I am rejecting this response because:When I came to the
dealer the day after the signing of the original lease with the hope of getting my car back, I was told nothing else could be done Then after over two hours they said the lowest we could go was a payment of $which is still a strain since my payment of the car I had financed was only $a month I didn't know what else I could do and thought I had no other recourse To resolve this issue, I would like to get my old car back so I can go back to my comfortable payment of $or if not, while still not ideal I would like Hudson Honda to get me closer the $payment on this lease I am a retired man who was completely confused during this whole process and am now stuck with this high lease payment.

[redacted] notified the customer that the refund check went out today.

We already lowered the customers payments over $100 and customer was also given the opportunity to exchange his vehicle for another vehicle. There is nothing else we can do, car has been plated and registered.

Car has been delivered to the customer with a new transmission. We have provided the customer with a warranty as well as a reimbursement for one months payment. Customer is satisfied.

Howard spoke to [redacted] and apologized for the inconvenience. We are overnighting the payoff today. Howard provided the customer with the tracking number.
