I ordered a product on Nov.5, 2016, and although they said they were having 3-5 days delay in shipping, it is the 12th, and my product still hasn't shipped, and no shipping info has been provided. I've tried calling and emailing, with no response. I either want my product shipped or I want a refund. It is ridiculous to spend this much money, and not receive the product!

I ordered one hoverboard on 11/25/16 and the order said incomplete invalid email so I tried it again and they have now charged me for two hoverboards and there are no refunds according to website. I called several times and emailed with no response and we have received two hoverboards one red and in a box with all instructions like new which is what we ordered and then we also received a black one not in an original box only shipping box and only a charger included no instructions nothing. I have no idea how to do anything about this since you cannot get a hold of this company do not buy a hoverboard from this company! I will tell everyone not to buy from them!

I order a hover board 11/16/16 I haven't received it or any information about it I've emailed and called too many times to count with no response from anyone thsems like a scam to me. I only live a couple hours from Miami and have no problem driving down and knocking on their door

I've ordered an hoverboard from hoverboarder.com on Dec. 06, 2016. They took the money from my account almost immediately! Being though they had a delayed message on their webpage I waited a few days to see if my product will finish processing and soon be shipped. After the third day, I took it upon myself to search reviews on this webpage that all weren't so pleasant. I then proceed to contact this business numerous of times, each failing with no answer. There's nowhere you can cancel your order so, I reach out to my bank and filed an complaint.

I ordered a hoverboard from this company 2 weeks ago and have not received it order number is 22657. The color is to be purple. I have tried to call and email with no response.

I ordered a hover board for my nephew and I have not heard anything from this company. I have emailed and call them! No luck!

I ordered a hoverboarder and never got a confirmation. Next day I tried again. A couple days later I got confirmation for 2. Been trying to reach them ever since. Don't answer phone,left a couple messages for recall,no call. Sent email no response

Overall it has not been a bad experince, I read all these bad things about this company and it had me a little worried but my order shipped on time and I was always emailed back right away. I would def tell people about this company

I order two on 11/12/16 and have not heard anything back from them, they are out here taking peoples money I am out of 399.98 for ordering two one gold and one red I will be filing a complaint and getting a refund some way some how I do not have money like that to be making some one rich for scamming people I SUGGEST YOU NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE AS EVERYONE ELSE SAID I SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS AND CHECKED THIS OUT BEFORE ORDERING. I do not want the hover boards I want my 399.98 back asap so I can go elsewhere and get my sons Christmas gifts.

I placed an order last week, I tried to call multiple times, left messages, emailed and no answer from anyone. I want to know when I will receive my order. I understand there was a delay in shipping (3-5 days) Please at least return my calls or emails. If I don't hear back from someone today or get a tracking number I will cancel my order and go else where. If I knew it was going to take this long I would not have ordered from this site. I'm not happy with no contact. I've tried calling several times every day and emailing. Please return my call or email today. Thanks!

We purchased a board for our son's birthday. It arrived in a timely fashion and appeared to be working well. After 4 days of use the wheels started to scrape and appeared to be lose. We called Hoverboarder and emailed them (numerous times), but have not yet received any reply, I am sending the Hoverboard back and have asked for a refund which I am sure we will not get. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I have emailed and called this company daily for a week now regarding an order I placed. They will not return emails or calls. They sent a tracking. Number that says a label has been printed. The status has not changed in days. I am very disappointed with this company's customer service. The business hours on the automated answering machine are 10-4pm and the hours on the website are 9-5pm. I would like to add that the money was withdrawn immediately from my account.

I am filing a police report on this company !!! Please do not order from them !!! They will take your money and not ship your order!!

I ordered from hoverboarder.com and never received product and never received call back or an snail back after several attempts. My money has yet to be refunded.horrible company

My experience has been negative with this company. I ordered on Sept 21st and my order did not arrive until Sept 27. The color was incorrect which isn't a huge deal however it DOES NOT work. I've tried to reach company countless times via e-mail and thru phone calls. I'm not getting a response at either. I've returned the hoverboard to exchange for an operational one, delivery was attempted by FED EX today and no one at facility to receive the package. This was a birthday present for my daughter whose birthday is today and she now has nothing. I should have stuck with mu gut feeling and not ordered from this company. Hopefully they will make it right.

I ordered a hoverboard and immediately received the following message:

"[redacted]NOTICE: Due to high ordering volume from our current sale, we are experiencing slight delays in shipping. Delays are currently ranging from 3-5 days before your order ships. We are working 7-days to have all orders mailed out as quickly as possible!!![redacted]"

I wrote to ask if it would be mailed out for Christmas. I could accept a 3-5 day delay. The next day, the company accepted payment from my bank ($199.99) - and immediately told me they cannot mail out anymore and are "Out of Business". If they were already out of business- why did they accept my money? Shouldn't they give me a refund.

I order a hoverboard with this company on Nov 27th and still did not hear romantic them about shipping. I called several timesmall, email with no response. I open on investigation with my credit card company.
