Hudson Honda Reviews (42)

Review: I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Honda Pilot from Hudson Honda (dealer) back in March 2013. Due to the fact that the dealer over-estimated the registration & licensing fees, I paid an additional $120 than what should have been owed at the time of purchase. I was told verbally by the salesperson that I would receive a refund by check within approximately two weeks after purchase. After numerous follow up calls to address registration delays, I also inquired about the status of the refund and I was told by the salesperson that there were issues with the Accounting Department, which was the reason for delay. Now that it has been over four months, I have not received my refund for the overpayment and I have sent few emails to the salesperson ([redacted]), [redacted] (Sales Manager) and one to [redacted] (General Manager); I have not received any sort of response from anyone at the dealership regarding my refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of approximately $120 based on overpayment as the dealership overestimated registration/licensing fees.

Mr. [redacted]

My appology for what seems to be an easily resolved matter. This should not have progressed as long as it has. I personally will audit your deal and determine if there is an overpayment due. If there is one in fact due, I will have a check cut within 48 hours and Federal Expressed to you. Please allow me the rest of today and tomorrow to research this. I will contact you on or before the end of business on Tuesday July 23rd 2013.

Thanks,
