we was very happy with the service from Homer nine and sons. Very professional and explaned everything to us. would recommend them for their service.

I am very pleased with the two furnace checks carried out by Homer 9 on 8/22/16. The men were prompt, polite and informative, not to mention very knowledgeable. I have lways used Homer 9 for all my AC needs and will continue to do so. I can not imagine a nicer more qualified group.

It was a air condition annual check up and the tech did a wonderful job. He explained what he was doing and why it was important. He found a part that did not work initially and had a burning odor about it. He checked the warranty and found that it was covered- replaced it. Friendly, knowledgeable service man. Looking forward to a cool summer.

My experiences with Homer Nine have always been extremely positive. I have been long-time customer. The office personnel, as well as all the technicians who have been to our home have been knowledgeable and professional.

The Service Technician, Josh P[redacted] provided a great service experience. Josh checked the furnace and air conditioning equipment to make sure everything was working as designed. He removed the panels, washed and waxed the unit outside. He also turned off the humidifier (I won't need that this summer) and replaced the furnace filter (it really needed to be changed). Josh also answered all my questions and was easy to talk with. I will call Homer Nine & Sons next time I need a furnace or air conditioner check or repair work.

Review: I called service due to my hot water boiler heater the registers on the top floor in two bedrooms and the bathroom were cold and all the other registers in a 4 bedroom house were hot..

The technician said they needed bled for air... Then he said I needed a new pump to pump the water upstairs and some of the registers were hot upstairs and charged me approximately

1022. 00 to drain my tank and replace pump I still have the same problem the next day the same technician returned.. I still have the same problem and a new technician was sent approximately a week later

who proceeded to tell me than they don't want to be married to my furnace and I need a new on and if he brought a tester in he would have to shut my furnace down.... I panic and proclaimed that's

not right when the other technician said no such thing and charged me approximately 1022.00 I told him I don't appreciate him threatening me and he said he apologized and I need a furnace

he said they would remove the 1022.00 from a purchase of a new furnace and a sales man came to my house that day.... He said if I buy a furnace in 15 days they woul;d deduct the 1022.00 from the bill

I was very upset and concerned with this scam and I called another company who said all I needed was the lines bled of air and if this was the same as I called Homer Nine then I didn't need a pump

or my furnace drained.....Desired Settlement: I want my credit card to be refunded the entire amount I am also disputing it with my [redacted] credit card

March 26, 2015 The Revdex.com In reference to ID# [redacted] To whom it may concern, This letter is to address the circumstances that happened between February 3 2015 and February 13 2015 On our first visit to the property we found the unit had a water circulating pump that had completely seized, in order to replace the circulating pump the whole system had to be drained. The customer wanted to address the problem in the least expensive way possible. The original installation of the system did not include appropriate means to automatically remove air from the system as is the norm of current installations. We made the repairs to the system on the initial call to the property and refilled the system. The initial call took nearly 5 hours to complete. The following day we were called back to the property for areas of the home not heating properly, we bled the air from the system again in order to get heat to the affected areas of the home. When a system is drained and refilled, air tends to get circulated thru the radiant lines throughout the home. The addition of an automatic air elimination system helps to remove this air and avoid buildup of air and thereby eliminating air locks in the system. Our return visit consisted of approximately 2 hours. The third call to the home the technician addressed these other issues of not having an automatic air elimination device installed on the system and also brought up about the overall condition of the system. The unit is an older boiler that is showing signs of wear and its age. The other company that followed could not possibly speak to the necessity of the replacement pump as the new one was in place at that time. The original pump was seized which will not pump any water, a condition that would have precluded any attempt to eliminate air from the system. We are happy to work with any customer and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all work that we complete. We were not made aware that the homeowner was displeased as we would have addressed this. We are happy to send a different person from our company at no charge to the homeowner to make any and all recommendations concerning the equipment in question.
