the the monetary offer they gave to resolve the situation was not fair or proper for the experience that I was given and the Damage that was done to my car. I am working with Michael T[redacted] to resolve the issue for they will not talk to me in a way that I feel heard and understood

my complaint was about a trip interuption. They resolved a car rental issue never reported. Look into the problem described.

He came into to the office very loud and would not listen to front desk ladies.  When I arrived I had him come into my office and he had a lady with him.  I shut the door and he again was very loud. He had been in an accident and was on the way to the vet with his cat.  When the...

police arrived and reported the accident he said he would call AAA for a tow.  This is not what AAA is to be used for we are an "emergency road service" when your car breaks down. He was upset as he stated he was on hold for 45 minutes.  The police called a tow company they use to take wrecked cars to salvage and it happened to be "[redacted]" whom AAA also uses as outside contractor with our logo on the door.  Since the police initiated the call the car was towed to salvage yard this is what why he was upset he wanted his car towed to car repair shop.  Upon his request I called the Emergency Road Service of AAA to get his car towed from salvage yard to the repair shop it took about 15 minutes this upset him stating that since I was a manager I didn't have to wait on hold for 45 minutes.  He continued to state he has been a  member for over 25 years and never used our service and when he needed us we were not there for him.   I tried to reason with him but I couldn't  for about 45 minutes. When he started talking about the same story that we had already discussed and I could get him to reason with me I went to have [redacted] an insurance manager come into my office and speak with him after 45 minutes in my office.He said I was not helpful or empathetic with him. He wanted my boss' name, address, and phone number to contact him.  I wrote all of this information down for him.  He also said he was contacting the attorney general about fraud on AAA and the Revdex.com.  He did contact [redacted] (my boss) and spoke to him. [redacted] agreed to give him 1 year of complimentary AAA Premier membership.

At this time, AAA Arizona still states that the club is not responsible for, nor caused, the damage to your [redacted] as alleged during the extrication and tow services, as the vehicle was previously involved in the collision with the documented and photographed curb, creating the initial need for extrication as seen  in the attached pictures.However, because member satisfaction is our top priority, we have decided to authorize a check refund mailed to your membership address on file in the amount of $905.12- the amount for your related repairs- as a one-time gesture of goodwill for your membership and tenure.Sincerely,                            [redacted]AAA ArizonaSupervisor, Member Relations
