I purchased an SUV from Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in October It's apparent that they are accustom to working with people with bad creditThis in NOT my situationI walked in with financing in handAll I needed was a vehicleI specifically told the sales rep that I wanted the maintenance package and DID NOT need GAP insurance as my Credit Union covered it for a MUCH better priceWhen all was said and done, I ended up with GAP insurance and no maintenanceI went back to the dealership to get that squared awayFast forward to first oil change, no one can find the maintenance info on the systemI have to call the sales manager (whose name and number I have in my cell because of the number of problems I've had with the dealership) and have him "approve" my oil changeHe said he'd add the info to the systemI went back six weeks later, same issueYesterday, I called to schedule my next appointmentNo surprise, the information STILL isn't on the system SIX months laterAll of this happened after they kept my trade in vehicle for more than days which meant that I had to pay car notes to two different companiesI've called the corporate office and all they do is send me back to the dealershipThey are scammersTaurus R [redacted] ( [redacted] ) told me he was doing me a favor by listening to my complaintI have NEVER dealt with such unprofessional people in my life

contacting the dealership we had specific wants for the vehicle (remote start, heated seates, rear camera, sunroof)discussed these with [redacted] several times on the phone he actually called on Thurs to confirm our apt on Sat 8/when we got there he was out of town and we were told to work with [redacted] we made her aware of the options we wanted -yes, this vehicle had it all we were informed again sitting waiting on finance and approval, we discussed this againWe had to tell [redacted] what remote start was, (outside the car and starting it with the push of a button on the key fob)she got with the manager [redacted] and said they would get that done we were approved went to sign papers, and ask ***, finance guy, again about the remote start, he told us to get with [redacted] she was working with the managerwe signed papers We ask [redacted] and she went to get the manager [redacted] who discussed we had to pay out of pocket now, since we signed papers I feel we ask several times, and this feature should

Buyers Beware! Shady Dealings! Don't waste your time! Worst car buying experience! False, Fake and Fraudulent price online, got to the dealership 10,was added to the car price!

If you expect to get a rental vehicle from Clay Cooley Mitsubishi of Arlington while you get your vehicle serviced, while still under warranty, don't botherThis dealer doesn't offer a shuttle, doesn't offer a rental vehicle, reimbursement for rentals, or any other service, even if your vehicle is under warranty, while you are having your vehicle fixed/servicedThe Service Advisor I spoke with couldn't haven't been any less sympathetic or even understanding about this issueHe didn't seem to care, and neither did MitsubishiA parking lot full of cars, new and pre-owned, and I can't get a loner for ONE DAY? I called the customer service for Mitsubishi and was told the same thingThey didn't offer any help to my situation of being out of a vehicle while they serviced the car that I paid for! How am I supposed to get to work if I leave the vehicle overnight? Or run essential errands on a Saturday without something to drive because Saturdays are there "busiest" days? (I was told I'd have to drop my car off first thing when they open, and wouldn't be able to pick up until 6pm when they closed.)They'll take your money quick when trying to sell, and may offer and honor the warranty for YOU to pay for upon purchase, but if your looking for that above and beyond customer service you need, accomidations for the situations you are put into due to THEIR faulty product, don't expect Mitsubishi or this dealer to help you out in the least Aside from that, they closed the dealer where I originally purchased my car from off of Camp Bowie in Fort WorthTo drive a city over for this sort of uncompassionate treatment is unheard of Between the inconvenience of recalls for my Mirage (which I took time off of work to have fixed), the commute to a dealership that isn't even in my city and the lack of follow through for a paid for product, this is going to be my first and last brand new Mitsubishi

Late 10/to late 12/contacted Clay Cooley Mitsubishi Service Department to schedule an appointment to determine why our car was losing oilAfter several phone calls to schedule an appointment, the Service Department was able to schedule an appointment and loan car Late December They kept our car for roughly weeks-when we picked it up they said they couldn't determine the cause for our engine losing oil They suggested we drive it for roughly miles, have the oil changed again & see if that makes a difference [redacted] , the service manager, shared with my husband that he thought Mitsubishi would replace the engine, due to it losing oil - but Mitsubishi wouldn't approve it We left and followed [redacted] 's suggestion but the entire time we were losing oil January My husband took the car back after the 3,mile oil change & they were still unable to determine the reason for our engine losing oilAt this time, [redacted] suggested we have the oil

