I purchased my Mitsubishi Lancer August 16,The car had something thousand miles when I purchased itNow on Sept20th hen I was on my way to Dallas the car all of a sudden felt funny, I would try to accelerate it would go even slower the car wouldn't go over mph, going up a hill was very hard for the carWhen I got to my destination I shut the car down and let it rest for about mins, when I turned it back on the car sounded and felt much betterWhile I was driving back home to Arlington I decided to call Clay Cooley to tell them about the issue, the gentleman on the phone told me that he thought I needed to change my transmission oilI went in Thursday for the oil change a day after my car had done it again like every other time it had done it now this time it didn't even try to move it actually went backI called that same day when it happent ( Sept23) & they told me I would have to take it in on Saturday the day afterThey called me that same day sayi

I purchased an SUV from Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in October It's apparent that they are accustom to working with people with bad creditThis in NOT my situationI walked in with financing in handAll I needed was a vehicleI specifically told the sales rep that I wanted the maintenance package and DID NOT need GAP insurance as my Credit Union covered it for a MUCH better priceWhen all was said and done, I ended up with GAP insurance and no maintenanceI went back to the dealership to get that squared awayFast forward to first oil change, no one can find the maintenance info on the systemI have to call the sales manager (whose name and number I have in my cell because of the number of problems I've had with the dealership) and have him "approve" my oil changeHe said he'd add the info to the systemI went back six weeks later, same issueYesterday, I called to schedule my next appointmentNo surprise, the information STILL isn't on the system SIX months laterAll of this happened after they kept my trade in vehicle for more than days which meant that I had to pay car notes to two different companiesI've called the corporate office and all they do is send me back to the dealershipThey are scammersTaurus R*** (*** ***) told me he was doing me a favor by listening to my complaintI have NEVER dealt with such unprofessional people in my life

Bought a used car on 9/24/at about 7PM By 6AM on 9/25/the check engine light was onToday we took it back to the dealership to have the repairs done only to find out that absolutely NOTHING had been done to the car when they received itThey basically got it in and sold it to usThey didn't inspect it, do any type of basic service on it or anythingWe had asked the "Finance Manager" about having some knobs and the front passenger seat repaired and he said he would have it taken care ofHe even took pictures of them on his cell phoneYet on the day we picked it up he acted like he had never said anything like thatHe even went so far as to lie and say that I told him I could replace the knobs on my own- Never in my life would I offer to do any type of auto repair on my ownI know what I am good at and that isn't it Once we knew he was a liar we expressed our concern and even asked what else was wrong with the carHe said the car had been serviced and inspected a

contacting the dealership we had specific wants for the vehicle (remote start, heated seates, rear camera, sunroof)discussed these with *** several times on the phone he actually called on Thurs to confirm our apt on Sat 8/when we got there he was out of town and we were told to work with *** we made her aware of the options we wanted -yes, this vehicle had it all we were informed again sitting waiting on finance and approval, we discussed this againWe had to tell *** what remote start was, (outside the car and starting it with the push of a button on the key fob)she got with the manager *** and said they would get that done we were approved went to sign papers, and ask ***, finance guy, again about the remote start, he told us to get with *** she was working with the managerwe signed papers We ask *** and she went to get the manager *** who discussed we had to pay out of pocket now, since we signed papers I feel we ask several times, and this feature should

