Absolutely terrible. Paid money for the install in march and still no service. Just empty broken promises give me my money back and shut down already

I paid for my internet installment fee on March, but before that I waited since February for them to give me the bill for the installment fee. So since February I've been waiting patiently for them to come install my house. I've been very patient with them, understood every reason they said whether it be everyone called out, to family emergency to weather issues but now they wont answer my calls nor my texts. I've even put a ticket in for my issue on their site and havent gotten anything.

Paid a $300 deposit for service. Waited almost a year to get service installed. Worked Great for one month. Then they showed up one day and said they needed to chance the radio. Said they brought wrong radio and would be back in a week. It been almost 3 months without service. They don't answer there phones or return messages or email. Yet they keep billing me for service I'm not receiving.

I am rejecting this response because:

It's all lies. Just like every time I called or reach someone from the company they always had a new lie to tell me. they took a $300 deposit for their service and installation. It took them a whole year to ever show up and install service. I had service with them for a whole two weeks. They sent one of their workers over and said they needed to change the radio. they came down from my roof and told us that they had the wrong equipment and would be back the following Tuesday. of course as usual they didn't show up the following Tuesday. I made several calls to them and all they did was tell me lies again about what they were going to do. As of today March 14, 2020 I have not received service or a refund from them. They promised me three months of free service for the inconvenience. I never and I repeat never paid them for a month service. Because I never received them up service from them. They do everything to avoid your calls. When you catch them they lie to you get you off the phone. They never show up has a schedule. They never refunded my $300. I never provide a whole month service. Then they try to get my complaint off of the Revdex.com what a pack of lies.Buyers be very aware of this company. I would never give them a positive recommendation. this is the worst experience I've had with an Internet service company in my entire life.

The response rejection makes no sense. You know full well you at one time had service. Our old crew which has since been terminated is the one who caused you to go out of connection. We have no issues re-connecting you with live service at all, however, your going to have to clean your home. The amount of animal feces all over the place was nearly unbearable for our last crew, and bordered on the line of making a report with the ASPCA, so your aware. So, if you would like service, fantastic, clean up your house and we will come out, otherwise...***, I think this complaint needs to be flat out deleted. This gentleman had live service for many months. An equipment change out that took place unauthorized from our old crew was the cause of this, which has since been corrected. However, I am not sure I can get my crew back in there, unless this guy cleans up his house from the hundreds of animals he has in that house that he can't properly care for.Regards

October 2017 Pre signed for internet service $40 or $50 deposit January 2018 paid $250 more for service to be installed at no time has a rep from Hyperfusin been to my house and after several calls and Emails. was able to reach a rep from Hyperfusion after a few more mounts of promises in December 2018 was told that I was not in a location to get services and that after the first of the year I would receive a full refund. It is now May 2019
Still no refund and they are no longer answering my calls.

I have contacted this customer via our CRM system and will be refunding his $300 as soon as our accounting manager can get to it.

Hyper fusion accepts my payment every month and then turns off my service. They explain that they neglect to verify payment by check. I have never experienced a company so rude and devoid of customer consideration. I have tried every possible approach to resolve this problem but Hyper Fusion continues to turn off my service every month and we go through this struggle every month then they turn my service back on. However, they do not offer to refund all of the days that they fail to supply service and do not apologize for their continued mistake. Hyper Fusion service is so bad I have been forced to contract with T-Mobile as a backup for all of the days that my Hyper Fusion service is down.

was showing MANY receiver statistics logs and solid industry accepted wireless scans proving his disired and chosen location to place his wifi router was in his attick. We have proof of this thru photos of his installation. He was informed time and time again that we do not guarentee a customer owned router, and certainly not one placed in an attick. His radio consistantly delivered speed. If he doesn't know how to operate his wifi router that's his issue not ours. We tried to tell him many times he can subscribe to our managed wifi router service and we would put in our gear, and install it in the correct places so wifi access worked correctly. he refused many times. His case is CLEARLY laid out in the terms of service on our website and he is 100% entitled to no refund. He already filed a civil law suit against us, which, 2 days before court I wound up in the hospital with pnomnina and was unable to dispute it. We refuse to give him any money what so ever and will be counter suing this man to recover our losses due to his violation and failure to review our terms of service.

