I was sold a Chevy Silverado on March 31, When I purchased the vehicle I was told it came with a three year or 36,mile warranty by the finance guy This was a lie I was in fact charged for a warranty through a third party That being said, my trucks transmission failed at miles of me driving it I had it towed to the dealer on April 17th Since then the truck has been sitting in the back of their lot and not getting repaired The third party warranty company refused to cover the repairs so last week I had to physically go to the dealerships location in order to get an answer as to what was going on I was told about the warranty company refusing to repair the truck and that they would repair it themselves and I would have my truck by this past Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest Today I tried once again to call and see what's going on but continue to get transferred from one department to another with everyone telling me they know nothing of my issue It's be

I purchase a Mitsubishi Outlander with 50k miles on it and put $down payment on itThis was the “only vehicle” I was told they could put me in after a two day run around with themWhen we got the car it was filthy and was very strange the places that had filthAlmost as if it had been sitting under nasty waterWhich wouldn’t be surprising because the car has the previous dealers sticker on it and it’s from Baton Rouge Louisiana
Two weeks after we had the car, the AC went outI took it back in and had to have them fix itThe whole compressor and AC system had went out
Now, three and a half months later I was driving the car and it started running bad so I tried to pull off the road but it completely went out before I could get off the roadI had it towed to the nearest shop where they determined that engine was completely goneClay Cooley cane to pick up the car and took it to fleetThey also determined the engine had gone outThey also called to tell us that w

On 4/24/I went to Clay Cooley Mitsubishi to look at vehicles for my wife I told the salesman what I could afford and what I had to trade after about hour of let me go see what I can do a gentleman came out that I never saw again and said they would pay off our vehicle and put us into a newer vehicle with lower miles for a little more than I wanted so I agreed now I had already explained to the sales man several times I had no money down supposedly there was a contract written up I never saw it
After test driving a vehicle and deciding to purchase it had already been a hours long process I get to the finance department and start the paperwork and he asks me if I wanted to write him a check for $I said for what he said for the down payment so after explaining to him I never said anything about a down payment he said let me go see he came back and said that is what I had agreed to so I agreed to come back with the money after a few days
I had already gone to get the wife so we could fill out her side of the paperwork as we are leaving I asked for the second key and now they tell me there was only one and it is there policy that if a used vehicle come to the dealership with one key that is the way it leaves and if I had wanted another I should have made a deal before we had signed all of the paperwork its not like I was asking for new tires or an alarm system I just wanted to have keys

On 8/18/2018, this dealership sold me a "new" carAfter not receiving my new plates, I contacted the DMV on 10/10/18, and discovered the title and registration had not been filed and that the car had been previously titled and that the dealership did not have the titleThis prevents me from obtaining plates or legally driving the car when the temporary tags expire next weekAfter multiple trips to the dealership and several misrepresentations of the status of the title, the general manager finally made time to tell me it was my responsibility for buying the car and that he would not resolve the issue or accept a return on the vehicle. He accepted no responsibility for selling me a previously owned car as "new"

I bought a Mitsubishi Lancer on 2/13/ I never bought a new car before until now The Sales personnel had me sign for the additional warranty, gap insurance and something else It added over $5K to the price of the car I did not understand what he had me signHe did not explain what it was about Within business days on 2/15/17, I went back and had them remove the add on stuff I did not needThey gave me a cancellation paper and told me I would have to wait until I made the first payment to Capital OneThe Finance Mgr, *** said he would take care of it right away It is now 5/12/and they have still not corrected the cancellation for Capital One to make the adjustment minus all the add on's I cancelled They have blocked all of my calls at this point and are not following through on what they promised to do(Take the add on's off, and contact Capital One to inform them that they should have been taken off as of 2/15/ This is a sham business taking advantage

Bought a used car on 9/24/at about 7PM By 6AM on 9/25/the check engine light was onToday we took it back to the dealership to have the repairs done only to find out that absolutely NOTHING had been done to the car when they received itThey basically got it in and sold it to usThey didn't inspect it, do any type of basic service on it or anythingWe had asked the "Finance Manager" about having some knobs and the front passenger seat repaired and he said he would have it taken care ofHe even took pictures of them on his cell phoneYet on the day we picked it up he acted like he had never said anything like thatHe even went so far as to lie and say that I told him I could replace the knobs on my own- Never in my life would I offer to do any type of auto repair on my ownI know what I am good at and that isn't it Once we knew he was a liar we expressed our concern and even asked what else was wrong with the carHe said the car had been serviced and inspected a

Late 10/to late 12/contacted Clay Cooley Mitsubishi Service Department to schedule an appointment to determine why our car was losing oilAfter several phone calls to schedule an appointment, the Service Department was able to schedule an appointment and loan car
Late December They kept our car for roughly weeks-when we picked it up they said they couldn't determine the cause for our engine losing oil They suggested we drive it for roughly miles, have the oil changed again & see if that makes a difference***, the service manager, shared with my husband that he thought Mitsubishi would replace the engine, due to it losing oil - but Mitsubishi wouldn't approve it We left and followed ***'s suggestion but the entire time we were losing oil
January My husband took the car back after the 3,mile oil change & they were still unable to determine the reason for our engine losing oilAt this time, *** suggested we have the oil

