We signed up for service from Hyper Fusion in December 2017. We paid a $300 deposit at that time. In January 2018 they came and installed lines in the attic and out front of the house. They assured us that we would be set up with service once they finished the tower in the Kempner/Burnet area (approx 2 weeks). We have called and emailed numerous times. Most of the time we do not make contact with a representative so we leave messages, which are not returned. We have emailed with no response. They have scheduled twice with us to finish the install service and have not shown up either time or called to let us know they wouldn't be arriving, causing me to miss work, losing pay. I attempted to contact them 3 weeks ago in a final attempt to rectify the situation and they have not contacted up back. So we are currently out $300 for the services we paid for and never received, plus 2 days of missed work when the company did not call or show up at the appointed time, and time.

As you can see I replied to ***s support ticket 2 days ago to try and make contract to get him a full refund, as of yet, I have had no contact with him yet.

I signed up and paid 50$ to hyperfusion to be placed on the equipment install list in the month of Aug 2017. On January 03, 2018 I paid 250.00$ to hyperfusion for the equipment and it was installed. Now July 2018, the company has failed to provide internet service as promised. During the month of July 2018, my wife and I have been Requesting a refund and for the company to retrieve their equipment. Every attempt has failed.

Despite several attempts to get services prepaid for on 1/11/18 we never received the installation. Many excuses by the company, even asking us for another chance and install dates (which they also missed without communicating). Finally requested refund through PayPal on July 10.

I called Hyper Fusion to see about service; within two hours they were at the house confirming that they could provide internet service. They were given $300 for the installation which was supposed to happen the next week. After 3 missed appointments without contact from Hyper Fusion, I called and emailed the company to find out about getting a refund.
They are no longer answering calls or returning any emails. It would appear that this "company" is a total scam.

I applied for Internet services with Hyper Fusion since the end of 2017. On December of 2017, I paid $300 Installation fee that Hyper Fusion required in advance. Hyper Fusion have provided several different dates to install the equipment at my property, and had failed every single attempt. Their last re-scheduled installation was determined to be on 22 May 2018 at 10:30 hrs. I had to take vacation time to be present at my home address, and due to Hyper Fusion failure to show up, I missed a day of work and a Paid Time Off period. Hyper Fusion does not have a dedicated customer support staff that can answer their phone lines, take service calls. All they have an automated voice that ask customers to leave a message and their contact information, but does not return any phone calls or requests. I am exhausted and very disappointed to be dealing with a business that continuously fails to provide their promised customer service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Hyper Fusion contacted me during the month of September of 2018, and started my Internet service in October of 2018. Ever since then, I have been a very satisfied customer, and I am sure that Hyper Fusion has become a better company with new management, and are doing the right thing for their customers.

I paid the deposit back in October 2017 for Internet service. Before they would come out and install us they wanted the full amount paid a total of $475.00 for them to come out and get us installed back in December 2017. Since then they have not been good at contacting us back, making appointments and not showing up several times and lied to us about getting us on the appointment for install. I have told them that I was going to request a refund if they don't get us installed. They have not gotten in contact with us again and I am tired of being involved with this company that does not deliver on service. Would like a full refund of my money.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a refund as they have stated. I have open cases with PayPal and they have not responded to them yet. Until my entrie $475 is showing as refunded in my account I will not accept this as a closed case

After paying for internet services I have still not received any service. After months of waiting the equipment was installed on my home, it has since been over another month and I still have no service. My neighbor had the equipment installed and had service on the same day. I have attempted numerous times to make contact with the business and have received no contact back.

As it stated right in there, several in that neighboorhood have service. We will be going back out to the customer location to finish getting them online as discussed with the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: the company contacted me and made promises that service would be provided and then failed to make contact for services. This company has failed numerous times to provide service.

I signed up for a new internet service provider. They have scheduled to install the equipment two different times and failed to show or call both times. I have called and emailed numerous times and they never return calls or emails.

I am rejecting this response because: they indicate they have talked to me and they have not. Since the scheduled install and no show I have heard nothing. Also I pick up my mail and have had no refund to date. They need to get this done as I am in discussion with the police to file charges of fraud.

We now have this customer live and I'm sure she's more than happy, you can contact her for the testimony straight from herself.

We paid for installation service up front for my house and my mom’s house back in January they installed equipment in our homes on February 6th but we’re not able to connect us to the internet due to their towers not being up and live yet. Since then we have been promised 4 different times that someone would be out here to connected to the Internet now that their towers are up in live. All four times no one called and no one showed! They do not return phone calls or messages and do not communicate to the customers whatsoever. I am trying to seek either that they connect us as promised or get a refund but that’s hard to do when they will not communicate with their customers.