I am rejecting this response because: Hyper Fusion first was OK with my attic installation and when they could not resolve their connection issues told me that the attic installation was a problem so I moved everything to my living room and the connection problems continued. However, the complaint was that Hyper Fusion accepted my payment each month and then immediately sent me a text telling me that they did not receive payment and turned my service off. I spoke with them many times about this and each time was told that they would not do it again. They continued turning off my service until the day I fired them. I sued Hyper Fusion and was awarded $900.00 because of their theft of my payments. Please do not just take my word for it, look at their complaints section. They are liars and thieves. They had many many opportunities to correct their dishonest treatment and lies but they continued until I fired them. The judge would have awarded a delay of the court hearing if they had requested it. There was NO request to do so. They have never counter sued. In breach of a court order, they have never paid the court award to me.

That is false, we have a complete record of the exchange and multiple tickets explaining your improper placement. The original crew who did your install which is no longer employed with our company told you that. I have MANY records showing otherwise. And the ONLY reason you won the law suit is because we were too busy to appear, and going to that court case would have costed us more than $1500 due to loss from the other business we were attending to. Our terms of service CLEARLY state no refunds on subscription fee's what so ever as with any pre-paid company. You full well know you have NO rights to a refund. However, our accounting manager will be working up the payment necessary and mailing it where it needs to go. I refuse to be bullied by you any longer. I PERSONALLY told you face to face the last time I was out there, that router placement was bad.Furthermore, our service was NEVER degraded, and I have the logs to prove it. Our terms of service clearly state that how you distribute your internet thru out your home is your choice and business, not ours. EVERY time we came out there, we got 100 Mbps plus at your POE hard-lined into the radio. You are in a PRIME service zone, you complained because you don't know how to operate a wifi router correctly, nor a home network. Furthermore, since you received a court judgement, this Revdex.com needs to be closed regardless, because you got the outcome you where hoping for, return of your money. Even though you don't even close to deserve it, and you darn well know it due to our terms of service clearly stating we're a pre-paid service, just like boost Mobile. You can't get your money back from Boost Mobile just because you don't know how to operate your phone, we work the same way.Finally, you still hold our owned equipment, and as such a $500 invoice is being sent to collections due to your failure to let us recover your equipment. This invoice will be put on your credit is a negative mark until its paid, or you let our stuff come recover our owned equipment. I really do not want to have to go as far as reporting it stolen, but will if the $500 invoice is not paid or you do not let our crew back onsite to recover it. Its out on your garage so we don't even have to come inside. If you'll agree to let my crew come back out, just email support@***.comRegards,***,I move to have this complaint hard deleted as the customer has received a judgement and this account has been fully rectified, despite any other matter.Regards

I am rejecting this response because: they are liars. I have their text messages telling me they received my payment then less than 24 hrs later cut off my service. If you want to report equipment stolen please know that I will do what ever I can to assist you.

I provided a review previously and was contacted via email by hyper fusion telling me that to log into my account to see the updated status of (hopefully) my refund. I replied to their email informing them that I no longer had an account. Hyper fusion canceled my account, came and removed their equipment and promised to refund my $350 that I had given them for new service. They continue to send me emails with the same instructions when they are well aware that I have no way to log into their website. I have ask them via replies to their emails, to give me some way to access the account that they say has been updated. This is a classic means of buying time hoping I will get tired and give up. I have given them ample ways to contact me if they really want to contact me. They claim to have new people running the company but I haven't seen any change in the poor way they do business. It is deplorable they way they operate.

At first everything with the company and how they handled things seemed to be good as far as them coming out, installing and setting up service. But that was short lived. I work from home so I 100% depend on my internet. From the start I have never gotten the speed I’m paying for which is 25mbps. That’s not a lot but as good as it gets where I live.
I’ve had service when them for about 5 weeks now and for the last week and half I haven’t been able to use the internet at all. Someone did come out and fix something I guess but I still have no service. They were supposed to come out 2 days ago and since then I cannot get a response from anyone. I’m to the point of wanting the $550 I’ve paid. I can’t count on their service and with the customer service or lack there of I just don’t want to keep dealing with this.
I really did hope all their promises would come true but I’ve been let down multiple times so far in such a short period of time.

Very dishonest company. I signed up with them In Sept 2017. Many missed appointments and broken promises. Lied to many times about service. Finally asked for my money back after I was told almost a year after paying $50 then $75 dollars more. I was promised several times it would be refunded. I even waited over a year and a half to finally be told that they could not install me because of where I was at. Then told me they woudl install be if I could pay more money. Have waited months and still no refund. I have called multiple times and even told it was refunded. They never respond to any requests anymore. I have a trail of case notes from before documented their lies and bullying. They bully disgrunted customers by either deleting their posts on their facebook page, to blaming others, to lurking and opening other facebook accounts to stalk people unhappy with service. I have never seen anything like this.

