Jacob and his crew were top notch professionals. They moved very quickly and accommodated all of my requests. He added two vents to our basement and did an outstanding job locating them. As advertised, Jacob and crew delivered on everything. New electrical, new condensate line, new intake (prior contractor ignored) and even sealed the furnace with silicone. Horizon delivered exceptional service and quality. From the sales process to finished install, 10 hours, awesome!

Sergyi was amazing! My hot water heater stopped worked and he took a look at the old system. Since it was 14 years old, he recommended that I replace it instead of putting a bandaid on it. He took the time to explain everything. There were some bumps in the road that he took care of professionally. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and have him back to take care of any other needs
