Customer has been contacted and she stated she returned the device Customer purchased the HTC device with Verizon Since no information was provided (IMEI-Serial Number) and customer has already returned the device there is no way HTC can verify the situation or provide the available options to resolve the customer request

According to the order number [redacted] customer purchased the HTC One Mlast 04/15/According to the ticket number [redacted] customer reported the cracked screen situation last 04/01/The Uh Oh protection ticket [redacted] was closed last 03/02/The next interaction took place last 08/20/ticket number [redacted] year original warranty and days post repair warranty expiredSince this situation is related to the service a repair process cannot be followed and Customer will need to contact T-Mobile to complete the activation process

Currier delivered customer’s HTC device in an incorrect address, however as a resolution customer will be receiving a replacement deviceAs soon as tracking number is available Mrs [redacted] will be informed

We have provided the customer, via email, with a coupon code valid for a discount that she will be able to redeem from our website while purchasing another HTC product, as she requested. Therefore, we have granted the credit promised for the program we have implemented for devices no longer... manufactured. Additionally, we have contacted the customer and confirmed with her that coupon code was received, and also assured her that we will work towards finding a resolution for her situation.

Due to the severe weather conditions, the repair center was closed last week they are having a very hard time completing every process on time.They are now working restricted hours in accordance with the recovery curfew that is in effect, and to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees

HTC has been having delays at the RMA facility but is working very hard in order to have this resolved as quickly as possible Device has been shipped and according to the tracking number [redacted] it was delivered today 10/18/at 13:

We have contacted the customer, and per our conversation he is willing to proceed with the exchange process already started with the ticket ID number [redacted] under the limited warranty of the productThus, he will be receiving the replacement device that is in transit to his mailing address with the UPS tracking reference number [redacted] within 24-business hours

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was not informed of this "general situation" as I am sure no other customer was eitherThis "general situation" has been going on for over a month and I only found out about it because I took the initiative to find out the progress of my replacementI checked HTC's online repair tracker yesterday and it still shows my replacement has only been initiated since the 11th of JulyThat means since the 12th of July, or the 19th of July when my phone went out for delivery, this "general situation" has been an issueI have not received any notice of this "general situation" to this 24th day in August since then which is unacceptableIf your company knew this "general situation" would not be handled in a timely fashion and would affect hundreds of your customers, then a "general email" should have been sent out informing us of this issueI am trying to continue to be a loyal customer to your brand, but if you cannot simply send a "general" email informing me of a major delay in my order then maybe I should reconsiderAs I mentioned to Juan, who decided to handle my Revdex.com complaint from your company, I am requesting either a brand new HTC Uor my money back for my HTC so I can take my business elsewhereI will be waiting for a hopefully better response Sincerely, [redacted]

I want a different model phone as I already stated, or my money back to buy a different brand phone.Sincerely, [redacted]

At this moment our repair center is working as conditions permits it, we are reviewing a replacement option once a decision is made it will be provided to the customer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I feel that a product of this nature should be fully functional for more than days without being damaged by the consumer (as verified by the Sprint tech that attempted to assist me with this problem) The proposal from HTC is unacceptable in my view! Yes it now takes care of the cost of shipping for getting to one of their repair centers, but I would still be completely without a phone for - business days Currently the phone functions part-time (shutting down for periods ranging from - hours at a time due to an internal software issue evidently) I continue to work with Sprint for a more acceptable resolution to this issue, but have been very disappointed by them as well The only acceptable solution for me would be an exchange for a fully functional phone at a Sprint Point of Sale I continue to express my belief that HTC does not stand behind their product and Sprint does not stand behind the products they sell!
