going to be a hot humid day.the air went late the night before.called h9&s at 8am the next morning,nice lady answers the call asked if I would be home today.for ac i'll be home.30mins. later young fellow calls to say he could send a tech now,is that good?
9 am tom is at my door. 10:30 tom is he's on his way out,i've got ac. all's goodman.

Pricey although the very best! My dad had the same service done in [redacted], PA. They were there 20 minutes top. Adam was here for near two hours and never took a break. Had a camera on an optic to take pictures of my heat exchanger. When asked he also gave me great advice. If you take care of your furnace and air-conditioned it will last much longer. Oh and during snow-megaton (2007) the snow was so deep the tech could not get here. By phone he told me what to do. This during 19 inches of snow and no furnace. I give Homer Nine my highest personal recommendation!

I have a personal home and rental property. I'm always elated when Homer Nine sends Mark to be the technician. He is thorough and courteous. He is an excellent technician.

It is almost 10 years since we got our furnace and air conditioner,and they have been serviced by HOMER NINE twice each year before the heating and air conditioning seasons and have had the best service from them and ALL service people were great repairmen.Plus they left our house as clean as before they did their work.

Our water heater quit sometime this morning and we had no hot water. We called Homer Nine and Sons and they were able to send a technician in early afternoon. Justin A[redacted] is the technician that came to do the water heater replacement and he was wonderful! Justin was polite, friendly and explained everything he was going to do. He did a great job and even put up with our 90 pound collie shepard trying to lick and play with him. We would strongly recommend this company and this technician.

Homer Nine did a wonderful job for me today. I called at 8:30am and by 10:30am there was a technician at my house accessing the problem. Tom was great, he explained everything he was doing, covered all my options and I felt I was able to make an informed decision

Every experience that I have had with Homer Nine & Sons personnel has been very positive. This includes the man who evaluated my home and recommended the furnace and AC unit that would suit my needs, the very efficient installers and duct cleaners, the service people who have regularly checked the performance of my units, and the very personable and knowledgeable office staff. My most recent service person was Jon *., who went above and beyond what was necessary to check my AC and to explain what he was doing.

I wish every company could be staffed with the same quality of personnel as Homer Nine.

I have had Homer 9 both install and service my furnace and air conditioning units. All the representatives that have come to my home have been honest, friendly and knowledgable. The company's parts and warranty insurance is excellent. I have had two issues, and both were covered free of charge with no hassles. I am very satisfied with the service from this company.

Third owner of this townhome, previous owner had Homer Nine & Sons install a new unit in 2003, experienced some difficulty, called for service. Office staff was responsive, followed up to make sure the tech got there on time, Justin the service tech was knowledgeable not to mention on time & courteous. Remedied the issue, suggested several areas of improvement that made sense. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service...great job in performing system check and cleaning the unit and discovering problems....however, this company is no longer with our extended warranty provider so we have to seek another company to do the repairs...

Homer 9 are the most reliable and dependable heating and air conditioning dealer in Beaver County. They come when they say they are and complete the requested work in a timely fashion Their prices maybe a bit more than competitors but the extra bucks are worth it when you consider the headaches that you avoid with other contractors.

The service technician, Justin A[redacted], was very knowledgeable about our heating/air conditioning system. He was personable and detail oriented. I will definitely request Justin to return for future service.

Kris H. was extremely friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do, answered all our questions and efficiently completed the AC checkup. He and his assistant wore shoe covers to protect our home. He is one of many competent technicians working for Homer Nine and Sons.

Josh P did a very good job on our air conditioning unit inside the house and out side. cleaned and even waxed it... would recommend him any day.......
