No service, no communication moving to Nextlink
1. My monthly bill started at 62 dollars it’s double to 122 dollars for 30mbps download
2. We had an outage where a storm took down a tower, this I can understand.
3. The internet has been out now for over two weeks, no communication, no response to emails no time frame as to when the internet will be back up. All this for 122 dollars a month.

I looked up nextlinks services and rates and for the same price of 120, I can get 100mbps download. I’ve had HF for several years and there have been a some ups and downs but the downs are now outweighing the ups. We are moving to Nextlink.

Avoid this company. Very unreliable and extremely poor customer service!

We gave a $97 deposit and were rescheduled three different times for installation. When asked for our $97 deposit back, Chris, told us he would NOT be giving our deposit back and that he was going to keep it. His communications were borderline harassment and cruel. He literally stole $97 from us.

On February 5, 2020 I paid Hyper Fusion Technologies $ 300.00 at my residence for internet installation. *** and *** assessed my property for internet availability. They concluded they could install internet. the installation date was set for February 19,2020. No show. I contacted them again the next day. No response. All my calls, emails and texts have never been answered as of today April 6, 2020. Hyper Fusion Technologies will not respond to any of my requests.

The owner has been very rude via email and text. Calling me obnoxious because I would not remove a negative google review. He is extremely unprofessional. We also had multiple appointments made for installation and no one showed up to the initial appointment or the reschedules.

I've been conducting business with Hyper Fusion for over a year, & despite being a small start-up company, they've put a huge effort into getting my service in the Kempner area up & running. Chris & Will have been honest in their all their dealings with me, & have gone the extra mile to accomodate what was a difficult installation.

HyperFusion installed service at my home Feb 2018. Despite a few outages caused by weather, service has been reliable. The company suffered some setbacks I think because they tried to meet increasing demand for service and didn't have enough staff. Quality of internet service has improved tremendously over the past few months and we are thrilled with having sufficient speed and data to do things like stream television. I have confidence that HFT is committed to resolving customer complaints and improving their service.

Brief description is that on January 28, 2019 we paid, in person, a Hyperfusion Llc representative $250 for 25megabit speed fixed wireless internet to be installed. This was to cover installation and initial period of service as they got system working. They never did seem to keep appointments, never got internet working for any length of time, nor at any speed close to 25mb. I had to arrange another provider to be able to work. On April 22, 2019 I told Hyperfusion Llc in writing (kept the screenshots) "Please take down and/or pickup your Ubiquiti LiteBeam 5AC dish... Send the refund check to the service address. Good luck in the future, Thank you." I have had no response to follow up chats and emails to the official communication channels they provided.

In July this year I gave this company $240, and they gave me an install date of August 5th. August 5th came and went, no install. I went back and forth, and back and forth, and back and forth with *** and their manager. They promised over, and over, and over, and over, and over that I would be installed... They never did. Sept 5th, october 5th, and now it's December 2nd, and they refuse to even respond to me at all, because "I'm being mean" when I call them thieves for having taken my money, and never fulfilling their end of the deal. I've since asked for a refund, and they will only "credit me for my future bills", but they never installed. Around October I called another company, and they installed in less than a week. It's disgusting that these people have taken hundreds of my money, and have since refused to do anything... No refund... Nothing.

I'm the victim, but they act like I deserve the treatment they have given me.

Had *** come out to "survey'' my property over two months ago. Paid $200 and was told that the antenna would be installed the next month. That did not happen exchanged messages with *** via the portal up until the 21st of October. I have posted and called since then to no avail. Took my money and completely stopped responding. Please do not tell me "oh something came up and we are short staffed." That is *** You are not a serious company. I am shocked by the lack of commitment to verbal promises you make about installs, only to stop responding to people. I see a few reviews discussing how great your service is and wonder if these are family members, because most of what I see on Revdex.com and Google review is the EXACT same experience I have had. If you cannot meet your install dates and your commitments, please file for bankruptcy and close yoor company doors. I am not at all impressed. To be completely ignored for over a month and have very little commitment to install two months after collecting my money is absolutely fraudulent.

we *** do you 1 better, on tuesday we *** install you with live service, and credit back your entire $200 that you paid good for several months of free internet. We have a new person full time answering phones now so if you call our main number *** during normal office hours, your sure to get her on the phone. Please give her another call.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

Your new "person" on the phone is a virtual assistant called ***. I have pressed all available options. I only get recorded messages saying the are current as of Sept 26th. That is two months ago. You say you *** install on Tuesday, but that has been said to me on two other occasions and no one installed the service. When I press the number 1 on your virtual assisted line, to speak to a representative, I am disconnected. This all still seems very very fishy.

