To Whom It May Concern:First of all, I have a very good reputation in this Community and Vendors of all trades who take my word and do work for my Clients and bill after work is completed as they know that I will make sure they get paid I have been selling real estate in the Flathead Valley for years and have never seen the likes of this situation! It is very interesting to me when a business represents itself to be honest and then takes complete advantage of a Client by taking much longer to complete the task and by completing work that was specifically requested they not do It is also interesting to me when the pot is calling the kettle black I will not have a handyman overcharge a Client of mine period I have already personally paid additional money above actual hours worked in the first place to show good faith I actually normally tip, which was not warranted in this situation I never sent threatening messages, just one clear message after they threatened my Client with an invalid lien and I intend to fight this claim for her as it is unfounded This business has just lost themselves a lot of income from my Company and many that I would refer them to as I am looking or a good all around handyman who I can trust to complete the work professionally and timely I welcome calls from anyone who would like to be that person/crew for me Thank you for your time.Sincerely,***' HoweHowe RealtyBroker/Owner [redacted]

Review: We were hired to complete work for Howe Realty. Howe Realty purposefully mis represented the job. We explained to Howe Realty and the client about the additional cost in the job prior to starting work. The additional expense was approved and the work was completed above the standard the client expected. We have discounted this invoice and cannot discount it further. Howe Realty owes us for the work that was performed. [redacted] Howe has personally sent threatening messages to us. She has been rude, and has refused on several occasions to speak with us to clear up this matter. She has also slandered our name without reason.Desired Settlement: We would like an apology from Howe Realty on their slander, behavior and threatening messages. We ask Howe Realty honor the agreement with us, at the very least answer our email requests or speak to us in a civil non threatening manner in regards to this issue.