WORST experience ever!!
We arrived last Tuesday interested in the 5-Speed Manual Mitsubishi Mirage, they showed us the automatic and talked down he manual saying it was so unpopular and no one purchased that one etcAfter they pre approved us to finance, (of which the finance manager was extremely rude and unpleasant to us) we explained we were really interested in the manual version and showed them the same exact car for the same price online at *** *** PlanoAs soon as they saw were were considering another dealership they decided they could order us a manual versionBut ask us to put $down to reserve it because once they get that car here if we decided not to buy from them they are stuck with this very unpopular car that no one is going to want, they also told us they never lose a deal with price matchingSo we decide to put the money down, they said it would for sure be there by Thursday morningSo we return Thursday morning to find out that the car was not in, we sat there for over an hour while they tried to "locate" the driver coming from OK and said they were going to try and find another dealership to purchase from to find the closest carHour and half later they say no one has one at their lot and the truck from OK is going to be a whileExcept that can't be true because all along *** *** in Plano had different colors in the 5-Speed manual, including the white that we were looking forSo...they tell us to come back Monday because for sure it will be there and ready to goWe come back today and after the runaround with different people, they got the car in over the weekend and sold it to someone willing to pay higher than what they quoted usEven though we had reserved the car with $and it was only ordered for usSo their options were giving us our money back or ordering another one that would take 2-weeks to get inHelllllll noWe took our money and leftWent right to *** *** in Plano and short hours later we left with our 5-Speed Manual Mitsubishi Mirage
Wouldn't recommend Clay Cooley to ANYONE EVER!!! By far worst customer service and worst experience in the history of dealerships ever

I purchased my car on 07/23, I was told I had low miles and atleast 30day warrantydays after purchasing my vehicle my brakes was making loud noise so I then called the lot immediately about the problemThey had me to bring car in and they replaced the rear and front brakesThey were bad a week after purchasingSo a few days later I became seeing white thick cloud of smoke coming out my pipes when I began to drive foeward and it starts to jerkI immediately took it to a close auto zoneThey checked my car with a reader and said its not workingA certain error popped up with a codeThe auto zone rep began to check my oil and look up the codeRemind you this is almost weeks of having the carHe mention I had barley oil on my dip stick, not goodSo he put the code ij and something came up dealing with my convertibleI called Clay Cooley the same day about the problemThey transferred me to the Kia departmentThey told me I had no warranty on the car and that I will have

Whoever Nikiria with Clay Cooley is the RUDEST Rep I have ever spoken with she was VERY unprofessional and hung up on me MORE THAN ONCEI'll be voluntarily bringing my car back this weekend when I'm off I REFUSE to do business with Clay Cooley with her as my account managerZERO STARS I made a selection bc I couldn't submit without at least

April of I purchased a vehicle from Clay Cooley AutoWhen I purchased the vehicle I initially had no issues registering the car with the state as of July of I have received notice from the state that I am unable to register my car because my Kia Soul I purchased from Clay Cooley has a VIN# that is affiliated with other carsSo as of today I have left Clay Cooley several messages to call me back to further discuss this situation & I have yet to get a response back from the company & to this day I'm unable to drive my car that car note is current on due to having expired tags with that being pulled over by the cops incurring more fee for my self due to this VIN# situationI purchased this car under the assumption that the titile was clean and that once I pay it off next year that I would be receiving a clean title for this car but at this point I don't really know where to go with this VIN # situation

If you expect to get a rental vehicle from Clay Cooley Mitsubishi of Arlington while you get your vehicle serviced, while still under warranty, don't botherThis dealer doesn't offer a shuttle, doesn't offer a rental vehicle, reimbursement for rentals, or any other service, even if your vehicle is under warranty, while you are having your vehicle fixed/servicedThe Service Advisor I spoke with couldn't haven't been any less sympathetic or even understanding about this issueHe didn't seem to care, and neither did MitsubishiA parking lot full of cars, new and pre-owned, and I can't get a loner for ONE DAY?
I called the customer service for Mitsubishi and was told the same thingThey didn't offer any help to my situation of being out of a vehicle while they serviced the car that I paid for! How am I supposed to get to work if I leave the vehicle overnight? Or run essential errands on a Saturday without something to drive because Saturdays are there "busiest" days? (I was told I'd have to drop my car off first thing when they open, and wouldn't be able to pick up until 6pm when they closed.)They'll take your money quick when trying to sell, and may offer and honor the warranty for YOU to pay for upon purchase, but if your looking for that above and beyond customer service you need, accomidations for the situations you are put into due to THEIR faulty product, don't expect Mitsubishi or this dealer to help you out in the least
Aside from that, they closed the dealer where I originally purchased my car from off of Camp Bowie in Fort WorthTo drive a city over for this sort of uncompassionate treatment is unheard of
Between the inconvenience of recalls for my Mirage (which I took time off of work to have fixed), the commute to a dealership that isn't even in my city and the lack of follow through for a paid for product, this is going to be my first and last brand new Mitsubishi

