This complaint is a bit confusing MrC [redacted] and MsG [redacted] entered into a tub to shower conversion agreement with us on Monday, August 21st, By law, MrC [redacted] and MsG [redacted] were extended their day right to rescind MsG [redacted] cancelled her agreement with us on Thursday, August 24th, Upon receiving the written cancellation, we gave a courtesy call to MrC [redacted] and/or MsG [redacted] to inquire if it was something that could be easily resolved No one became angry and nor did or would anyone hang up on MsG [redacted] After processing her credit card refund (partial payment), and as MsG [redacted] stated, her deposit was refunded to her by her credit card company on Monday, August 28th, Additionally, as part of our immediate service we call to schedule a site measure for accuracy in ordering This was also done within hours We didn't badger MsG [redacted] with excessive phone calls, we didn't withhold her deposit, and we didn't refuse the cancellation We want our customers to be happy at every step of our service We're still unclear as to why this complaint initiated We pride ourselves on superior customer service and in MrC [redacted] and MsG [redacted] case we haven't side stepped our customer service mission
Justin P [redacted] arrived with his helper on time, both were cleanly appointed and very amiable in temperamentfollowing their inspection of the work area, I was informed in detail of what and how the work would be carried out The finished product was as good as I had envisioned
We had a new bathroom surround done in late MayWe had a pleasant experience with John, our sales repHe went over all of our options, and explained how things would happen going forwardWe were given a rough estimate of the time element that would be involved, and as it turn out, it was pretty much right onParker and Jason were our installers, and they kept us on top of everything that was going onThe guys were very friendly and courteous and worked diligently all dayWhen they finished the job, everything looked great, and everything was cleaned up as wellOur bathroom looks so much nicer with the new surround, and we are glad we moved forward with the project
Lyle & Dana arrived right on time and started work immediatelyThey were courteous and kept the work area cleaned up as they completed the jobUpon completion they even swept out the garage The shower looks terrific even though we still have to wait a week for the doorsWe are very satisfied with the quality of the product and are anxious to use our new shower
I got a new walk in shower installed in my bathroomThe installers, Joseph & Hunter did a great jobThey were very professional and courteousI was very pleased

Our installer, Gregardo [redacted] (sp?) and his crew were very efficient and quick to complete the installation of our walk in showerThe demolition and the installation of the new shower went smoothlyThe crew arrived exactly to the schedule we were given and were very friendly and helpfulAll in all, this buying experience was very pleasing
[redacted] & [redacted] were running a bit late in the morning, but they gave me a call before their due time to let me know so I wasn't upset that they were not going to arrive at allLater in the day we disagreed on a point about how my home was constructed, and we spoke with the bossAfter Joseph sent some pictures to the boss, we agreed that it would be the right thing to do to continue as we were going instead of bringing in some expensive x-ray technician to check for tension bars that were not thereIt was tense for a while, but we came up with the right decision in a calm and friendly mannerI'm very happy that these professionals were able to take my view into consideration to reach the correct decision I now have a wonderful shower installed correctly where there once was a fiberglass bathtub

We had a very good experience with Dreamstyle Remodeling, they installed the beautiful Kohler Choreograph natural stone composite walls in our guest bath and all new Kohler fixtures. Just beautiful, our installers were Lyle Patterson and Dana Gannon, super nice and professional guys. They did a good job with the clean up too! I keep walking in the bathroom just to look at it! Turned out better than I imagined, I can hardly wait for guests to come and use it!
We found an ad for BathWraps in the AZ Republic and called Home Resort Living for an estimateDidn't take much time to agree on an install, knowing the cost and installation timelineThey kept us informed of finance approval time, materials delivery time, and final measurement timeNo surprises, no delaysInstall took nine hours, all in the same day--much nicer than piece work inconveniently stretched over several daysOnly one glich--leaky shower connection, but problem was fixed in timely mannerMore service companies need to operate this way!
Both Joseph T and Joe M worked diligently to ensure that we got the show just the way we wanted it Including moving the seat and the safety rails We could not have been more pleased with their work Would definitely hire them again
The install was perfectly fineJoseph [redacted] and Josh *** were very professional installersThey made sure I knew how to use everything and kept me updated with how the job was going throughout the installThe tub install turned out beautifulI would recommend this company to anyone
The end results were great Eddie and his crew were easy to work with Had two showers installed The complaints were: eight months from start to finish We were warned that it would take awhile! The floor pan broke when installing, ordered two more and they were broken in shipping The last pan arrived and was installed The main shower looks wonderful, as does the guest bath

Company has disappointed me several times People do not get back to me when I have a problem Once it was days wait Project Manager (and Sales Rep) actually measured wrong This caused a week delay once the materials came in to begin with! Once things were reordered, it was another weeks Good that you don't have to make your first loan installment for months! However, our installers - Joseph T and Will H were fantastic! Joseph was very knowledgeable and advised me with professionalism Would recommend these two gentlemen, no so sure about Dreamstyle Remodeling Sorry, but that is how I feel
We recently decided to change our old shower out for a new one through DreamStyle Remodeling, and although the price was a little over what we had budgeted for, it was well worth it They stuck to their 2-day time frame for the installation despite the surprise of a rather major plumbing issue lurking behind the existing drywall The installers found us a plumber who rectified the problem promptly We have nothing but top marks to report about the installers, Doug Clark and Conrad Butler They were professional, personable, and ran a clean job site Can't think of a single negative against them All in all this was the easiest remodel by far of anything in our home And we now have a beautiful, roomy master shower Thanks, guys!

Joseph Thomas and Hunter Hawk who installed my showers did a great job were polite and friendly were on time and explained everything very happy
