The sales person who came to my house said installing gutters and siding would take daysTomorrow 4/makes weeks The gutters have been installedAlthough the salesman insured me the gutters would be brought out in a self contained trailer, where they would be hand madeInstead they were brought out and dumped in my front yardNow the gutter installed in the back of the house does have a dent in itCalled the office but did not receive a call backNow on to the sidingIt is still not completeThere are areas that I do not approve of but I keep getting told it is a old houseThe salesman never made any reference that the house being older that the siding would not go up perfectI was going to mow my front yard today but do it because the material left to finish the job is blocking the way of getting my mower throughI am so disappointed in using this companyI expected them to be top notchI guess lesson learned

Can not get service from the Company, even they guarantee a life time service. I have the Ultimate Gutter Guard system on my home. I have gutter that does not drain properly. Even though the Company give you a life time guarantee agreement, their service has been not existent. I have called their Huntsville, AL office approximately 10 times requesting service. To date no one from that office has returned my call and no one has been to my home to inspect the gutter. I'm a 75 year old female, who today, got on a ladder to try and repair the gutter.
It was raining the day of installation, so all the straps, end caps and splash guards that the techs spray painted a matching color, on site, have spots of white showing thru where the paint did not adhereThey did a rapid job on the install and answered all my questions that I had at the time Very courteous workers, and very satisfactory cleanup I had to call them back once to install one forgotten valley splash guard Overall: At present I'm pleased with the installation and the subsequent operation of the gutters, whether it's light rain or a torrential downpourDoes the job as advertised, and hopefully no more leaves in my gutters One negative observation: Loud cracking noises as gutters expand and contract during changes of sun's intensity
Gutters pricey, yet with good warranty at least on the surface Will see how that goes Have had serviced once Mine are a year old and doing a good job, First big leaf season coming soon will see how they do then 100% better than gutters in the past Took old gutters down and after several years started having some light mold in the crawl space due to no gutters Perfectly dry now Gutter Guard not 100% perfect but best I have seen It is a relief not having to clean out gutters twice a year at my age in particular (69)

Standard gutters(no leaf guard caps)installed on Feb6&7.Water was not contained in gutters&poured over/under digging troughs in landscapeScrews were left in driveway on Feb6.I called Feband left message.No response.I called again Feb22&reported above problems to *** ***.Unsuccessful repairs were made on Feb23.Wrong hangers were sent with crew.Front gutter was left set at a crooked angle showing all the hangers on one side.Was promised they would return to reset the gutter&add an additional downspout but I was not given date.Hose was left on roof when they left.I called Mar& *** *** said they would come Mar3.They did not come and have not come or called since.In addition I have not received the written warranty promised when I signed contract.I have not received the service or product I was promised by ** *** ***&**

We were contacted a short while later to have our windows measuredThe man who came to measure the windows 1) called one evening and asked to stop by within minutes (very short notice) and 2) brought his daughter along (who obviously did not want to be present, quite unprofessional)We were told that the windows would take about weeks to be readyAt that point, we would be contacted to schedule the installWe did not hear from anyone until the middle of winter
Jan2018: Finally received a call to have our windows installed again with very little noticeThey called and wanted to install the next dayWe agreed
