Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The company said they use [redacted] Quick Pay to deliver payments This is not true First, I was never notified by [redacted] Quick Pay that a transaction had been initiated and I never accepted payment, as they stateThe money was sent to an old, closed account via [redacted] ( [redacted] ), which is NOT [redacted] as they advertised I receive money via [redacted] Quick Pay regularly and have never had this issue.Let igotoffer reverse the payment and take back the money ($230.00) they said they paid me, and return the iPhone GB Space Gray in 'Good' condition which I sent them, and this is easily resolved I dont have time to deal with this, I just want this resolved one way or the other. The Customer Service has been horrible and that alone is one of my biggest issues with the company They made me feel like I did something wrong, when right now I have not received payment and I do not have the phone back.Thank you In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

In need of money, I needed to sell my MacBook Pro to this companyI did my research and everything looked good to meI even called and did my research before sending my MacBook off for a check of $The MacBook arrived and the original price was changed due to some scratches which is fineThe issue was that when I received the check I then cashed it at my local bankThe bank called me yesterday 11/ [redacted] to inform me that the check I cashed from Igotoffer.com had been "charged back" to my accountThe lady at my bank who handles these situations and has to break the terrible news to customers said that the signature on the fraudulent check looks very familiar to other fraudulent checks she's seenNow I am negative in my accountAnd I have no paycheck to take care of my familyI called Igotoffer.com but all they said was sorry, let me send you another check, and send some snapshots of the issueHow can I trust a company like this again who now has my MacBook Pro, who never pai

Hello As we have mentioned earlier that customer need to purchase new sim card and provide receipt as a proof of purchaseWithout proof of purchase we will not be able to reimburse the costThank you

I had a terrible experience with igotoffer when attempting to sell my iPhone 6sI stated it was flawless & took several photos to document the condition immediately before packing in the original [redacted] box & shipping to themThey emailed me & said the screeen was scratched & my offer was downgraded from $to $350!! They sent a photo showing a TEENY mark which is NOT in any of my photosI replied with my photos to prove the condition when shipping & said I didn't see this & it's not in any of the photos I took immediately before packing itThey replied that "due to rare circumstances" they were not accepting my device & were returning it to meSince I had documentation showing the actual condition when I shipped it which would obligate them to pay what was quoted, they elected to pay to ship it back instead of honoring their offer!!

iGotOffer.com indicates on their site that they cover insurance for the free shipping they offerTo ensure my item was covered, I brought it to a *** Store to have it properly packaged and shippedItem was damaged in shipmentOffer reduced 70%Neither iGotOffer.com, the [redacted] Store, nor [redacted] will take responsibility for the issue, leaving me out hundreds of dollarsDisgraceful that I am given the run-around for weeks with the end result being that all the companies get full payment and I get screwed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved as soon as I receive their checkI'm sending the MacBook back to them tomorrowThey said when they receive it they will send the checkI appreciate their making this right Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Madam, Sir.We agreed to accept the initial quote, that's $for the iPhone sold by the complainant to our companyThe matter was thus definitely solved. We'd like to emphasize the fact that this decision can't be seen as admittance by our company of any fault or mistakeWe have agreed to pay the initial quote only to honor our customer and thus avoid future bitter discussions which will result in long exchanges of mutual discontent and waste of money. We don't admit any responsibility in this unfortunate eventWe believe the customer when she says that the iPhone was in excellent conditionBut the fact is that we received it with a visible dent.We have been on the market for five years now and we deal with hundreds of expensive items every day, and we have developed a special protocol on how we inspect and check devicesWe examine each device on a clean, soft materialEach step in our facility is being recorded on a surveillance cameraFrom what we can see, this dent was on the device when we opened the package and that's why we offered the customer $because of this issue instead of $250.The customer preferred at first to get the item back, as she compared our company to GazelleIt's not our practice to talk about our respected competitors (and we truly respect Gazelle), but in this case Gazelle would offer $for the same model in “pristine condition” (you can easily check this on their Website)We offered the customer $for a dented iPhone, which means we have offered $more for a damaged phone, than Gazelle offers for a phone in excellent conditionAnd we paid for the shipping. The damaged phone has IME on it and it's easy to confirm that it's the customer's phoneWe sent the customer photos as proof of damageSo what could be the reason for us to damage the device? Logic says that when we resell the damaged smartphone, we'll get less money for itWhat can be the reason for us do make a dent, thus devaluate its value and sell it for less, wasting time and money when we deal with hundreds of items every day? And all of this mess for $50?Have we tried to scam the customer as she claimed at first? In fact, we offered the customer the highest price on the market even for her damaged phone (more than our competitors pay for a phone in excellent condition), we payed for the shipping, we tried to explain that we could see no purpose in damaging her itemWhere and how could we possibly scam the customer? We are honest every step of the wayWe provide free shipping labels to both ways, notify our customers on every step of inspection, and we send them pictures if a problem arises.Customer satisfaction is our goalAnd frankly speaking, even when money and profit considerations are very important, these factors are not enoughWe really feel good when we see hundreds of happy customers every dayAnd it's really sad when one customer out of hundreds feels unhappy because of our mistakeBut it hurts even more when a person accuses us of what we can't be held responsible for.We are quite sure that the customer made the complaint as an emotional reaction to the situation, as everyone (us included) can be stressed and act under the stress. Finally, we respect our customers and we prefer to close the affair having a happy customer and not fighting for weeks and months for an iPhone, with both sides feeling unhappyBut we emphasize once again that this is our decision and can't be considered as admittance of our responsibility and can't be taken as a basis for future similar claims

I was given quotes to trade in two different Apple branded monitorsThe first monitor was a 27” Apple Thunderbolt Display that cost me $The quote [redacted]  for the trawas only $and the item that was shipped to them was said to have damage to it, which when it was shipped to them it did notI agreed to take only $for it and was not happy but accepted it anyway, losing $off my original estimateI agreed on the markdown because I thought they were referring to the scratches on the mounting arm of the other monitor I am about to discuss A couple days later I receive the final estimate for the other item which was a 27” Apple Cinema DisplayIt was quoted at $( [redacted] ) and when it was received it was said to have dents, scratches, a gap in the front and would not turn onIt did have a scratch on the mounting arm but no dents or gaps and it turned on and worked perfectlyI have video of it working before I sent itThe final estimate because

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The package insteuctions were not clearly labeled on your website; it's under the FAWLQ portion of how to ship items to you; and I only noticed it after I complained ?(did you just update website) also, [redacted] is the one who recommended the large bubbler envelope to have sent outYou owe me money for stealing the phone [redacted] confirmed that package was not empty when deliveredA signature was not required; and it was left out in the openTragic your company failed to request that when pre paying for the label In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I sent in my device and they ended up downgrading my condition for a reason I didn't agree with and offered me half of what was originally agreed uponThere's some clause in the fine print that you have to respond to their new claim within days or they just accept it, and I didn't see the email in time, so instead of sending me back the device like I had wanted they went ahead and processed itThey don't make that clear at all when you make the original agreement--they make it seem like they won't move forward unless you okay the new claim priceSo I have no idea if they just made up that there were dents in my device or what, but in the end I got half of what I had originally been promised because I didn't happen to respond to an email within a few daysI feel like I was taken advantage of
