removed and replaced with a shower stall only Doug C [redacted] was my installer for my remodel He arrived at the scheduled time and worked all day to remove my tub/shower and replace it with a new shower I love my new shower which has enough space for two people because it is the length of my old tub My installer explained the process during the installation and completion I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to remodel their old bathroom

Lester and Justin did an smazing job on our bathroom remodel They arrived on time, had all the materials they needed and went right to work! They worked steady all day long and were very pleasant answering our questions They finished in a timely manner and left everything spotless! Outstanding job!
The crew was very efficient once they got started. I did a tub to shower remodel. Following removal of everything, the job was completed in one day as stated. I'm happy to have a walk in shower and no repairs that are needed as part of this process. The 3 wall panels, going from floor to ceiling, look sleek and clean.
I like the patio, walkway, and screened room that were constructedI can’t give an unqualified approval due to the following issues: 1) I could not count on workers arriving on time and I could not count on deliveries being made on time, which contributed to the job taking a week longer than was scheduled2) Workers left concrete dust and gravel on the driveway and concrete splatters on stucco walls as well as completely filling the trash barrel with their debris, which resulted in my having to clean up after them and not being able to use the trash barrel for a week until it could be emptied3) Work was not scheduled with my input; rather, I would be told when they were coming for the job, leaving me to either delay the work or try to change my commitments to accommodate them or not be here when the work was being done4) I never got a customary call from workers saying they were on the way, so that when they were over an hour late I had to make the calls to find out if they were coming5) When I asked for a break-down of costs for the concrete work and the screened room, I was told it wasn’t possible for me to get the information due to it being a "package" price which left me feeling unsure of exactly what I was paying for

On 9/19/Josh/Rob installed a new shower in master bathroom They were on time, pleasant, and answered any and all questions I had The work area was spotless when they left and I couldn't be happier with their workmanship The customer service was remarkable..calls to remind and confirm install/time and satisfaction...I would hire again in a heart beat