Late 10/to late 12/contacted Clay Cooley Mitsubishi Service Department to schedule an appointment to determine why our car was losing oilAfter several phone calls to schedule an appointment, the Service Department was able to schedule an appointment and loan car
Late December They kept our car for roughly weeks-when we picked it up they said they couldn't determine the cause for our engine losing oil They suggested we drive it for roughly miles, have the oil changed again & see if that makes a difference***, the service manager, shared with my husband that he thought Mitsubishi would replace the engine, due to it losing oil - but Mitsubishi wouldn't approve it We left and followed ***'s suggestion but the entire time we were losing oil
January My husband took the car back after the 3,mile oil change & they were still unable to determine the reason for our engine losing oilAt this time, *** suggested we have the oil

I wanted to purchase a car from clay cooley ,and when I went there they had cars I could choose from I picked a car but did not drive off in the car they put me in a rental carThey said my car would be ready in a couple of days but a couple of days turned into a weekDuring the time I was driving the rental car I decided that I did not want the car and being that I didn't fill out any paper work it was perfect for me
When I got there everything that we talked about had changedLike the total value on the car it went from to so then that made me really not interested they then told me if I did not come get the car they would tow it to my house and that's what they did very unwillingThen on top of that the car is not running the put the keys in the mailbox and the car is blocking my drive way!!!!

Last Wednesday 4/5/17, purchased a vehicle from clay Cooley Mitsubishi in Arlington, TXI payed 750$ cashI test drove the vehicle, everything was fineChecked out the car, everything was goodI went inside to finish the financing paperwork, while the salesman had my car detailed( which they did not do, they only vaccumed the car), I was already late for work so I just let it goI come out take a picture with my new car, and I drove off to workWhile on my way to work I noticed a crack where the warrant paper was placed on the right side of my windshield, I called the sales man to let him know there was a small crack, and also every time I open my door the alarms goes off He advise me that I need to go to the dodge dealership and buy a 300$ remote so that the alarms wouldn't go off and to come in Friday so they could take a look at the crackFriday comes around, I get my month old and I in the car, drive up to the dealership and wait in the car minutes while the salesma

They have not paid off my trade in and now the bank is calling and sending certified letters wanting to know why I have not paid the last payments
They promised that I would get a refund for an extended service contract I had on my trade...and now they have clammed up and refuse to give me straight answers
They told us our loan was funded a month ago but we still have no tags or even a letter or payment book from the supposed lender
I went personally (twice) to the dealership to ask what was going on and got the cold shoulder runaround and then a promise that the issues would be resolved in five days When the five days were up without any changes, I wrote to the dealership via their on-line website contact pageAnd once again I have been ignored

My battery has gone dead times between Sept and Jan Dealer furnished loaner car times for approx weeks each time Car was driven miles one time, and miles last time No reason to drive car at all last time Replaced battery twice in months Now dealer claims repair is complete due to 2nd battery replacement They kept diagnosing the battery as "good" then said it was "bad" Both times I had to call them to get my car back They never followed up on the cars they had out on loan I wrote letter to MrCooley Feb 4, He had his sales manager call me I want MrCooley to take care of his out-of-control business where nobody is able to accomplish their job assignments and care for the customer I want MrCooley to know how bad this sales location is At least, the general manager should have called, in lieu of MrCooley The sales manager is surely in no position to deal with major business issues such as this that involve other departments t

We signed contracts and they gave me the keys they call me 3-days later that the bank did not accept my husbands ID but the real reason they called me was because they realized the sold me the car cheaper they said if I came up w 7k down we were ok, what kind of bank will say give me more down and we will accept his ID