Regards

I have been without service now for over 7 weeks. After multiple calls 7 weeks ago I was promised that someone would be out tomorrow. Here we are 6 weeks later and still no service. I finally got in touch with someone by text then I was promised 72 hours, and here I am 5 days later with still no service. I really like the service when it works but the customer service after the sale is terrible. It’s always a new excuse as to what is going on. Great plan to provide service for rural areas, poor execution.

Called and left numerous messages; never called back
Wondering if they are still in business

After paying a connection fee of $300, and scheduling a time to install their hardware and not showing up, I have called and e mail their support line numerous times, this company refuses to connect me to their internet service. They will not respond to my request for a refund, or return phone calls or answer emails.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am also very pleased With their service and have had no issues with them at all since I was connected.

Regards

I submitted my $300 activation fee 6 weeks ago. On at least two different occasions, they've soft locked a time to install, and failed both. When attempting to inquire about them, every staff member appears to have no idea, and need to "look up my file" to be followed by silence. They refuse to commit completely to any date, and fall into silence as soon as I can get them close to confirming anything.

You have a new message ***If you could kindly tell me how to reply to this and we will happily return *** money. I had no idea he was even dissatisfied but we will get him fixed up. Also, we are trying really hard to clean up our rep and have made drastic changes in our company. Mr. must have just been somehow over looked. We also want to get a full and complete list of every case we need to clean up. Alot of the open ones have been resolved already thru either refund or live service for some of them. Please reply to this as soon as you can.Regards

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!
Update sept 6th: They refuse to answer my tickets, and I have filed a claim with the FTC. It might have to end up in court to get my money back.
On july 5th, I registered for new service. They came out wanting money immediately on June 11th, and $240 paid in cash later I was given an install date of August 5th. I patiently waited for August 5th, and my install time came and went. I got a text message finally in the afternoon saying they will be late...
Holy st are they late. I after several days of silence, and no install got an answer of "we're putting a new antenna on our tower to get signal to your location, we will contact you Monday". Monday came, Monday went... Until I submitted a ticket to ask for an update they remained silent. They said once more "someone will contact you".
After more than a dozen instances of this "someone will call you", it is now September 5th. I have still not recieved what I paid for. I have waited two long months for this company, for nothing. So I have informed them I want a refund, because this is over. I contacted another provider, and they will be out to install next Tuesday. Absolutely sad when one business can get something done in less than a week, when this one takes months of running you around.
Let this business go bankrupt, avoid and cancel. They do not deserve to be in business after ripping more than just me off... Check the recent reviews, I am not the only one they're treating like trash.

I paid $900 for internet service in February 2019. I did this with the expectation that I would get internet service for a year and that I would be helping a local company expand and grow. I like helping local businesses especially in a rural setting. I must says this has been the most horrific customer service I have ever experienced!! I still do not have service!! I have submitted several service tickets and it takes sometimes weeks for them to respond. This has cost me money off of work because I schedule for them to come out and they don't show up!! They have now turned off their phone support and I presume since I haven't had a response in several weeks their online support is no longer working. I would steer clear of dealing with Hyper Fusion LLC!!

was put on live 4 months ago now and is getting his full package and very happy so this complaint can be deleted.

on 1 Jul 19, I gave Hyper Fusion $250 for installation fee to put antenna and start service. The person on site (*** took my check and said he will be in the area for a week and get it done. After several missed appts the installation still hasn't been started. I contacted the company for a refund and they continue to give me the round around (oh we will be there next week).

My wife and I run a business from home. We both need internet to operate our business. Our internet was out for two weeks after the storms came through June 9th. We (the consumer) were promised prorated bills due to the length of time we did not have internet. We got our bill and it was for the full amount. July 9th our internet went out again and has been out since. I have submitted support tickets explaining to them that we have no connectivity. I got a few “we are working on it responses” but no follow through. Now I’m getting no response at all. I’ve tried to be patient with them. I’ve tried to give them time to fix the issue. I’m at my ropes end as to what I need to do.

Mr. did receive a full credit for the $65 and has been a happy paying stable customer for quite a while before and since as you can see from the screenshot. I kindly ask that this complaint be deleted since its resolved.

They installed service June 11 2019. A storm spun the radio transmitter around June 29th. No service. Called in July 1st and started service ticket. No response for over a week. Called again July 11. They "lost" my service ticket and started a new one. After constant messaging them they finally came out July 15 and pulled the radio dish off and said they would be back. Now you can't call them or live chat on their website.

Not even an one star company Worst company ever - do not go with them! We paid for a year of internet services up front along with the $250 install fee. We have been without service now for over two weeks due to our pole bending over. Chris said that they would be out to fix it the day after it happened. Daily text messages and phone calls have been made to Chris. His reply is that they will be out to fix it that day and that he has to call Will. Empty promises from a company that is doomed to fail with their poor customer service. All we need is our pole fixed. I am sure we are at the bottom of their list since they have our money! Please do yourself a favor and don't go with Hyper Fusion.
