Hotelnparking provides with best services. The shuttle service made our trip more relaxing and fun. There website was easy to use, and we were able to make our reservation with ease. Also they provide with the lowest rates and good service. Recommended and will use again.

Review: I am the General Manager of the Quality Inn Portland Airport and on Thursday 12/**/2015, I contacted HotelNparking.com in regards to selling our hotel rooms through their website without the knowledge or permission of the hotel. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, a man answered and after explaining the situation told me that the manager was not available. I asked if their was a specific contact number for them or if a message can be left for them and the man who did not give me his name told me no. He then stated that they are affiliated with companies that our hotel has contracts with but would not give me any names so I could further investigate the situation. After a very brief but rather hostile phone call I was hung up on. After several more attempts to get in contact with the company and being hung up on several more times I decided to take a different route to resolve or at the very least inform others about the situation at hand.Desired Settlement: Remove our hotel from their business website.

Review: After booking a stay park and fly room near Pearson Airport Toronto On I read bad reviews on a different site. I called Hotelnbooking.com within an hour of booking to cancel the room. after being on hold for 20 minutes or more I told the girl I wish to cancel because of bad reviews. She said the reservation hadnt been confirmed yet so could not remove the booking.She said I would have to pay a $ 10.00 charge. to cancel but didn't give me give me a cancellation #.

We have just returned after being away and upon checking my [redacted] found I have been charged the deposit fee as well as the balance of the room cost. I phoned hotelnbooking.com and was told there was no record of the cancellation.

The supervisor was to call me back this afternoon and has not returned the call. I called again and was told the information would be given to him again but no return call has come.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This client booked with us, and was sent a confirmation and receipt of deposit to her email. Our cancellation policy is clearly indicated on the site (prior to booking) and the confirmation that is received by the client. Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival and the deposit is refunded. A cancellation number is issued. Our records do not indicate any cancellaion request at all. I called within an hour of booking the room and canceled the room. The girl said it wasn't confirmed by the hotel yet but I would be charged $ 10.00 for the cancellation. It is obvious she didn't process the cancellation which I expected she had.I am very unsatisfied with this company

This reservation does not appear to be eligible for a refund. A cancellation was number was not generated, and was nor provided by the client or the hotel. Although the client is claiming he intended to cancel, without a cancellation number from the hotel, we are not able to issue any refund.

As I stated I did call and cancel the reservation within an hour of the booking.I was told that it had not been confirmed by the hotel and so was not given a cancellation number. I expected the girl to process the cancellation as I had requested. It was her failure to do so and so I am expecting a full refund

Review: I booked a reservation for hotel and parking ([redacted]). When I contacted the hotel to confirm they did not have a reservation for me. I attempted to contact Hotelnparking.com by email and phone and did not get a response within a day. I had to find another hotel on my own. When I did speak to someone (name given was [redacted]) on 8/* she assured me I would get a full refund of my deposit -$32.51. As of 8/** I had still not received my refund and called again. This time I spoke to [redacted] who assured me my refund was in progress and would show within 4-5 days. It is now 6 days later and I have not gotten a response to me email or phone message left.Desired Settlement: Refund of my deposit on my credit card in the amount of $32.51.

Review: I booked a Toronto hotel in mid-January with them but the $20 deposit was taken off my [redacted] in U.S. currency ($28) rather than Canadian. I emailed to cancel my booking, they responded and denied charging me in U.S. funds. I emailed back with my [redacted] statement as proof but never heard from them again. They have not confirmed cancellation nor refunded the deposit even though I have emailed them three times.

Meanwhile, one day after using their services, there was a fraudulent $1200 online purchase charged to my [redacted]. I subsequently read reviews of hotelnparking online and see that other people experienced this same problem. My bank cancelled the card and issued a new one but I'm still waiting to hear the final resolution.

The advance deposit amount was a prepayment portion of the hotel rate which was to be paid in full to the hotel. The service was rendered as requested by the client when she slept in the hotel and parked her vehicle on the hotel premises, and used the hotel shuttle (3 parts of the package inclusion). The original charge amount was $159 plus tax = $181.26 total cost.After the deposit was credited, the remaining balance due was originally set at $161.07. Due to the parity in the advance deposit amount, the hotel resolved the matter at upon checkout and charged only a reduced amount of $154.07.I am very sorry to hear that our client's personal payment information was compromised. I can certainly appreciate your concern when seeing that the card was debited for charges that you did not recognize. We have always been able to stand firmly behind the integrity of our staff and the safety and security of our site. Our staff has undergone extensive training to ensure a high level of security and confidence for our clients. The current technology trends leave no room for flexibility or compromise when it comes to our site security for our clients. We have always worked hard to take the utmost precautions to ensure that the data we receive is continuously encrypted for the confidence of our valued clients. In an case, I have brought this matter to the attention of the management at the hotel, just to ensure that there are also no vulnerabilities from any staffmember, or the possibility of a compromise of the hotel's property management system database as well. They have assured us that they have taken corrective measures at the property level to avoid any possible compromise and of course, any unnecessary handling of our clients' personal information from the original reservation transactions.

