We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted] complaint and I have asked our call center to reach out to her directly to cancel her membership.  Membership cannot be cancelled via letter or email but, for security reasons, the member must call in to speak with a rep to verify themselves in order to be...

cancelled. This is so someone claiming to be the member cannot call in and cancel their coverage.  We are making the exception to reach out to her to handle this.

the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. They did actually call me and get the issue resolved. I also told them of my frustrations and my feeling of their lack of professionalism and the person on the phone stated that those would be handed off to the appropriate supervisor.Sincerely, [redacted]
