ICS itself should be in Prison or “I Can Steal,””” from an inmates family.
This was my first experience with the,”””” Id[censored]Crappy Service.””””So I tried to use the leave a msg for an inmate, which I attempted to do, but it said his msg box was full which I do not understand as there would only be three people total who calls him, with myself being the third and I know one of the other two who gave up along time ago I do not think they give the inmates all their msg’s. Than I tried to call ICS about it, I was on the line waiting for 30 minutes and no one answered.

It's not fair that companies like this get to monopolize local markets and charge whatever they want for citizens to communicate with their loved ones who are incarcerated and we have no choice but to pay itOn the website, if you want to register to visit, the drop down menu for "relationship to inmate" doesn't work You try emailing about it, but no answer, on calling in, you have to decline so many "special offers" (I think there were at least ads that I had to decline - no exaggeration) that it takes forever to get through! ..when you do, you'll know right away that the customer service representatives at this company really hate their jobs - they always seem so unhappy to talk to you, it's just uncanny

I get charged $tax and $fee for a $prepaid purchaseTax percentage here would be I do have a out of state phone number (Arizona) but reside in Texas I have bought prepaid amounts worth $within month How is it even possible to charge that much just in taxes?

IC Solutions provides a phone system for jails, [redacted]  in Hillsborough County Florida in particularThe service costs approximately $for a minute callThe quality of these calls was absolutely horrendousMany times one party can not hear the other due to distortion and interferenceThe company is refusing to issue a refund as well as refusing to address the problemThe customer service is rude and condescendingThey have promised multiple times to look further into the problem as well as return calls, both of which have never happenedI believe this is discriminatory due to the nature of the population in which it deals withThe company is charging an extreme amount of money to provide a less than sufficient service

This company provides inmates with the ability to telephone designated phone numbers On June I had my first experience with the firm It required three (3) calls to complete the information necessary to set up an account for the desired inmate (because the call was terminated twice) However, I was not provided all the information necessary (who, what, why, when, how, where) to utilize their service I just tried to access their web site and claim my email address has already been taken Management needs to implement procedures to ensure that both inmates and individuals providing funds for calls are provided with all the information necessary to do business I was not given all information My rating is low, and unfortunately, the target audience is a "captive" one where there may be no other alternatives

We continually are receiving an email confirming a payment for their service The emails are being sent to my year old daughter The email states that if you did not authorize please call immediatelyI contacted IC solutionsFirst of all you have to put a billing phone number in to speak to anyoneSince we don't have an account there is no number After using the billing phone on the email I was able to get through to someone I explained the issue and tHeir response was maybe your daughter is talking to someone in prison then hung up on me When I called back I was transferred to [redacted] ***I again explained the issue and wanted to know how my daughters name and email were on this account [redacted] said it was probably a keying issue I requested that they contact the customer associated with the account then and verify the information I felt that my daughters name and email were being used fraudulently and I wanted verification [redacted] refused and said they will

It is a combination of things from customer service, billing issues, and refund exchange issues I made a phone call to add funds to one of my prepaid collect calling accounts through the automated phone system that I use regularly and at least once a week to add funds to one of the two prepaid accounts I haveOne account is the Salt Lake Sherriffs Office the other account t is Utah-DOC(Department of Corrections) The automated phone system worked just days ago on the of May, I used the automated phone system the 17th of May, Anyway all of a sudden I try to add funds to my Salt Lake County account and it bypasses the automated system all together dosen't even give me an option to use it or not and it routes me straight to a customer service agentWell today I called to add money and was transferred to to customer service agentI do not want to talk to customer service I want to use automated systemThe phone system will not let me I have to talk to customer s

This company provides phone service ( very poor sound though) for families of loved ones in jail to be able to speak to themIf you do not use all the funds on your account, you get a refund of balance, minus another chargeThey also charge about $to add $in fundsPretty hefty charge but people appreciate having this service They take the money off of your debit card in about seconds but trying to get your balance is another storyThey tell you it takes 7-days for refundWhy? I was charged $for a video call that would not connect properlyI contacted the company, they verified the duration of the call was only minutes and could see it was disconnected and said they would submit a request for a refund within 1-daysThis was a call 9/30/and I called on 10/4/I have not received a refund, and I have called twice and emailed twice asking for the status of the refund with no response

The main problem is that the phone calls do not go throughMy relative calls and we go through all the messages, then I hear him say hello, but he cannot hear me at all so he hangs upHe calls again and again with the same results All the while, having to listen to the messages eats up the phone timeThe website says they can't guarantee the quality of the calls! I opened an online account two weeks ago My opening payment cleared my bank within two days My account still reflects a pending payment and a zero balance I've e-mailed three times with no response I've called five times, with each exchange telling me something different I was given a fax number that was unable to receive transmit so that I could send a copy of my cleared bank transaction as proof of payment Finally, I sent a copy of the payment receipt they emailed me, a copy of the cleared transaction, and a request to apply my payment to open the phone line for receiving calls I have repeatedly been told that after payment, phone lines should be able to receive within an hour We are nearing three weeks This has been the most unprofessional, unpleasant experience I've ever encountered I have never had to go to this extreme to obtain the services that I've paid for It almost stinks of a scam