On June 24,we purchased a Kia SoulThe purchase went smooth and as plannedA few weeks later we received a driver plus maintenance coupon booklet for oil changes and suchIt mentioned since we selected the maintenance plan we received the coupon bookI immediately pulled the paperwork from signing and realized they had a $fee on the paperwork for this planI called and spoke to [redacted] in which he let me know they had a form to cancel the plan that would need to be filled outWe went back to [redacted] on July 29,and completed the formOn the form it stated that it could take up to weeks to issue the credit from my lien holderI patiently waited and starting calling again in December to make sure they had plenty of time to resolve my issueI spoke to [redacted] on Dec 15th and he was going to call me back however he never didI did return a call to leave a voicemail the same day Then on Dec 18th I spoke with [redacted] again and he told me that the depart

After leaving the dealership, I noticed they didn't return my copy of a lease agreement for my houseSo I called and they said they'd have it for me the next day, so I stopped by after workWhen I got there they couldn't find itAfter this they promised me they'd find it and it would be ready for meAgain, I stopped by a second time, still wasn't thereThen the excuses startedI was informed that it was in another folder, that they could and would email itThat never happenedThen tbd finance manager, [redacted] ***, advised he'd get it to usWe've stopped by a total of times to pick this document up because they said they'd have itThe finance manager, ***, called again to promise me he'd have itOnce again be couldn't find itToday, [redacted] said he'd have it this A.M and he had another person call me to tell me he couldn't find itThat has personal information on it, abouy my myself and familyI needed to know they couldn't be so careless about their customers documents

WORST experience ever!! We arrived last Tuesday interested in the 5-Speed Manual Mitsubishi Mirage, they showed us the automatic and talked down he manual saying it was so unpopular and no one purchased that one etcAfter they pre approved us to finance, (of which the finance manager was extremely rude and unpleasant to us) we explained we were really interested in the manual version and showed them the same exact car for the same price online at [redacted] PlanoAs soon as they saw were were considering another dealership they decided they could order us a manual versionBut ask us to put $down to reserve it because once they get that car here if we decided not to buy from them they are stuck with this very unpopular car that no one is going to want, they also told us they never lose a deal with price matchingSo we decide to put the money down, they said it would for sure be there by Thursday morningSo we return Thursday morning to find out that the car was not in, we sat there for over an hour while they tried to "locate" the driver coming from OK and said they were going to try and find another dealership to purchase from to find the closest carHour and half later they say no one has one at their lot and the truck from OK is going to be a whileExcept that can't be true because all along [redacted] in Plano had different colors in the 5-Speed manual, including the white that we were looking forSo...they tell us to come back Monday because for sure it will be there and ready to goWe come back today and after the runaround with different people, they got the car in over the weekend and sold it to someone willing to pay higher than what they quoted usEven though we had reserved the car with $and it was only ordered for usSo their options were giving us our money back or ordering another one that would take 2-weeks to get inHelllllll noWe took our money and leftWent right to [redacted] in Plano and short hours later we left with our 5-Speed Manual Mitsubishi Mirage Wouldn't recommend Clay Cooley to ANYONE EVER!!! By far worst customer service and worst experience in the history of dealerships ever

I bought a car from Clay Cooley Mitsubishi on March 31, On April my car was taken from my drivewayI filed police report for auto theft and called Clay Cooley to see if there was a GPS in the car and asked them if they could track itThe salesman told me they didn’t put a GPS in the carI missed a couple of days from work due to the situation, had to rent a car to get to work and I also had to change my house locks because the house keys where in the car when it was takenOn May the salesman [redacted] from Clay Cooley called me and told me they had the carHe explained to me a tow truck left it at their location because that was the last address on fileHe asked me to go and pick up the carThen I called the Arlington Police Department and asked them what was the procedure now The Arlington Police Department told me not to drive a stolen vehicle, that Clay Cooley should call them so that they could do a recovery report on the carI then called Clay Cooley an

I purchase a Mitsubishi Outlander with 50k miles on it and put $down payment on itThis was the “only vehicle” I was told they could put me in after a two day run around with themWhen we got the car it was filthy and was very strange the places that had filthAlmost as if it had been sitting under nasty waterWhich wouldn’t be surprising because the car has the previous dealers sticker on it and it’s from Baton Rouge Louisiana Two weeks after we had the car, the AC went outI took it back in and had to have them fix itThe whole compressor and AC system had went out Now, three and a half months later I was driving the car and it started running bad so I tried to pull off the road but it completely went out before I could get off the roadI had it towed to the nearest shop where they determined that engine was completely goneClay Cooley cane to pick up the car and took it to fleetThey also determined the engine had gone outThey also called to tell us that w

