My daughter saved up her money all summer to buy a hoverboardShe chose one off hoverboarder.com because they advertised orders shipped within hoursI should have researched first- it took over days before the order shipped outYes, they created a label after days but then didn't have Fedex pick up for another 2-daysIt was a full weeks before we got the item Also, they run a bait and switch operation- the item we got it NOT what she orderedIt's a different model and colorShe decided to keep it anyway because she didn't want to wait another month for a return and a new item, but she is very disappointedAfter reading multiple reviews, several customers also complained about receiving the incorrect item and color and then waiting weeks for a response/exchangeIn the end, we will keep this and hope it doesn't break but would not recommend this company at all

I placed an order early morning on Nov28, and that afternoon I attempted to stop the order based on the reviews of this company I have tried to call them multiple times and sent them emails indicating I would like to cancel the order I have not received a call or an email response from them I am sick to my stomach that they have my hard earned money

Being though they had a delayed message on their webpage I waited a few days to see if my product will finish processing and soon be shippedAfter the third day, I took it upon myself to search reviews on this webpage that all weren't so pleasantI then proceed to contact this business numerous of times, each failing with no answerThere's nowhere you can cancel your order so, I reach out to my bank and filed an complaint

This place is the worst! Fist off, they falsely advertise "free overnight shipping", which is the farthest thing from the truthI ordered a hoverboard for my daughters birthday, I ordered it on the 18th of September, they created a tracking label on the 20thBy the 21st, My order still has not shippedI send an email for an update/statusI was told my order would ship on Friday the 23rd of SeptemberThat was clearly a lie! My daughter did not get her gift on her birthday, I sent countless unanswered emails, I called countless times and couldn't get ahold of anyoneI finally received my order on October 3rd and they shipped me the wrong colorI have yet to hear back from anyoneI WISH I WOULD'VE DONE MY RESEARCH BEFORE GIVING THESES CROOKS MY HARD EARNED MONEY! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PHONY PLACE OF BUSINESS! WHATS EVEN WORSE; THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THEY HAVE PRODUCT MADE IN AMERICA, WHEN IT'S CLEARLY MADE IN CHINA AND IS CLEARLY SHIPPED FROM CHINA, SO THAT LEADS ME TO QUESTION THEIR DISCLAIMER ABOUT THESE BOARDS NOT BEING PART OF THE RECALLAGAIN; DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, TRUST ME! I placed an order with Hoverboarder on November 24, for overboardsi received one but not the other oneWhen I tried to contact the company no one would answer the phoneI went to the website and it showed the company had been shut down and could not give you a refundI would have to contact my credit card company and dispute the chargesNow I'm going to have a very upset child because he is not able to get his Christmas presentI received the first one, but in the wrong colorI haven't tried it to see if it works yet

I order a hover board 11/16/I haven't received it or any information about it I've emailed and called too many times to count with no response from anyone thsems like a scam to meI only live a couple hours from Miami and have no problem driving down and knocking on their door

I ordered one board on 11/02/16, a Gold one, then finally received it 11/17/and it was BlackI would like to return it for the right color In the meantime, I had ordered a second one before I received the wrong colored one, for my second son on 11/09/2016, and I still have not received anythingI have sent at least emails and I have called and left voicemail messages to find out the status, but they have not repliedThey had no problem getting my money the second I hit the submit button I'm disgusted with this type of business!!

We purchased a board for our son's birthday It arrived in a timely fashion and appeared to be working well After days of use the wheels started to scrape and appeared to be lose We called Hoverboarder and emailed them (numerous times), but have not yet received any reply, I am sending the Hoverboard back and have asked for a refund which I am sure we will not get DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a hoverboard and immediately received the following message: under the Shipping Policy, which had been advertised under the banner of "Free Same Day Shipping Policy: "***NOTICE: Due to high ordering volume from our current sale, we are experiencing slight delays in shippingDelays are currently ranging from 3-days before your order shipsWe are working 7-days to have all orders mailed out as quickly as possible!!!***" I wrote to ask if it would be mailed out for Christmas I could accept a 3-day delay The next day, the company accepted payment from my bank ($199.99) - and immediately told me they cannot mail out anymore and are "Out of Business" If they were already out of business- why did they accept my money? Shouldn't they give me a refund
