Homer Nine & Sons Inc

We have relied on Homer 9 & Sons to care for our furnace and a/c needs for over 12 years. This Friday past Homer 9 sent Jon Z to check our furnace. We were a little nervous about having a stranger in the house as we have two 17-month-old dachshund puppies, but John Z was simply wonderful. Like us, he’s a true dog lover, and quickly made friends with our pups. How rare it is to find someone who comes to your house to do a job, but takes a few minutes to reassure two frantic puppies he was their new friend. Our house has zoned heating, and John Z made sure our furnace was working on all three floors. Jon Z was on time, very personable and polite, incredibly thorough and efficient, and we highly recommend him. In the future, we will request Jon Z for all our furnace and a/c needs, knowing he will take wonderful care of us, and our puppies.

Homer Nine has always been very professional and got back to us in a very timely manner. Today's serviceman, Mark G., was extremely courteous and explained everything he did. I strongly recommend Homer Nine & Sons.

Justin was our service technician from Homer Nine. He was professional, respectful and went above and beyond. We've had Homer Nine for many, many years. Justin is the first one who pulled the water tank from our furnace and cleaned it. He also checked our A/C. Did a tremendous job on both devices. Cleaned, waxed and took care of any problems on both units!!!!. Waxed the A/C unit too and it was well over 90 degrees outside. He was amazing. Answered all our questions. Very polite and respectful. We will ask for him anytime we need to do a service call. Justin was amazing!!!!

Justin A[redacted] was our Service Technician today and he was great! Explained everything to us and even recommended what we should get replaced next time with our heat check in November or December. I would highly recommend him again and will request him for our heat check in a few months.

Homer 9 & Sons were contracted 2 years ago to replace my heating and A/C system and also to perform scheduled maintenance on it. They have done a superb job on all accounts and today (7/12/16) performed annual preventive maintenance as requested. They are very professional and customer friendly and completed the work on schedule, even to include replacing a part (still under warranty) that was showing signs of potential failure. I am very pleased to do business with them.

My husband has been dealing with Homer Nine and sons for many years. they are dependable, very courteous when calling in. Technicians are always friendly and courteous as well.

I have had the annual checkup plan with Homer Nine for over 5 years. This is one furnace checkup and one AC checkup each year. Only once were there circumstances that would have rated them below the "recommend to others" status. So that leaves 9 out of 10 in the good range. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable about my appliances and willing to answer questions.

I'd like to take a moment to give thanks to the service tech that came to my home yesterday. He works for Homer 9 and sons but I thought he was working for me yesterday as he walked me thru my heater service, he explained every step to me and made some insightful suggestions to improve my energy saving and cost saving. A service tech from Homer 9 came for a one-year checkup on the Furnace/AC they installed last year.
The communication from Homer 9 was excellent (a phone call the day before; an email with a picture of the tech 20 minutes before the scheduled time).
The tech arrived on time, was quick and thorough and answered all of our questions.
We're really happy with Homer 9 and enjoy doing business with them.

The service technicians are very personable, friendly and knowledgeable of the products they are servicing. Also, the office staff are always willing to help if you have any questions or concerns.

We have had Homer 9 & Sons service our furnace, hot water tanks & air conditioner for over 25 years and just recently had a heat pump and new furnace replacement installed, very pleased with the installation and the new units.

Jon Z did a pre-season gas furnace inspection on my Trane super efficiency xl 90 furnace on 10/24/16. He explained each step as he went along, what he was looking for and why. I thought he did a thurough ? job. I also think Jon is an asset to the Homer Nine co. [redacted]

Awesine service! Called to remind me I was due for an Air Conditioner check. When the technician came out he found some problems, researched that I was still under warranty and did repairs. All I did was sign on the dotted line. I was pleased with his thorough inspection of my system and his willingness to check into my warranty.

John was professional and respected my property. He was very pleasant and showed me what was happening with my ac unit. Very thorough. I would recommend Homer Nine.
