I order two hover boards from this website on Monday 12/8/I got a confirmation number it was process and will take 5- business dayson 12/7/taken out of my account and the invoice status still say processingI call the hoverboarder company several times and left a voice messagesI left several emailI call fed -ex due the company stated it was coming through fthe label that's on the invoice fstated it wasn't there label and that all there labels have numbers only no alphabetsI'm so mad I order to hover boards for my boys that came up to I pray someone will caught up with these people whoever *** *** is

This company does not deliver what's promised on their websiteIt takes two weeks before your item is shippedYou cannot reach anyone at the phone number or email listedThe product received does not match what you ordered and is damaged

VERY BAD!!! I ordered a hover board back in November and couldn't get an email or a phone call answeredNOW they are just going to take my $and runSucks and I am not happy

I bought a Hoverboard for my son for ChristmasIt was received but it cannot be chargedNow the website says the business is closed and the phone number included in the product leads me a man who says the hoverboards are fraudulent

This is the worst experience I and my children have ever had!!! They sent not only the wrong hover boards but also they were missing screws and DO NOT WORK right!!!! One of them constantly beeps and the other was half put together! Now that they have closed I can not get a refund or exchange them! I am beyond mad!

This company will not return phone calls or emailsFinally mailed out a product that doesn't work, wrong color and no lightsIt isn't the product I ordered period!!!!

I order a board on 11/10/16 and made several calls and attempts, it was for a child's birthday which is now late. I would just like someone to answer the phone or respond. This is not acceptable as a business and will destroy the reputation. If I don't hear from them in 5 days, I am filing a fraud charge.

Order placed 12/9/16 online. Funds deducted from account 12/13/16v $199.99. Received an email 12/12/16 stating that according to CPSC all operations have been stopped & if an order was placed and has not been received or shipped you must contact your card company/bank to dispute the charge. Bank states will try to get funds back once dispute is initiated, but may not be able to if fraud. call X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and states "mailbox is full." Website is "down" as well providing CPSC message.

This place is the worst! Fist off, they falsely advertise "free overnight shipping", which is the farthest thing from the truth. I ordered a hoverboard for my daughters birthday, I ordered it on the 18th of September, they created a tracking label on the 20th. By the 21st, My order still has not shipped. I send an email for an update/status. I was told my order would ship on Friday the 23rd of September. That was clearly a lie! My daughter did not get her gift on her birthday, I sent countless unanswered emails, I called countless times and couldn't get ahold of anyone. I finally received my order on October 3rd and they shipped me the wrong color. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I WISH I WOULD'VE DONE MY RESEARCH BEFORE GIVING THESES CROOKS MY HARD EARNED MONEY! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PHONY PLACE OF BUSINESS! WHATS EVEN WORSE; THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THEY HAVE PRODUCT MADE IN AMERICA, WHEN IT'S CLEARLY MADE IN CHINA AND IS CLEARLY SHIPPED FROM CHINA, SO THAT LEADS ME TO QUESTION THEIR DISCLAIMER ABOUT THESE BOARDS NOT BEING PART OF THE RECALL. AGAIN; DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, TRUST ME! YOU'LL REGRET IT!

I placed an order last week, I tried to call multiple times, left messages, emailed and no answer from anyone. I want to know when I will receive my order. I understand there was a delay in shipping (3-5 days, but they can at least return my calls or emails. There are tons of comments that this company is a scam ( I found this out after I placed my order. I ordered my Hover board from electric empire, which is the same company and owner. If I don't hear back from someone or get a tracking number I will cancel my order and go else where. I told some of my relatives about this company for the holidays, but the lack of communication is not cool at all.

I ordered a Hover board on 12/01/2016 the funds came out of my account on 12/02/206 and they gave me a reciept I have called and you do not get through and have never gotten a shipping number or email . the only thing I get is a email it was in process so I log in to check my order and it shows it was never ordered . cant get through to this company or sale people I have learned my lesson I wouldnt order nothing from them or recommend to anyone .

I ordered one board on 11/02/16, a Gold one, then finally received it 11/17/2016 and it was Black. I would like to return it for the right color. In the meantime, I had ordered a second one before I received the wrong colored one, for my second son on 11/09/2016, and I still have not received anything. I have sent at least 4 emails and I have called and left voicemail messages to find out the status, but they have not replied. They had no problem getting my money the second I hit the submit button. I'm disgusted with this type of business!!

My daughter saved up her money all summer to buy a hoverboard. She chose one off hoverboarder.com because they advertised orders shipped within 24 hours. I should have researched first- it took over 7 days before the order shipped out. Yes, they created a label after 5 days but then didn't have Fedex pick up for another 2-3 days. It was a full 2 weeks before we got the item.
Also, they run a bait and switch operation- the item we got it NOT what she ordered. It's a different model and color. She decided to keep it anyway because she didn't want to wait another month for a return and a new item, but she is very disappointed. After reading multiple reviews, several customers also complained about receiving the incorrect item and color and then waiting weeks for a response/exchange. In the end, we will keep this and hope it doesn't break but would not recommend this company at all.

I placed an order with Hoverboarder on November 24, 2016 for 2 overboards. I received one but not the other one. When I tried to contact the company no one would answer the phone. I went to the website and it showed the company had been shut down and could not give you a refund. I would have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. Now I'm going to have a very upset child because he is not able to get his Christmas present. I received the first one, but in the wrong color. I haven't tried it to see if it works yet

This company is horrible. I have tried to call multiple times, but no answer. I have sent multiple emails, but no answer. I ordered 1 hoverboard, but somehow when I received the invoice I was being charged for 3 of them. I am so upset with this place. I should have looked at reviews about this place before ordering from here.

I wish I would have done my research on this crooked company they will not email you back nor will they answer any phone calls. I order a hover board for my son on his birthday two weeks ago and have not seen it yet. But they took my money. Some one needs to put a stop to this business.. MONEY LOST

I ordered a hoverboarder on 11/7/16. It was supposed to be sent out on 11/8/16. While a fed ex label was printed on 11/8/16 by hoverboarder I have still NOT received my order. They never answe phones nor do they respond to emails. This is a birthday gift and NOT a Christmas gift. I am in tears. I have paid for my hoverboarder in full immediately but it has not come!! Bery poor service!!

I placed an order early morning on Nov. 28, 2016 and that afternoon I attempted to stop the order based on the reviews of this company. I have tried to call them multiple times and sent them emails indicating I would like to cancel the order. I have not received a call or an email response from them. I am sick to my stomach that they have my hard earned money.
