Jan 'contracted for custom shower replace/ upgrade (48xto 48x48") w/low step-in, install by Feb2/removed old (3/hr) called away; 2/wrong shower pan drain alignment, build to fit (hr), 2/build to fit (hr) no door/ grab bar; 2/door in/no bar (hr)2/took 1st shower, 10.5" stentry, seat at 23.5" & huge leaking2/25&called in defects (laughter in background at GG)Calls not returned on 3/3, 8, 14; called corporate 3/14, finally GG called back, rep come 3/to fix3/rep arrives surveys required needs & leaves3/called GG req status3/called rep for info3/rep calls says was sent to fix other job on 2/3/GG called parts in, arranged for fix on 3/3/rep called diverted by GG to fix job in Hillsboro reschedule to 3/3/rep out hr, no new base4/rain4/rep
My recent installation of the Gutter Guard System was outstanding The work was done on time by a very professional crew The product has exceeded expectations and I highly recommend the product to any home owner that wants to protect their investment
A representative at *** set up an appointment for the next day for my insulation project (not gutters) The gentleman who showed up didn't know insulation so he said that someone else in installation would need to be brought in Four days later I was called and they set up an appointment for an insulation installation specialist He was a no-show I called in and was told that my husband needed to be there Their rep at *** had never mentioned that so I asked to speak to a manager The manager rescheduled for the next day They were a no-show the second day I called in and explained that I was the decision maker, so they scheduled to come out the next day They were a no-show the third day When I called in, the rep I talked to had inaccurate notes, saying I had cancelled She then hung up on me Don't use these folks, they like to strong arm people
After purchasing my house Jan one of my first updates was to replace/add new gutters all aroundI did some research and was pleased to have selected HSV Gutter GuardThe entire experience was very positive from meeting with the sales rep, to reviewing changes with the office manager, then having questions and concerns addressed by the installation teamThe follow up calls I received from staff in GA were excellent as I had a small issue come up during an extended period of rain we had; the problem was fixed promptly and to my complete satisfactionI have been very pleased working with this company and feel this was a good invest for my home

The gutters have been installedAlthough the salesman insured me the gutters would be brought out in a self contained trailer, where they would be hand madeInstead they were brought out and dumped in my front yardNow the gutter installed in the back of the house does have a dent in itCalled the office but did not receive a call backNow on to the sidingIt is still not completeThere are areas that I do not approve of but I keep getting told it is a old houseThe salesman never made any reference that the house being older that the siding would not go up perfectI was going to mow my front yard today but do it because the material left to finish the job is blocking the way of getting my mower throughI am so disappointed in using this companyI expected them to be top notchI guess lesson learned

On 3/8/we hired The Ultimate Gutter Guard to cover our facial boards, sofit and ice shieldwe were told that they would cut a trench in the sofit for better ventingwe were told that all rotten wood would be replaced and the gutters would be taken down and put back upon 3/22/the first crew that came was never told to replace rotten or cut trenchWhen my wife got home that day she asked about the rotten woodSaid he did not replace anynor were trenches cutHe left came back on 3/27/did some more workhe did cut some trenches used a saws all jagged cut looks bad said he replaced rotten wood and did not just covered up he left we complained to the officeProduction manager, *** came by and looked at work donedid not seem to care to much said he would have another crew come to fix The next crew was only told it was to finish jobThey were no

2ndYes, the salesman *** *** did come out, gave us an elaborate and glamorous sales pitch, negotiated a job price of $7,000.00, and sold us the productWe gave *** a personal check for 10% ($700.00)down payment as requestedWow!!! $7,seemed like a lot
I signed a contract on May 14, with the Ultimate Gutter Guard by SouthLocated at James Record RdSWsuite A Huntsville Alabama to install a watub with shower and sliding glass doorThey put the tub in around July 2, and nothing else has been done sinceThey have called several times at least to times that saying they would come to finish the job but never showed upWe had to cancel Drappointment and other activities for that reason
My disabled wife and I need to be able to use this shower tubIn my opinion the company is very inadequate
