I called a+ to evaluate my unit in my leased home next door to where I liveI had my fiancé there and available to assist in any wayHe had to walk to our house for other business but was still available His name and contact information was with the agent that came to the house He waited for my fiancé to leave and gave the leasor a copy of the evaluation and also took her email and sent her a copy of the bill I paid the same day of the visit over the phone and requested a copy of the findingsA copy was supposed to be left with my fiancéNot only did he not get a copy but I had to call three times to get a copy The renter has two copies and we have none for a week When I make my third call and inquire and ask why my renter is discussing this with me and I have heard nothing they explain that it was my fault? They then hung up on me and within an hour finally received a shorter typed shorter version of the original of which I paid for but never received as of today, three weeks later I would not recommend this company to any one for any quality work Rude, not consistent and not accredited by the Revdex.com

I had a new RUUD system installed today. The whole process was very smooth. Jonathan and Jerry did a professional job. Jonathan communicated throughout updating me on progress.
Our crawl space flooded, and ruined all our ductwork. It has been replaced by A+ Heating and appears to work even better than before the problem with flooding. We just had our first maintenance service and we are pleased with everything they have done for us.
Initially I was disappointed since when I called to schedule the appointment I specifically asked for Robert. Tim was the technician sent and he seemed to do a thorough job. Since we had a major problem this summer when our air conditioner was checked, I'm hoping not to have more of the same.

A+ is an excellent company. They're always on time and they explain any issues they find with my heat pumps and inform me of repair alternatives in plain English. I started using them about 3 years ago for annual maintenance and purchased a new heat pump from them in March 2016.
I received a phone call from Robert [redacted] at Infinity Development Inc 866-[redacted]ext [redacted] informing me that he we working with a buyer in Mexico that wants to buy all the units from the [redacted] Palace now called [redacted]. They offered me $24,900.00 to buy the timeshare. They emailed a purchase offer that stated all I had to do was to pay$2750.00 for a tax ID number/permit from Mexico to sell the property. That was on June 28, 2016. I then looked up on the internet about this company as well as [redacted] Solutions(the company holding my money in escrow)[redacted] and it seemed legit. So, I sent the money through a wire transfer to [redacted] Solutions. then when I close the deal, they would give us back that money and the $24,900.00 less the 8% commission.
Well, on August 2,2016 I received a call from Robert stating that Mexico requires us to pay taxes on this property and that we would have to pay them $3735.00 in order for the deal to be completed and again they would hold this money in escrow for us and will get it back when we close the deal which is supposed to be on August12,2016(according to the signed documentation that we have).
When we told him that we did not have that money, he told us that he would give us 3 days to think about it and then he would get back to us, but if we can't give him the money, then the deal is off.
I asked him if there was any way that we could get back the $2750.00 back because we can't give him any more money and we were told in the beginning that all the taxes would be paid by the buyer. He said it was too late because it was already past 9 working days from when we sent that money and it's non refundable.
At that point, we decided to contact the Mayan Palace/[redacted] at 1-800-[redacted] which I spoke to Jamie in the customer service department who told me that it was a SCAM because we already paid the taxes in Mexico when we purchased the timeshare and that the contract states a right of use not a deed property and that she was receiving many phone calls from people all over the US and Canada that were telling her the same story.
Then I asked her how Infinity Development got our name and phone number. She stated that the [redacted] Palace/[redacted] is doing an investigation in how the names and phone number of all the owners were given to Infinity Development.
All my husband and I are asking is either can we get back our money that we paid out($2750.00)and/or the amount of the purchase agreement that we signed in the amount of $24,900.00 less the 8% that we had agreed upon.
