Review: I've been a member of this website for several years, utilizing the same email address ([redacted]). I returned several items during the summer of 2013; their options for return are store return or credit to original payment method. For order # [redacted], return authorization #[redacted], I was given store credit of $29.99. Sometime after that, all of my account information was wiped out (previous credit cards, returns, shipping address, etc). This also included the $29.99 store credit that had been sitting on my account waiting to be used. I've emailed the company 3 times trying to explain the situation and have either gotten no reply or a single reply on 11/**/13 stating that they only see one account with my name on it and can I provide the previous order # with the issued credit (which I did), and I received no reply and no credit to my account to date. Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: Account credit plus a courtesy credit for their errors and continued lack of customer service.

Review: I have been placing orders on Ideeli for a couple of months now. The most recent two packages I received from Ideeli (they were a few days apart) are products that I did not order. Clearly they have been swapped / exchanged with two of my orders, because those two show as "shipped" on the ideeli website, and as "delivered" on UPS' tracking website. I reached out to ideely's customer care to sort this issue (emails are included below). Given that delivery errors occurred twice in a row, and given ideely wants me to return the wrong products before any credit is made back to my credit card, given also that I am a busy person choosing to not spend time on correcting any company's repeated shipping errors, I am convinced I do not want any further products from Ideeli. So I ask them to also cancel all other pending orders. I receive no confirmation from them on cancelling my pending orders - just repeated instructions on returning the wrong items! At the very least, I'd have expected them to ship the correct items that I paid for! Since their email responses weren't very helpful, I asked for a contact phone number, which I received, but the number they provided (###-###-####) works but the menu options do not work. I was not able to reach customer service nor leave a message. I am really frustrated that I am having to spend so much time & effort to solve a problem that I did not cause in the first place! While I am still awaiting delivery of the following orders, which show on your website as already delivered: [redacted] & [redacted] Given this issue happened the second time around, I would like to request that you cancel the above two orders as well as all my pending orders and also return my money for the same! I am attaching a list of orders that are pending and those that show as delivered but I never received. Please refund me for all these. I am happy to also return the two items I received in error. I am not interested in any further business with ideeli I will gladly return the two "wrong items" that I think you sent instead of the following two, as long as you make it clear which return label goes with which item. It's not 6:00 pm EST yet so your customer service clearly isn't closed yet. I keep hearing the following announcement over and over again: "you've reached ideely customer service. please press* to reach a customer care representative. if you'd like to repeat this message please press *" when I press *, nothing happens. I tried this several times. Clearly shows the menu options do not work. There is no way for me to leave a message. I have a good mind now to reach Revdex.com and report this. I have repeatedly asked you to cancel all my pending orders, but you haven't done so. You have only given me more work to return the items you wrongly delivered, but made no attempt to quickly solve the real issues! Please escalate this issue to your senior management + CEO. Thank you, [redacted]"Desired Settlement: At the very least, I would have expected Ideeli to apologize, send me the correct items before asking me to ship back the wrong items! Given Ideeli doesn't know the least about true customer service and it's not my job to teach them - all I want is my money back for the items that did not reach me until date. (These amount to ~ $300). This also implies that orders that are still pending delivery should be cancelled. I will go ahead and gladly return the items that incorrectly reached me once I see the credit has been made. So in summary, Ideeli should: 1. Cancel the two (wrong item delivered) orders and all other orders that are pending delivery. 2. Refund my money (shipment cost included) for orders cancelled from #1 above. 3. Remove my credit card information from its records. 4. Remove my address information from its records.

We have passed this complaint along to our customer service supervisor. HIs findings are as follows.

Review: ideeli is now a [redacted] company and there was no notice when the conversion will take place at all. the orders and refund placed with ideeli in the account disappeared over night and no way to be traced. when this was brought to the [redacted] customer service and he promised it will be follow up within 24 hours nothing happen and the phone number referred to me to call had no one on the their end. it was dead silence. I think this is a huge concerns of defrauding the customers. At least the customer service was the worst to say the least. Until now, I have no ideal where are my orders and refund should be processed by ideeli. I have all the records to reflect my efforts to approach them the way they suggested without any response. Please look into this for all the sake of ideeli customers !!!!!!! this is outrageous for them to do this ignoring the customers!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I will like them to apologize and to reach out to all other customers where our ideeli account information was transferred to so we can continue to trace our orders. this is not the business practice I expected from [redacted]!!!!!!!

Review: I received a defective product from ideel. It was a scooter but the wheel doesn't work. I have emailed the company many times, talked to an agent who said the manager would return my call within 48 hours and it has been more than a week. I tried contacting them again the last two days with no response. I have also contacted them through [redacted]. I understand per their [redacted] postings that they have had trouble with customer support lately. I also note that they are moving to Groupon and I am concerned about getting this resolved.Desired Settlement: Receive a refund or replacement and also receive a check for the credit I have with the company.

Review: I do not want to do business with a company that won't respond after receiving payment for an undelivered product.

I want the order [redacted]anceled with a full refund.

I still have not received an email of delivery or order confirmation yet my account has been charged $190.00.

I want my money back in my account asap.Desired Settlement: Full refund because I have no product in my possession.
