My husband had heard the Gutter Guard gutters were excellent, and we also wanted vinyl/aluminum covering for the soffits and door framesAfter a high pressure sales pitch, he agreed to the premium price, convincing himself that "you get what you pay for"Unfortunately, this was "too good to be true"Ultimate Gutter Guard did not deliver the trained, professional, and efficient service they promisedThe job was scheduled for 3-days and it took days to complete, with the production manager finishing the gutter work himselfWorkers arrived late or not at all and our yard was a disasterThere was minor damage to the grass and landscaping and the final cleanup was not as thorough as we had been promised We had to supervise the work, call the company with numerous concerns and point out installation discrepancies in an attempt to get what we were soldWe were repeatedly given false/conflicting statements by the salesman, general manger, production manager and workmanAt our insistence, they agreed to give us a small discount to avoid a complaint with the Revdex.comWe won't be filing a formal complaint, but we would never recommend Ultimate Gutter Guard of Huntsville
Can not get service from the Company, even they guarantee a life time service
I have the Ultimate Gutter Guard system on my homeI have gutter that does not drain properlyEven though the Company give you a life time guarantee agreement, their service has been not existent I have called their Huntsville, AL office approximately times requesting service To date no one from that office has returned my call and no one has been to my home to inspect the gutter I'm a year old female, who today, got on a ladder to try and repair the gutter
It was raining the day of installation, so all the straps, end caps and splash guards that the techs spray painted a matching color, on site, have spots of white showing thru where the paint did not adhereThey did a rapid job on the install and answered all my questions that I had at the time Very courteous workers, and very satisfactory cleanup I had to call them back once to install one forgotten valley splash guard Overall: At present I'm pleased with the installation and the subsequent operation of the gutters, whether it's light rain or a torrential downpourDoes the job as advertised, and hopefully no more leaves in my gutters
One negative observation: Loud cracking noises as gutters expand and contract during changes of sun's intensity
It was well worth the waitGutter Guard did what they had promised and set a professional shower installer to my house for replace my old showerHe was courteous and well trainedA job that would take some people a couple of days to complete was done it no more than hoursThey had followed up with me to make sure it was done to my likingFor the price, it is well worth itI would recommend Gutter Guard to anyone that's wants a job done right without hassle
