I was going to put money on my account via automative and relized that they have my personal banking balances, this is not right and how did or do they have that information? I'm going to sue thembut I want them to explain how they have my personal banking balances when I use my debit card onluy

The company forces you to use a live agent, that charges a higher fee instead of offing an online or automated way to add calling time to an inmates calling accountIf you need to switch payment accounts you are forced to pay higher fees by using a live agent
The company uses your email to send you a receipt when using the automated line, which made it so you are unable to sign up online with your email account, to have access to cheaper fees
The whole experience is not user friendlyfrom calling them to web accessThe Agents are not pleasant to work with, and the company has no regard for the consumer

this company is raping people by charging exorbitant prices on call times for inmates and pre-paid phone accounts to add $dollars to a phone account costs $25+ dollars and then after like two calls the amount is GONE!! I just spent the last months calling a federal facility and their phone service was at least reasonable....just a service charge flat icsolutions charges plus tax???? which comes out to more than three dollars tax???? as if these families aren't already having a hard enough time , then this crap company has to over charge and then deliver crap service their customer service agents arent even friendly or helpful totally unhappy with this company I will be glad when I no longer have to deal with them

somehow this company managed to get my account intertwined with another's person account.Someone's elses phone was place on my account and I have no idea how it got on therethat person I have no idea who they are and they are using the money I put onto my accountnot to mention there is more money missing from my account that the unknown person havent even usedi asked to remove the number, icsolution informed me there's no way to do soI've called times in one day because the money kept being removed from my phone numberI filed for an investigation on my account, I changed my username and password and I even took my credit card off the accountYet that unknown number thats listed on my account still managed to take my moneyI've taking all the necessary steps to secure my account but yet my money is being taking away and ICsolution have no idea as to whats going onthis website/system company is not safe and its unclearthey tell me I have several names listed under my account when it should be just onei am highly upset and frustrated with this companyi feel like my accout and identity have been compromiseso now I have to file for fraudulent and do and extra steps to protect my identity because of this unsafe company

I am frustrated with the practice of this company only allowing one phone number per account for this serviceThis is a service used by a county jail where I feel I should be able to have one account and as many numbers on that account designated to receive calls which would then be deducted from that one account balance no matter what the call rate for the individual phone number happens to be I have two phones I would like registered under one account so I do not have to keep an active balance for both phones as each time I am required to add money to an account balance I get charged $to post a balance as a handling charge and then they are also charging me what they refer to as "taxes" on the amount I am depositingApparently each amount added to the balance of the account is a different amount of taxesFor instance I added $to my account and was charged $handling fee and $in "taxes" for a total of $When I called to add another number to my account so

This company charged my card twice in the same day for the same amount and I had to pay itI had it taken off and now the had proof I made two depositsSuch crapI won't set up another oneComplete crooks! It is a combination of things from customer service, billing issues, and refund exchange issues
I made a phone call to add funds to one of my prepaid collect calling accounts through the automated phone system that I use regularly and at least once a week to add funds to one of the two prepaid accounts I haveOne account is the Salt Lake Sherriffs Office the other account t is Utah-DOC(Department of Corrections)

The website is not clear as to what they areThey have a section for pre-paid debit and a section for debtSince the selection is not clear in any place other than FAQ, I added funds for commissaryThis was not the caseI asked for a refund, and since funds were missing I could not get the refundI want a full refund for this error made clearly by the lack of website clarity

My issue is I’m in New York my family member is currently incarcerated in Las Vegas the prison is southern desert correctional center Las Vegas I been complaining for about a week now and I’m tired of nothing being done when my family member calls me the calls are delayed I will hear him talk and then have to wait seconds to get a reply it’s ridiculous when you pay for a service it should work 100% of the time not just some of the time and when he calls it doesn’t even recognize that I answer the call it’s not my phone because I don’t have an issue with anyone else’s calls but his so I want this to be resolved I complained so much to the company I finally thought to complain to the Revdex.com