Signed up for Hyper Fusion internet in October of 2017 and paid $50 sign-up fee. Was told internet would be available in my area by end of December 2017. Well aware of the "troubles" this company had in the beginning. Was told May 4, 2018 they would get to my install in 2-4 weeks. Followed up when nothing happened. Was told on 6 July 2018 they could connect me in the next week or two. After no further response, inquired about getting someone out on 23 Sept 2018. After some back and forth about scheduling, Hyper Fusion said the tower I would be using wouldn't get installed until Nov 1 2018. On 16 Nov 2018, was told the repeater I would use was going in the following week. 10 Dec, I asked if the repeater was ever going to get installed. Hyper Fusion replied with "very soon" and "everything would be installed by end of Dec" and that I would be installed before the end of December. Nothing happened, and no communication from them. 14 Jan 2019 I followed up asking what happened to getting me installed before end of December. Hyper Fusion replied that they were having problems with a stable link. On 1 Feb I was able to schedule an install for 5 Feb 2019 and paid my $200 install fee. Install date comes around. I take the day off. No one shows up. I allowed an extra hour, still no one. I called Hyper Fusion. Finally reached Heath, and he informs me he's still working on getting the repeater installed and doesn't have an install scheduled. So I wasted an entire day off from work for nothing. I waited an additional 2 weeks for them to get everything working, and they still weren't ready. At this point, I found another provider and requested a refund on 20 Feb 2019 through their support system. Sent a reminder comment in support system on 5 Feb 2019. No response. Submitted another request for refund through their support system on 15 March 2019. Got a response on 15 March "I'll push your request thru for next weeks dump out of checks". on 25 March I commented in support ticket I had not received my refund yet. On 26 March, *** stated everything was now working and they could hooked me up or refunded. I again reiterated I wanted a refund. *** said he would add me to the refund list. 3 April 2019 I requested a status of refund through support system. No response. I have tried multiple times on 4 and 5 April to reach Hyper Fusion by phone, but no one answers. I tried being patient. Read other complaints about Hyper Fusion, you will see there is a pattern here. I'm done with Hyper Fusion and want my $250 refunded.

I paid these people $350.00 to have Internet service installed at my home. They took my money and after not showing up for 2 different appointments finally did show up for the 3rd appointment to install the equipment. The installers clearly didn't know how to install the equipment. I ended up doing almost all of the work myself. I was told by one of the principals of the company that I would have service that day. I waited a week and after several calls, emails and chats, was told that they didn't even have the towers to install their radios on. So from the time they took my money to the time I decided to cut my losses and go elsewhere for service was over 6 months. I was told that they would refund my money but when I attempted to get the refund I was then told that they don't refund any money for any reason. I can't believe this company is still in business.

Don, not sure how your refund got over looked. We're happy to credit back your entire activation fee good towards a free months of live service or refund you, your choice either way. I have double checked your account so if you can login to your Fusion Portal account we'll get that fixed up for you right away. We have a completely new management team since you've signed up and are much more on the ball now.

I paid $575.00 dollars for service to be connected for internet. I paid for installation plus 6 months in advance for service. I have spoken with ***, *** and COO *** who have all agreed to provide a refund after multiple failures to meet installation appointments.

We will be attempting a live install no later than April 12th. Once live service is obtained, 100% of the customers $575 will be credited to their account good towards subscription fees. If service is not installed by April 12th, we will with in 7 days, remit a full refund of $575 to the customer

Company has refunded my money no install is scheduled like shown in the answer. Company responded to negative posts on multimedia and initiated return of money.

In July 2017 we signed up with Hyper Fusion for internet service. We were told at that time they were adding a tower near us and it would be in place November 2017. In late 2017 I spoke with them a few time and was told there would be a slight delay, possibly to early 2018. In early 2018, first quarter, they contacted and said they wanted to come out and put dish on your building to get us ready for service connection. Them came out when scheduled and at that time we paid additional monies bringing our total paid to them to $300. Months passed with no further contact. I filled out forms on their website and called many times to no avail. Finally mid-summer I got one of them on the phone. He told me they did not have service in our area and did not have it scheduled and thus would come get the dish and refund our money. No one showed up or called. It took many tries over the next six months before I reached the same guy again. He said he would be out the following Monday to get dish and give refund. Again no show, and no contact since.

