Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regarding waiver that my year old son (***) signed The last line of the waiver agreement states “This does not absolve the Garage or its employees of responsibility for damage resulting from negligence or improper equipment” My son was asked for a concrete block to put under the car during drop off.Regarding AAA calls and response for resolving the issue- Please go back and look at the notes taken when I called, or listen to the recordings regarding this (at least 4-times)It will show that twice it was admitted that yes this looks like damage created during the service callAlso it will show that I was instructed to take the vehicle in for repair and send AAA the invoiceI was also told every time that someone would be in touch with meNo one called me back until I reached the local office on my 5th or 6th call, which is when I was told the case was closedThis was over about a week period which we did not have use of the car.Regarding the damage that was caused by cement blocks placed under the radiator by the tow truck driverBelow is the picture that was taken after the car was set on the block which broke into pieces and fluid started leaking outThis picture was not taken at the scene of the accidentThe driver took the picture when both my wife and son witnessed the fluid start leaking out as he set the car down on the block Regards, [redacted]

Re: Revdex.com Case# [redacted] - Eileen K***To Whom it may concern,We have attempted resolution with MsK [redacted] after she reached out via our call center and social media channelsHer battery was originally purchased 6/27/with a member discount and came with a 36-month free replacement period followed by a 36-year prorated periodHer battery was replaced for free under warranty on 8/26/At this point, because MsK [redacted] was covered by her free replacement period, her warranty from her original purchase date of 6/27/ remained intactThis warranty schedule is clearly outlined in the battery paperwork that MsK [redacted] received and referenced during her discussion with our Member Relations Representative, Amanda. At this point, MsK [redacted] is still under the prorated portion of her warranty; however, she is no longer eligible for the member discount as her membership has since lapsed. As resolution, we have offered to replace her battery at member cost ($instead of the $non-member cost) and provide her with her prorated warranty discount, which comes to $before taxes and disposal feesThis would also restart her year warranty She declined the goodwill gesture, so we have offered the alternative goodwill exception to allow her to purchase a non AAA battery and still refund her $for the remaining months left on her warranty, when a third party replacement would typically void her AAA warranty This gesture was also declined. We then agreed to send her a reimbursement application should she choose to purchase the third party battery so we may reimburse the remaining warranty left from her original purchase date of 6/27/should she decide to accept our offerWe have also provided her with direct contact information to our Member Relations Representative should she like to purchase a new, fully warrantied battery through AAA and we will honor the $member price.Sincerely,Ashley L [redacted] Supervisor, Member Relations

All, In regards to Ms*** rebuttal, Please see the attached documents in our original response where Ms*** authorized the original amount of $1,via phone and timestamped by our Service Writer, JoeThis indicates the authorization by which we continued the repair work to investigate the full extent of the damage to the vehicleBy the time we discovered further issues during the repair process and Ms*** questioned the amounts and extent of repairs, we had already performed a teardown which totaled approximately $550, or hours of the tech’s timeHowever, the manager, Frank discounted the amount owed to $as a gesture of goodwill for Ms***’s troublesUnfortunately, at this time, AAA Arizona is not able to honor any further requests for compensation made by Ms***Sincerely, Ashley L*** Supervisor, Member Relations AAA Arizona *** * *** *** *** ***

Dear Ms***, Thank you for reaching out to AAA Arizona regarding your Club Owned Repair transactionWe sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have causedWe have reviewed your desired settlement and unfortunately, we are not able to honor your request at this timeThe amount
billed and paid for ($400) was a discounted price provided as a goodwill gesture (originally invoiced for $561) and covers the tech’s labor time to disassemble the engineOur repair shop did leave the engine disassembled; this was done in order to avoid further labor charges to rebuild it at our facility and charges at the new facility to disassemble againI do apologize if this was not communicated to you appropriately- I will address this with our Repair facility managementAgain, thank you for taking the time to reach out with your concerns; we appreciate your business Sincerely, Ashley L*** Supervisor, Member Relations AAA Arizona Tell us why here

AAA is willing to cover the costs of the repair to the muffler/exhaust, the only damage that could have conceivably been caused by the tow by AAA’s contract stationGiven that this repair would cost approximately $at one of AAA’s repair facilities as well as money for an alignment, we feel that the $500.00, we have offered to Ms***, is totally fair and commercially reasonableWe have already issued her a refund on her AAA membership dues at a value of $
