On I made reservations through this websiteI received an email with some details and it stated that I would be sent another to confirm the reservation and depositI never received anyI called the hotel that I was to stay in and they never received any communication with this company and I did not have any reservationI then contacted this company and told them what I wanted to cancel my reservationStating I contacted the hotel and no reservation had been madeThey told me I would be charged a cancellation fee, I replied that I told that was funny being they did not do what they was suppose to and I had to do it myselfI told them I never received any confirmation and fortunately at this time I have not seen any money removed from my accountVery poor business practiceI do not recommend this website

The advance deposit amount was a prepayment portion of the hotel rate which was to be paid in full to the hotelThe service was rendered as requested by the client when she slept in the hotel and parked her vehicle on the hotel premises, and used the hotel shuttle (parts of the package
inclusion)The original charge amount was $plus tax = $total cost.After the deposit was credited, the remaining balance due was originally set at $161.07. Due to the parity in the advance deposit amount, the hotel resolved the matter at upon checkout and charged only a reduced amount of $154.07.I am very sorry to hear that our client's personal payment information was compromisedI can certainly appreciate your concern when seeing that the card was debited for charges that you did not recognize. We have always been able to stand firmly behind the integrity of our staff and the safety and security of our siteOur staff has undergone extensive training to ensure a high level of security and confidence for our clients. satisfied.  With regard to your follow up call, our all of our after hours telephone messages are highly prioritized and routinely returned within 24 hours without exception.  Our Travel Agency would never want to dismiss our valuable clients' needs or potentially lose any future business.  If a client called our office after hours and left a message with a telephone number, I stand behind 100% certainty that a member of our staff would have made every effort to return the call to offer any assistance when needed.  I checked for an email message, but our records do not indicate receipt of an email from you.  Hotelnparking.com strives to make the best experience for every one of our valued clients, and although your service request was fulfilled, still I am truly sorry that you had a less than pleasant encounter with the staff at the property. After I was charged in U.S. funds for a Canadian hotel, I emailed this company several times to cancel the reservation and get my $20 US ($29 Cdn) deposit back. I also called twice but was put on hold for a half hour each time and finally hung up. Since I could not get in touch with this company I finally called the hotel directly to cancel. I never once heard from HotelnParking and to this day have not got my money back. Since I never stayed at the hotel it was nothing to do with them that the security on my card was breached.
