Tim, A+ technician, came out on March 31, for the semi-annual maintenance check He was very thorough, knowledgeable and receptive to answer any and all questions I feel very comfortable with his expertise and will continue to recommend A+ to my neighbors and friends
Initially I was disappointed since when I called to schedule the appointment I specifically asked for Robert Tim was the technician sent and he seemed to do a thorough job Since we had a major problem this summer when our air conditioner was checked, I'm hoping not to have more of the same

These guys showed up right on time early on a Saturday and worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently I called because they offered hour service and I came home to a broken AC system They could not provide service that night but came out right when they said they would the next morning Unfortunately I needed a new system inside and out and was grateful they didn't try to "fix" something that was not fixable I could not be more satisfied with the removal of the old system and the installation of the new system I felt that their prices were fair based on my conversations with other in the same situation I didn't have time to shop around and took a leap of faith Glad I did From estimate to completion, good work!
