I decided to sell them Apple Mac mini Intel Core iGHZ, my old (2011) , wireless compatible computerI testify by the present that they accepted it in seconds after I agreed for the price offered, and they paid for this computer promptly and the full priceI didn't contact their customer service, didn't have to call them to remind about the paymentI placed the order on June 30, 2018, and I was paid on July (Saturday!) days after it had been deliveredI heartily recommend their services to everyone

igotoffer says they give the best deal for purchasing your old mobile phone They offered my a good price and one of their payment methods was *** Quick Pay, which I receive money from every month to my bank account They sent money to an old account that has been closed for years and refuses to help recover the funds or send me back my old iPhone I am completely at a loss and so disappointed

A couple days later I receive the final estimate for the other item which was a 27” Apple Cinema DisplayIt was quoted at $(***) and when it was received it was said to have dents, scratches, a gap in the front and would not turn onIt did have a scratch on the mounting arm but no dents or gaps and it turned on and worked perfectlyI have video of it working before I sent itThe final estimate because

I received my MacBook Pro back to day in damaged conditionThey gave me a bid then told me I had hardware issue The price was reduced over Even though I had it into Apple a few months before for a software issue, they made the repair and said everything else was workingThe back is not flush and two screws are protruding, it has a ding on the right had corner of the top of the case
and there is a crinkle by the power button The track pad is not working, I can move the pointer around but can't click on anything It was in perfect condition when I had it and the case was in place, no dings and the trackpad worked in all aspectsI used it till the day I mailed it to IGotOffer and it was working with no issues I am very displeased and want them to remedy the situation*** ***

I sent in my device and they ended up downgrading my condition for a reason I didn't agree with and offered me half of what was originally agreed uponThere's some clause in the fine print that you have to respond to their new claim within days or they just accept it, and I didn't see the email in time, so instead of sending me back the device like I had wanted they went ahead and processed itThey don't make that clear at all when you make the original agreement--they make it seem like they won't move forward unless you okay the new claim priceSo I have no idea if they just made up that there were dents in my device or what, but in the end I got half of what I had originally been promised because I didn't happen to respond to an email within a few daysI feel like I was taken advantage of

I’ve tried selling a iPhone X, brand new (never used) Igotoffer.com offered me $for the device and ask me to send over the phone then they will send me a checkI sent out the phone then they decided to change the offer to $Claiming that the device was openI declined and asked for them to return the device, I’ve never seen that phone since thenI contacted/told them that I didn’t receive my phone back, they advised me to file a claim with *** then *** completed their investigation and told me that they’ll reimburse me for the device after igotoffer.com answers to their notificationsI’ contacted igotoffer.com told them To answer to *** so I can get the phone replacedBut instead they advised *** to close my claim, since they were the shipper “they had the rights to close out my claim.” I contacted them again (igotoffer.com) they told me to file a police report and to get them a copyI did thatThen they said that they’ll not do anything about itSo I have to deal with