We signed contracts and they gave me the keys they call me 3-days later that the bank did not accept my husbands ID but the real reason they called me was because they realized the sold me the car cheaper they said if I came up w 7k down we were ok, what kind of bank will say give me more down and we will accept his ID

They have not paid off my trade in and now the bank is calling and sending certified letters wanting to know why I have not paid the last payments
They promised that I would get a refund for an extended service contract I had on my trade...and now they have clammed up and refuse to give me straight answers
They told us our loan was funded a month ago but we still have no tags or even a letter or payment book from the supposed lender
I went personally (twice) to the dealership to ask what was going on and got the cold shoulder runaround and then a promise that the issues would be resolved in five days When the five days were up without any changes, I wrote to the dealership via their on-line website contact pageAnd once again I have been ignored

I stopped here looking for a long term relationshipIt is nice to find someone you can depend on in every tradeI was in need of a new vehicle and ready to pay cashI found them mostly helpful although somewhat pushy during the saleI bought a new Mitsubishi Outlander and after the papers were signed I was informed they only had one key but assured me that I could pick up another one the next dayI showed up the next day and no key and really no time for my problemThe man I was dealing with left me for a possible saleWhile waiting I witnessed a belligerent outburst from a customer due to their dismissive attitudeFast forward months and still no keyI have made many calls with have been either ignored, passed off to someone assuring me help or straight up hung up onThe more I called the more frequent rude behavior was receivedAs I see from other reviews on many websites this is their business modelBuyer beware

I bought a new Mitsubishi Mirage with a sticker price of $17,000.00, I put down payment of $3500.00, when I recieved my payment info from the lender I found I was financing $I called the dealer and asked for a detailed explanation of what the vehicle cost, TT&L and any other expences so I can understand how we got to a finance number of $18960.00?? I received nothing, I went to the dealer in person and still received nothing

April of I purchased a vehicle from Clay Cooley AutoWhen I purchased the vehicle I initially had no issues registering the car with the state as of July of I have received notice from the state that I am unable to register my car because my Kia Soul I purchased from Clay Cooley has a VIN# that is affiliated with other carsSo as of today I have left Clay Cooley several messages to call me back to further discuss this situation & I have yet to get a response back from the company & to this day I'm unable to drive my car that car note is current on due to having expired tags with that being pulled over by the cops incurring more fee for my self due to this VIN# situationI purchased this car under the assumption that the titile was clean and that once I pay it off next year that I would be receiving a clean title for this car but at this point I don't really know where to go with this VIN # situation

I have no idea how this place has an A- rating You can easily see reviews of this location on the internet and will be amazed by how many negative experiences people have had I was sold a vehicle that had previously been wrecked, had a strut about to fall out, a transmission go out within two weeks of owning the vehicle and now at my mechanics shop because they failed to put the proper drive shaft on the truck they lifted It actually disconnected while I was driving down the highway because the drive shaft was far too short for the lift They had to have known this Between the strut and now this issue the I'm very lucky that I did not have a major accident Oh and when they repaired the transmission after much arguing they waiting till the 30th day to do the repair I found that odd for some reason and it's also odd they don't have any voicemail at all Try calling them and leave a message You can't So yeah, I would say they deserve an F rating at best

I purchased my car on 07/23, I was told I had low miles and atleast 30day warrantydays after purchasing my vehicle my brakes was making loud noise so I then called the lot immediately about the problemThey had me to bring car in and they replaced the rear and front brakesThey were bad a week after purchasingSo a few days later I became seeing white thick cloud of smoke coming out my pipes when I began to drive foeward and it starts to jerkI immediately took it to a close auto zoneThey checked my car with a reader and said its not workingA certain error popped up with a codeThe auto zone rep began to check my oil and look up the codeRemind you this is almost weeks of having the carHe mention I had barley oil on my dip stick, not goodSo he put the code ij and something came up dealing with my convertibleI called Clay Cooley the same day about the problemThey transferred me to the Kia departmentThey told me I had no warranty on the car and that I will have

I wanted to purchase a car from clay cooley ,and when I went there they had cars I could choose from I picked a car but did not drive off in the car they put me in a rental carThey said my car would be ready in a couple of days but a couple of days turned into a weekDuring the time I was driving the rental car I decided that I did not want the car and being that I didn't fill out any paper work it was perfect for me
When I got there everything that we talked about had changedLike the total value on the car it went from to so then that made me really not interested they then told me if I did not come get the car they would tow it to my house and that's what they did very unwillingThen on top of that the car is not running the put the keys in the mailbox and the car is blocking my drive way!!!!

We signed off on a loan on 1/26/at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi for a Mitsubishi Outlander and did not receive a copy of the paperwork or a buyer’s registration for the glove compartment, the extra key or the manualAfter days of people not answering, I contacted Clay Cooley Nissan to find out how to rescind the loan for the SUVAfter contacting another dealership, I was able to get the extra key and manual on Friday 1/but still nothing showing that we purchased a vehicleSaturday 2/6, I was contacted and was asked to bring the SUV back because it was not inspected and they were unable to register the vehicleWhen I arrived, I was told to wait and eventually told that the loan had fallen throughI was upset at first but I let it goI requested my personal items out of the SUV and my $down payment refundedI was told by *** *** that I would receive my refund on Monday 2/8, when I brought the extra keyI called times and left messages for *** and Finance on
