I FEEL THAT I HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH HOME VESTORS. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL WITH THE WAY THEY HANDLED A VERY TRYING SITUATION. I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE PRICE I WAS OFFERED FOR MY HOUSE. I BELIEVE IT WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE. THE EFFICIENCY AND SPEED THAT THE TRANSACTION TOOK PLACE WAS AMAZING. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND BOB AND HOME VESTORS.

My husband and I decided to sell our house, buy an RV, and take to the road. We wanted to accomplish this life change quickly so that our first adventure could include a book tour of my husband's newest novel. The house needed a lot of work, and we had neither the time nor inclination to do the repairs to make it market ready.
I had heard of HomeVestors and reviewed Revdex.com for the companies in our area. Premium Investors had the best Revdex.com rating and solid reviews, so I left a message with them. Bob B returned my call the next day, and we set up an appointment to meet at our house.
Bob was professional, courteous, and straightforward, thoroughly explaining the process and what to expect and not expect, answering all the questions we had. He did an appraisal that day and we went over it carefully. He offered a very fair price. There were no costs for us, and we could leave anything in the house that we didn’t want to take. There was no pressure from Bob. My husband and I accepted his offer, and we picked a closing date. The day of closing went smoothly, and the funds were electronically transferred into our bank account the day after closing… and we purchased the RV a couple days later.
As we needed some time to transfer stuff from the house to the RV, Bob let us rent back the house for a month, for a pittance. And when I realized that I’d left our passports and some other stuff in the house after we’d left, Bob cordially let us come back (twice!) to collect our gear.
We had lived in our home for over 30 years, and Bob really made selling it trouble free. I feel we left our house in good hands. I heartily recommend Bob’s company to anyone thinking of selling their home. Thanks, Bob, for making this easy.

In the process of selling my house, my thoughts were this it was going to be easy, good location with good amenities in the neighborhood. First, word of mouth had a few bites but nothing ever worked out. next was sign on the front lawn, nothing again. Third, was a realtor, nice person gave me all the information needed but it comes with a high cost. So, sitting in my chair at home, I said why not call We Buy Ugly Houses. Left a message and a return call came the next day from Bob B. We set up an appointment and he thoroughly explained the process and how his company works. he was straight forward with me, never holding back on all the questions that I had. I was no sure, but he made me feel so comfortable thru it all. He told me how the process works and what to expect and not expect. He did an appraisal on the day of the appointment and then we went over it. When I weighed out the options of realtor to Bob, Bob won. There was no pressure to sign. the options were all mine. There were no costs to me, (closing, realtor and also I could leave anything in the house and it would all be discarded) We picked a closing date, and he also said if that needed to be changed it was possible. I changed it twice and without a blink of the eye, Bob was okay with. The day of closing went wonderfully, the only thing I picked the day of the *** parade. Let me just tell you I was in my house for 69 years. I would recommend Bob’s company to anyone thinking of selling their home. Thanks again Bob for making this so easy.

Where do I begin? Our home had gotten to a point where it needed several repairs, including a new roof. Bob and his team came in and gave us a fair offer on the home that we gladly accepted. Bob kept in touch with us while we looked for a new home and was very accommodating to our needs. When we found a new home, he and his staffed worked with us to keep our stress down on having a double closing in one day. I highly recommend Bob and his staff.

Have no fear doing business with Bob and his staff. They make the usually traumatic process of selling your home a smooth and painless process. All phases of the sale from the offer to the closing were handled in a professional and expeditious manner. Everything promised in the brochure and documents was delivered and then some. He and Zack accommodated every need we had and even anticipated others to be solved. We met, had the inspection/evaluation, got an extremely fair
offer within 20 minutes, signed a purchase and sales agreement 3 days later, took everything we wanted from the house [they did the clean-out],
and we closed 30 days later. You leave the closing with a check for exactly the figure agreed upon. All taxes, fees and transfer documents were paid for by Premium Properties as advertised. The process was so seamless, I kept waiting for something to go wrong and it never did!!
In closing I found Bob to be a first class guy running a first class business.

and I are very happy with kevin and homevesters. the selling of our house was a smooth and painless process. when we called homevestors,we were skeptical about them but we quickly changed out minds. when they came into out house and explained the process and how easy it was to sell. they gave us a fair price. I would recommend homevestors to anyone who was looking to sell their house quickly and get a fair market value.