Regarding Revdex.com o complaint ID.Is there a way to reopen this issue. The business committed to you and I they would send us the refund within two weeks. It has now been two months and they have not sent the refund and have not responded to tickets or calls to their support teams.

from Hyper Fusion contacted me this morning, Tuesday 10 March 2020. He stated the reason was to confirm my address for sending my pending $300 refund to me. Once said refund had been received and cleared I will notify you so the complaint can be closed as resolved. I believe this is the Revdex.com info. I paid $1,055 to Hyper Fusion Technologies for internet services. I was scheduled for installation on February 22nd at 10:30 am and Hyper Fusion never showed up, they rescheduled me for Saturday February 23rd and again they never showed up. I was finally scheduled for Tuesday February 26th. On this last appointment I was promised they would be there or I would "receive every penny back" and yet again they never showed up. I have requested that I be refunded and my attempts to contact them have been completely ignored. I have texted, called and emailed with no response from Hyper Fusion. I paid for a service that never happened, and it appears I am not the only one this has happened to.

has been installed with full live service is is now happy. Since she paid for a year of service and only recently went live, we do not have any other payment data on her other then her initial payment. I have however, attached a screenshot of her data logs showing her traffic began on March 18th, 2019 so she is live and happy and this complaint can be closed.

I've wated so long for my interest service I thought it was a scam. I was about ready to contact the Burnet police department. It had been over 14 months since I left my deposit. Monday morning 3 guys showed up to install. I was skeptical at first. Not there first visit to install and then not able too. Must of been my lucky day.They got my internet installed with a very strong signel. It's been 3 day now and not a single problem. Best internet iv had in Kingsland. Fast loading pages and smooth streeming. They even made me a deal for having to wait so long. Apparently this was a starter company that just grew to fast. They couldn't keep up. People believe me this is the best internet service in the hill xountry. We are lucky to have them. They also are starting cell phone and tv services. Only reason I gave them 4 stares insted of 5 was for poor communication and long wait time to install. Here thats all getting better.

I've been live since June and my service keeps getting better and better. The company may have started with a few hiccups but it's definitely running strong now.

Since early September 2018, my parent’s house and my house in Kempner both have Hyper Fusion and we love it (We get almost 80MB download speeds!!). Chris is brilliant and their new service technician Ed *** is super professional and awesome. Thanks so much for your service. Been waiting for unlimited high speed internet for years. Very affordable rates and the low install cost can’t be beat. Be patient on their response times. They are a small business with huge demand (they are getting almost 20 new service requests daily).

Took money to get me on the list to get internet when available. They said October - November of 2017. It's been over a year. They do not answer phones. I feel like it was a total scam. I have been out my deposit now for over a year.

We have contacted you many times to get you installed with live service. Not to mention, you put a $50 pre-register fee, and no we did not say Oct - Nov, that was the Lampasas / Kempner area. Which has been clearly posted on our website for many months now. We would appreciate it if you would contact our office to get this matter resolved.

We have been "customers" for several months. Our area is difficult for internet service, I'll give you that. We've had so many canceled appointments for them to come improve our service. We're paying $50/month and not receiving half the speed we were promised. Customer service is ridiculous!

I am so sorry you feel like you've gotten no customer service. Our team did come back out to get your non-standard install up to HFT code. This is the reason why we don't really offer self installs unless your installing a Rohn 25g tower. It just causes to many issues. We were happy to credit your account and want to strive to make things right and earn that 5 star review.

Been 4 months since I had received a response for service. Excited to finally hear from them. Received an email with a quick response for next appointment. Scheduled the appointment and No Show or call. This company is in a very rough place right now. Hard to get anyone on the phone and when you do they have no idea what’s going one because they are just service Representatives takes big calls. I’m very disappointed. Not too often am I willing to spend my hard earned but this purchase may never happen at all.

I too signed up for service December 2017 and between then and end of August many install dates (I think 7) were missed for a variety of reasons (very good and creative). This is a new startup company offering a service with few choices which we need in the hill country. Understanding by helping them, helps us all, I followed their business plan to see how long they would actually be in business. I found a commitment to sustainability with a recent change in that plan to customer service; by an influx of additional staff, and installers with the equipment necessary to get there jobs done.
