I had a good experience with Andrew F. He wore coverings over his shoes, without my requesting he do so, which I appreciated, since we traversed through three floors in the house. I was able to watch him inspect the equipment on my annual maintenance for heating, and he showed me where I was having an issue inside of a machine. I agreed based on what I saw. A resolution was discussed and agreed on. The other unit needed a bit of extra cleaning in the blower assembly, but I decided to hold off on that until the spring. He made a note for me so I would remember what it is I should follow through on, as I agreed with him about this maintenance procedure being necessary. I liked that there was no pressure to do any of the work.

Very thorough inspection of my HVAC system. Willing to discuss my concerns and show me things hands on. Friendly and punctual. No heavy sales pushes which is a nice change of pace from other companies.

Joe was our technician. Came at the expected time. Extremely polite and clean. He cleared the clogged sink quickly. No mess. Very satisfied with the entire process including making the appointment, scheduling, received a call prior to arrival, etc. Price was reasonable. 5 stars. This was our first time using this service and I understand that they also do HVAC so I may call again when I need my heater serviced. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I've had 2 great experiences with Home Service Doctors. In August, Jake and Dustin fixed a lot of inefficient duct work in our house and added a booster fan to increase airflow to 2 upstairs bathrooms. They were fast and professional. In October, Eric came out to reconnect a duct that had previously been disconnected because it was thought that the end of the duct was buried in the floor. When we discovered the duct was in fact routed up to a bedroom, Home Service Doctors came out free of charge and reconnected the duct, even routing it off the furnace in a more efficient manner. All 3 technicians were a pleasure to work with, explained what they were doing, and worked efficiently.

I had two issues that needed to be repaired: a leaking garbage disposal and a separate leaking sink. Home Services Doctors provided top-flight service at a very fair price, which I thoroughly appreciated. Josh, the technician, was everything you want in someone who comes into your home to fix an issue. Ultra professional, polite, polished, and critically, extremely capable. While I have no desire to have to call on a plumbing service anytime soon (!), when I do, I will happily lean on HSD once again. Thanks, guys!

Brent did a great job explaining the HVAC tune up procedure and made me aware of a few things that may require attention down the road...no heavy sales pitch (which I can’t stand). This company also collects and donates food items in the community, which I am a fan of. No issues on my end and Shannon is great too.

Scott and his team are some of the best I know! Their professionalism, work ethic and overall genuine care of their customers concerns. They explained what each system does and how it became unusable all while putting it in a concept I understand. Scott did his very best to make my situation better and I am totally happy spending what needs to be spent because of their services. Andrew F and Eric aka Zac E along with Scott, are the best!!

Andrew, Brett and Miguel provided excellent job. They really care about their work, but also what is best for me, my budget and my house.

Michael A was extremely professional and knowledgeable about HVAC and what my system needed to run more efficiently and longer. He provided me with recommendations of what should be done first and what could wait. He was very friendly and honest. He did not pressure me, but provided his professional advice for me to make the best decision for my HC
VAC system. I would recimmend Michael to a friend.

Extremely good service done by Eric and the team - very professional and timely response.
Excellent service and keep up the good work.

They came and did plumbing repairs, insisting I pay upfront and they would then work w/my insurance. They have refused to provide broken down invoices as well as I then found out that the work they did, installing a shower pan, was way off base. It's over an inch off, making it so that a shower door cannot be installed and the water would just pool to the front of the shower, and stand there. As well as my ins. co. will not reimburse me without their input. Now the whole shower wall as well as the pan has to be ripped out and reinstalled to be useable. I've paid out $32,335.92 and my ins. gave me $16,4287.85, leaving a bal. of $15,908.07 and I cant even use the shower

Very responsive, reasonable and thorough job. Well explained and in line with or exceeding .y expectations addressing a Central AC issue. Michael did a very good job on the repairs.

Professional and great customer service. Great job Michael and I am happy I did not have to purchase new AC.

Efficient and thorough process provided by Andrew. He provided a documented overview and details of his work and solved my problem.

I would NOT recommend. The employees were punctual and professional. Due to what I believed was a emergency I did not get second opinion and I got taken advantage of.

Home Service Doctors are great. There annual service plan is one of the best investments I have made. There annual sewer line inspection that comes with the service plan just identified a broken sewer line that was caused by the builder. Even though I will have to pay until I can get insurance or builder to I am glad they caught it in time. If you are going to buy a new home I strongly recommend you have them do an inspection before you close to identify these types of problems.

Our AC unit went out during a heat wave and it was less than 2 years old. Our remodel contractor undersized our unit and this is why it failed. It was working too hard. Had home service doctors come out, looked, quoted us options, and we went with them. Professional installation and our energy bill is lower and our house stays at the correct temperature. These guys are nothing short of professional and I work with someone who used to do HVAC along with my little brother owns his own HVAC company in Arizona and he confirmed what these guys were saying. They provide inspections and service within your membership and it is totally worth it . I recommend them to everyone.

First let me start off with customer service issues on Labor Day weekend my ac went out and I pay a monthly fee to have 24/7 service which the company says they no longer have now didn’t say when I called all weekend only we will have the on call technician contact you and read to them the errors that were coming up on my phone every 2 min and I let them know it said it stated it said critical message alert the service immediately but no one called me back. Called again Sunday no response called again Monday no response Tuesday morning tech came came that afternoon and said new motor was needed these are brand new units. I asked about window units that were promised to us when we signed the coned the contract if this ever happened and nothing we will check but no one ever callled us back I called daily to check on part for over a week or a window untit because my husband is a diabetic and I have pets in house but they didn’t care everything was I will call you back when the office manager did call back it was only after enough is enough and you get no longer have on calls no excuses why the ball was dropped on this customer I get attitude when I call and Get put on back burner

Thier first sewer cleaning is a "bargain" at $100. It includes running a camera in the line for "free." Guess what -- the camera finds lots of stuff that needs to be dug up and replaced for thousands of dollars! Then they schedule a "follow up" but don't show up unless you happen to be available to answer their call to "confirm", after never having explained that this is part of their "standard operating proceedure."

RUN. DO NOT USE. Our initial tankless water heater purchase and installation with them a few years ago went OK--no major complaints. The reason we went with the more expensive tankless option was because the salesman assured us all maintenance was included, no charge. Fast forward to a few months ago, and our tankless water heater was not working as well. We called Home Service Doctors, who sent Ryan to us. Ryan immediately assured me it probably just needed a cleaning. He then spent an entire hour making repeated phone calls to get help because he didn't know a thing about our model.
He finally talked to me and said, yep, it just needs a cleaning, that'll be $600. I couldn't believe it. When I told him what the salesman had told us, he said yeah, he'd run into that a few times lately with customers of that particular salesman. But oh well, there was nothing he could do. When I objected to the price, he offered to drop it by about half, which made me even madder. Why am I going to use a company that sends out a tech who has absolutely no idea what he is doing, and pay for a service that I was told I'd be getting for free, much less pay for a service that the company was apparently trying to wildly overcharge me for?
What a joke. Goodbye.
