I set an account up with IC Solutions on 1/12/with a local phone number and was given a rate of $per callAll of a sudden on 3/17/I began getting charged $a call with no notice and no explanationI contacted IC Solutions customer service and was told they would submit an investigation and to call back the next day when their corporate office was openUpon doing so, I was told that a rate increase had been put in affect overnight on 3/16/When I inquired as to why no notification was given to the consumers of this 215% PRICE GOUGING increase, I was told "We have too many customers to notify all of them"Funny how AT&T has no trouble sending out notification emails of any changesI have tried multiple times to get someone from Corporate on the phone with no successSo at this point since they do not want to lower my rate back to what was agreed upon, I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals officeUnder Texas state code, this is considered

IWas told verbally and by email that my refund on several occasions November and I still don't have it I spoke with Samantha on the 2nd of November and she told me my money would be refunded in 3to business days it never came I called back several times and left messages never got call back I also emailed them they emailed me back with a response stating it has been sent to billing and I would get my refund in to days never happened I have all the email that we have sent each other since November, if you need copies

They do not reply We complied with providing all required information I believe ICSolutions has no intention of sending a refund to *** ***, or any other inmate from prison I believe they make it hard to get a refund on purpose because they know most inmates will find it too difficult to make a refund request *** *** is still waiting for his refund What kind of business is this that steals from the poor?

I have emailed times to request a refund of an unused portion of "inmate calling" prepayment They replied saying they hadn't heard from me and closed my request I have sent emails since then and have received to response

This is a phone service for inmates I prepaid the account so my son can call without collect callOn 3/the system was acting funny online; I thought first charge did not go through so I did it againLater noticed the card was charged twice so I called my credit card company to stop one of the payments (29.01;which they did The company got one of the amounts for the phone service...however they said that it made that transaction come back as a credit card fraud I can either call my credit card company and have them to remove it and in the process they get another or I can pay that amount and the charges they have incurred since it is considered a credit card fraud They say I should have called them first, I did not know to call them first and most people usually call their credit card company to take care of double charges I thought They are saying this will take a month or better to fix In the meantime my son has no way of calling usWhen I spoke with these

IC Solutions is charging 25.2% tax ($12.60) and a $fee on a $prepaid calling card! What does this excessive tax consist of? I live in Monroe County in Florida (Florida Keys) The sales tax is 7.5% here Where is 25.2% tax coming from?

This place is a rip off how can it be legal for a business to charge you 25% tax rate? The highest state rate is NY is 12.7% that's almost doubleSomeone needs to seriously investigate this company because I think they are ripping off people on purpose or because they think they can get away with it

I have paid various amounts of money on different phone lines that I own this company charges a processing fee and a tax fee for using the service, however the tax rate that they are charging far exceeds the sales tax rate for the state They are a registered company in San Antonio, TX, the sales tax rate is On a $phone charge they are charging me $when the rate is only $I have several receipts when this company has unfairly charged me rather high ratesI want a refund on all my lines that I have used with this company I either want a full explanation of the tax rate being charged or a refund

I was overcharged with the explanation being my phone number is registered to [redacted] Wisconsin. I contacted my telephone company and spoke with a representative ([redacted] @ Sprint ###-###-####) who explained there is nothing on our account conected with [redacted] Wisconsin. She also explained this is a tactic 3rd party billing companies do in order to charge a higher cost.
Personally this has effected my family since we have had two family members incarcerated. This includes charges from [redacted] County jail and [redacted] County huber facility. The [redacted] County huber facility allows $25.00 maximum cost in phone calls a week which with the incorrect charges only allowed my children 2 calls a week with their father and extremely short conversations. This is a horrible thing to do to families and children.
I am requesting the money our family has spent at these two facilities for this inconvenience and the emotional distress you caused my young children. This would be anything accocited with ###-###-####, [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. This is just another way companies take advantage of the families involved when the family didn't do anything wrong. You have punished my children when they did nothing to deserve to be punished.