After I was charged in U.S. funds for a Canadian hotel, I emailed this company several times to cancel the reservation and get my $20 US ($29 Cdn) deposit back. I also called twice but was put on hold for a half hour each time and finally hung up. Since I could not get in touch with this company I finally called the hotel directly to cancel. I never once heard from HotelnParking and to this day have not got my money back. Since I never stayed at the hotel it was nothing to do with them that the security on my card was breached.

Review: On May **, 2015 I paid a deposit of $24.86 for a hotel and parking stay for February **, 2016 via a [redacted] card. On December **, 2015 I cancelled this reservation and receved a cancellation confirmation number. Their cancellation policy states that I am entitled to a refund less a $10 service fee, so my refund should be $14.86 . I contacted them via email on December **, as I had not received the refund. I received an email reply the same day from Jodi stating that they needed my credit card information. I called on December ** and gave them this info. No credit to my card has been issued, and they are no longer responding to my emails and calls.Desired Settlement: Send me a check for the $14.86 as I subsequently changed my credit card number out of concern about possible misuse.

Review: Business website commits to managing hotel reservations as a third party and charged a deposit of $22.80. Business refused to act on my cancelation request, so I canceled it through the hotel directly. Hotel parking insists on charging me a cancelation fee, even though I had to take over management of my booking.

Reservation was canceled through hotel parking website on 12/**/2015. Ref cancellation Id [redacted]. Almost a month later, 1/**/2016, reservation was not canceled at the hotel. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at hotelnparking so I canceled the reservation directly with the hotel with no charge. Ref [redacted]. In speaking to hotel parking later they advised they will not cancel a reservation without calling me to verify cancellation personally. I advised them I had a cancellation number and it been almost a month since cancellation with no attempt to contact me. They said too bad. Hotelnparking also would not take the reservation cancellation I obtained directly from the hotel.

Hotel parking conducts an unfair business practice by delaying or not conducting cancelations which are allowed by their terms. This forces the customer to take responsibility for management of the reservation. Hotelnparking insists on profiting on this unfair practice.

Hotelnparking also refused to provide any information relating to their business license when it was requested.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the 22.80 total deposit.

Reservation was confirmed and cancelled. All cancellations, regardless of method (direct or through hotel) result in a cancellation fee of $10 as agreed to in Terms & Conditions of booking online as agreed to at time of booking. Deposit balance of $12.80 has already been refunded.

The response from the business does not address their unfair business practices at all. The fact that the customer had to take over the management of the reservation because the business would not cancel the hotel reservation in a timely fashion (about a month after requested) is an unfair business practice. The business now, over a month from when they were requested to cancel the reservation, tries to take credit for canceling the reservation after I already canceled it myself, and a Revdex.com complaint was filed. The business points to their terms and conditions that allows them to charge a cancellation fee. I am unable to find the place in their terms and condition which allows them to ignore a cancellation request made through their website. The fact that they continue to charge cancellation fees after the customer has to take over the management of the reservation is an unfair business practice regardless of their terms and conditions.

Review: This company told me they booked a Hotel Room for me at the [redacted] (near the airport) for $119 that included 14 days of free parking. This is what I was looking for since I was flying out of New Orleans for 2 weeks of leave. This company charged me a fee of $22.60 and sent me a confirmation with the Confirmation # [redacted]. Two days before my trip I had a got a phone message from this company saying this room wasn't available and to contact them for other options. I tried calling numerous times and it went to an automated system saying to email them if there was no answer or leave a message and they would call back as soon as possible. I left numerous phone messages and sent numerous emails with no replies. I called the [redacted] and they said no reservation was ever made in my name. Thus I had to book a new hotel at the last minute for twice the price and pay $153 for parking in addition to the hotel expense. I left one more message with Hotelnparking saying they were fraudulent and if they didn't call me back I'd report the to the Revdex.com, then they called me back and said they only got that one message. They said they never got any other message and never received my emails which I believe to be an outright lie. Then I asked them for another hotel and they said they didn't have any others available. I asked them how they could send me a confirmation # for a hotel when they never made a hotel reservation for me and that's when they hung up and never answered again. Inspite of all this they still charged my credit card $22.60 for this service they never delivered. This is completely incomprehensible! They left me high and dry and forced me to pay a lot of extra money for having to book a hotel at the last minute and they had no apology and still charged me for a service they knowingly never provided me. Customers need to know this company can't be trusted and will steal their money!Desired Settlement: In addition to a refund I think the Revdex.com needs to tell this company to cease and desist!

However, the company did refund their fee to my credit card company. This still does not make up for my financial loses of having to rebook a room at the last minute at a higher rate or paying more for parking since it was not paid for in advance either.
