Brent arrived at our home first thing on a Saturday morning. Our thermostat wasn’t working and we had been without heat overnight. Brent asked us a few questions and then immediately got to work figuring out what the issue was. Within an hour we had heat again :) Brent is knowledgable, professional and polite and we’ll request him by name for our next HVAC service.

Andre from Home Service Doctors performed a plumbing inspection of my home. He was polite, prompt and knowledgable. Andre clearly explained the inspection and his findings. I felt comfortable making a decision based on his recommendations.

I used home services doctors to determine if I have a problem with one of my drain lines. For a very attractive fee they were able to use the camera to inspect the drain line and determine where my problem was. The plumber was efficient, professional and gave me a full explanation as the procedure was being carried out.

As a homeowner, I have found it extremely difficult to locate trades I can trust to come into my home and treat me with respect, honesty and forthright behavior. In Home Service Doctors, and specifically in Anthony E, I have finally located such a company and individual. I recently experienced a leak in the copper pipes of my second-story bathroom, resulting in the requirement to remove dry-wall from my living room/dining room ceiling in order to effect repairs. Not only did Anthony quickly and efficiently respond to and resolve this problem, he also diagnosed and swiftly resolved four other ongoing plumbing problems I had been dealing with for the last several years! These issues ranged from the minor (leaking outdoor faucets) to the major (a water heater not within code, and a pressure regulator and water main shut-off which were so old they were in danger of catastrophic failure). Anthony identified each of these issues, provided me a supportable (in time and money) solution for each and resolved them all within a few days. Home Service Doctors worked wonderfully with me to schedule, verify and identify the personnel coming to work at my home while ensuring I was able to contact them at any time if I had questions or concerns. I was so lucky to find out about this company and have the entire process handled so professionally. Andre arrived exactly when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided me with estimate and then went about his work. He completely replaced my pressure regulator valve, showed me how it worked, and provided information to me on how to shut off the water to my house when I take long trips, and then cleaned up everything. A big thank you to him! I really appreciated him taking the time and effort to fix my leak late on a Friday afternoon and into the evening. I highly recommend the company and Andre!

Home Service Doctors wins my business every time. We've had them out for plumbing repairs, gas line installation, and basic HVAC inspections. All of their technicians are friendly, courteous, seem very knowledgeable, and are great with my needy dog who loves attention. Brian B recently came for an HVAC inspection and did an excellent job resetting our humidity settings and explaining any routine maintenance needs. On the odd occasion when we had any recalls or mishaps with their work, they send out another technician at no charge to fix the problem. Definitely an A+ for customer service, which goes a long way in my book.

Service was provided to a neighboring apartment. A hot water heater was replaced on the 15th of November, 2019. During this process, Home Service Doctors shut off the water valves for all the units in the building. During this process, the valve providing water to my apartment was broken in the off position. My family came home to no running water. After 48 hours without running water and no response from the apartment management company (due to the office being closed on the weekends), I had to call a third party to repair the broken valve. The repair was provided by Roto-Rooter and cost $628. Once we were able to get in contact with the neighbors who had the service done, they let us know that is was through Home Service Doctors of Manassas. We initially called the company on November 19th, 2019, to let them know that when they shut off all the water valves, they broke ours in the process. We spoke to Bruce J on three separate occasions (the 20th, the 25th and the 26th of November, 2019). He requested our invoice from Roto-Rooter which was sent to him via e-mail (***) and he assured us that a refund would take place. Follow up phone calls were made throughout December, but we never received a phone call back. On December 20th, we spoke to Jennifer V and was advised that Sidney J was taking over the matter and that he would get in contact with us on 12/30/2019 (we have an e-mail with proof). Upon 12/30/19, we spoke to Sidney J relaying the situation. He explained to us that a refund was not a problem and he was going to get in touch with their accounting department.

After a phone conversation with Sidney, we were told the check would be arriving by mail with an estimate date of Friday the 17th, 2020 of January. We called Home Service Doctors on Tuesday the 21st to notify him that the check had not arrived. We were told by the receptionist that he was in the field and would be giving us a call back the following day but Mike M was now in charge of the issue and would personally reach out. On Wednesday the 22nd, we called the store from my cell phone and were unable to reach the actual store. We called from my wife's phone and were unsuccessful as well. We called a third time on my wife's phone using *67 to block her number on their caller ID. Our phone call was only then answered successfully. We were transferred back to Bruce J who told us that for reasons he is not aware of, they were no longer issuing us a refund for the damages.

Brian B did a very though inspection of my HVAC systems. He explained what was wrong with my old HVAC unit, and gave detailed estimates.

Brian B was very professional and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and provided me with some helpful tips.

Brian B exceeded expectations with servicing. He was very thorough and took time to explain and educate me on my furnace health and needs. Highly recommend this company as all dealings with them has been outstanding from initial contact, service technicians and supervisors. Thank you

I am thoroughly impressed with this company and will be using them and recomending them to my clients and friends in the future. Erik came out and provided an estimate as well as discussing possible options to save money. Erik was courteous and professional and I did not feel pushed. David the lead Tech was a mirror image of Erik and was both professional and courteous. All the work done had his oversight and the final outcome is great. Dustin and Josh were great as well. Hard workers and skilled at their jobs. They even taped all joints after I asked them to and without complaint. Im very happy.

Technician was extremely thorough, professional, and explained all services and options.

My new kitchen faucet was installed promptly and without fuss. The technician arrived on time, was polite and I was pleased with the service delivered.

Thank you, thank you for sending Andre and Jeffrey to check my plumbing and water heater the day after Christmas. They did an amazing job replacing my 50-gallon water heater in an incredibly small and dark space. They were here from 1 - 10 pm making sure that all the pipes were perfectly sealed. They patiently checked and checked and double checked to make sure everything was complete. Even after 9 hours, they maintained a professional and upbeat attitude and even took the time after to explain the layout and what to do in case of an emergency. I was truly impressed with their work ethic and excellent customer service. Five stars for Andre and five stars to Jeffrey for a job well done. Greatly appreciate the dedication they gave to this project. These two come highly recommended.
