I WAS TIRED OF UP KEEP AND MAINTENANCE AND HIGH TAX RATE IN MY TOWN FOR A HOUSE AND PROPERTY THAT WAS IN DISREPAIR .DECIDED TO CONTACT HOMEVESTORS . I LEFT A MESSAGE AND RICH MARCHAND FROM THIS ORGANIZATION CALLED ME WITH SOME QUESTIONS AND I EXPLAINED TO HIM MY SITUATION .WE THEN MADE AN ARRAINGEMENT FOR S HOWING OF HOUSE AND PROPERTY'.AFTER LOOKING AND TAKEING PICTURES ASKED WHAT I WOULD SELL FOR . SO ITOLD HIM .HE CALLS HIS OFFICE AND KNOCKS ON MY DOOR IN A MATTER OF 1 HOUR OR SO WITH ALARGER AMOUNT THAN I REQUESTED .AFTER CONSIDERING OFFER WE MADE BETTER FREINDSHIP AND TRUST WITH THAT .SHORTLY AFTER THAT PROCEEDINGS WERE IN PLACE TO BUY WITH PROMISE TO TAKE CARE OF ALL CLOSEING COSTS AND DO ALL LEGWORK TO MAKE THINGS EASY FOR ME .AFTER MEETING WITH SOME LEGAL CONSULTANTS FROM THIS ORGANIZATION IT WAS EASIER THAN ITHOUGHT WITH THEIR EXPERTISE. THANK YOU RICH MARCHAND FOR YOUR ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND CONSIDERATION FOR MY FAMILY AND MY NEEDS. FROM *** .