I bought a new Mitsubishi Mirage with a sticker price of $17,000.00, I put down payment of $3500.00, when I recieved my payment info from the lender I found I was financing $I called the dealer and asked for a detailed explanation of what the vehicle cost, TT&L and any other expences so I can understand how we got to a finance number of $18960.00?? I received nothing, I went to the dealer in person and still received nothing

We signed off on a loan on 1/26/at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi for a Mitsubishi Outlander and did not receive a copy of the paperwork or a buyer’s registration for the glove compartment, the extra key or the manualAfter days of people not answering, I contacted Clay Cooley Nissan to find out how to rescind the loan for the SUVAfter contacting another dealership, I was able to get the extra key and manual on Friday 1/but still nothing showing that we purchased a vehicleSaturday 2/6, I was contacted and was asked to bring the SUV back because it was not inspected and they were unable to register the vehicleWhen I arrived, I was told to wait and eventually told that the loan had fallen throughI was upset at first but I let it goI requested my personal items out of the SUV and my $down payment refundedI was told by *** *** that I would receive my refund on Monday 2/8, when I brought the extra keyI called times and left messages for *** and Finance on

I bought a Mitsubishi Lancer on 2/13/ I never bought a new car before until now The Sales personnel had me sign for the additional warranty, gap insurance and something else It added over $5K to the price of the car I did not understand what he had me signHe did not explain what it was about Within business days on 2/15/17, I went back and had them remove the add on stuff I did not needThey gave me a cancellation paper and told me I would have to wait until I made the first payment to Capital OneThe Finance Mgr, *** said he would take care of it right away It is now 5/12/and they have still not corrected the cancellation for Capital One to make the adjustment minus all the add on's I cancelled They have blocked all of my calls at this point and are not following through on what they promised to do(Take the add on's off, and contact Capital One to inform them that they should have been taken off as of 2/15/ This is a sham business taking advantage

I have no idea how this place has an A- rating You can easily see reviews of this location on the internet and will be amazed by how many negative experiences people have had I was sold a vehicle that had previously been wrecked, had a strut about to fall out, a transmission go out within two weeks of owning the vehicle and now at my mechanics shop because they failed to put the proper drive shaft on the truck they lifted It actually disconnected while I was driving down the highway because the drive shaft was far too short for the lift They had to have known this Between the strut and now this issue the I'm very lucky that I did not have a major accident Oh and when they repaired the transmission after much arguing they waiting till the 30th day to do the repair I found that odd for some reason and it's also odd they don't have any voicemail at all Try calling them and leave a message You can't So yeah, I would say they deserve an F rating at best

I purchased my Mitsubishi Lancer August 16,The car had something thousand miles when I purchased itNow on Sept20th hen I was on my way to Dallas the car all of a sudden felt funny, I would try to accelerate it would go even slower the car wouldn't go over mph, going up a hill was very hard for the carWhen I got to my destination I shut the car down and let it rest for about mins, when I turned it back on the car sounded and felt much betterWhile I was driving back home to Arlington I decided to call Clay Cooley to tell them about the issue, the gentleman on the phone told me that he thought I needed to change my transmission oilI went in Thursday for the oil change a day after my car had done it again like every other time it had done it now this time it didn't even try to move it actually went backI called that same day when it happent ( Sept23) & they told me I would have to take it in on Saturday the day afterThey called me that same day sayi

Since January 19, I have been attempting to get Clay Cooley's finance officer at the Mitsubishi dealership to cancel contracts I had on a Mitsubishi Mirage that was totaled in an accident on 12/09/ *** *** is the finance officer's name I paid for GAP, Mechanical Repair Services Contract and Protection Plus through The Warranty Group, that I was told, I could cancel at any time Unfortunately, the car dealership has to be the ones to send in the appropriate paperwork to the Warranty Group that cancels these contracts To date, I am still receiving bills from the lienholder of The Mitsubishi Mirage because Clay Cooley has not completed the appropriate paperwork and sent it to The Warranty Group Numerous e-mails from myself to Ms*** and The Warranty Group, in addition to multiple phone conversations with the bank who holds the loan have not resulted in any type of resolution I have talked to Ms*** face-to-face and she assured me that she
