Review: I ordered an item from sharper image. Ten days after I ordered the item, it had not been delivered, nor was I contacted by the company to update me on my order. I reached out to the company three times ( twice by phone and once by email). I was told (on my second phone call) that the item was no longer available and I could cancel my order and get a refund. I decided to cancel my order and was told a supervisor would give me a call or email me back. I called again today because I have not heard from a supervisor or been refunded my money. I was told today that my item has been shipped and I would not be refunded. I explained to the customer service rep that I cancelled the order days ago and she informed that could not have happened and I was stuck with this item now. I still have not heard from a supervisor since my first phone call ( January [redacted]) and have no resolve to this problem.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for my order and a call from a supervisor.
