Please be cautious as they very sneaky charged a $24.95 through my verizon cell phone carrier. I paid for my product (with my bank card) up front but was never told about this hidden charge of $24.95 which by the way I would never have agreed to nor would I have ordered the product from this company. Please be careful giving any information to them

The company charged my card, and I selected expedited shipping. After four days I conacted customer service, multiple times. Finally an online representative told me that my account had been deactivated. he has no idea why and will file a complaint.
In the meantime NO one told me that the order had been cancelled and my account frozen. Yet, they charged my credit card instantly and I had to file a dispute to get it back.
Awful Customer service and Dishonest Merchant payment / accounting

FELLOW BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO AVOID SERIOUS HEADACHES, EVEN IF YOU NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
Worst customer service ever, bunch of incompetent people who do not even read your messages properly nor take any effort to satisfy your basic rights.
Never had problems with them until 2 days ago, after receiving an order placed 8 months after the previous one. That's probably why I did not have problems with this company sooner.
And after doing a short search for reviews on them, I can see that there are plenty of people being screwed by them lately even worse than me. Hence why I had to voice my experience for you all to see how terrible they are and in hope that people will unite maybe even to take a civic legal action against them to hurt them in their pockets (because that's how you truly change companies and then hopefully the competition in the market takes over) for compensation of all of the customers' time wasted in meaningless attempts to rectify problems that are caused by them in the first place and the consequent great amount of distress they impose with their attitude.
Finally, I leave here the exact transcript of my formal complaint letter that sent them and that I intend to follow through with further legal action if necessary.
"To whom it may concern
On 07/05/2019, I purchased 2 KAL B12 bottles from au.iHerb.com.
When I received the package on Monday 13/05/2019, I opened the box to find that the product I purchased was missing and someone packed 2 boxes of tea instead. If the person had packed a different product of the KAL brand would be understandable, but this is of such an unbelievable, ridiculous incompetence that I don't know how it is even possible. Immediately I took a picture of the open box and the products and then I logged on the au.iHerb.com website to follow the process of requesting the reshipping of the product I ordered. But not only their packing department is incompetent, their web-developers are as well because I tried to submit the request 3 times unsuccessfully (of which I took a screenshot) before I was forced to contact them through their normal contact form to solve the issue, not to mention this is not the first time their problematic website gave me issues to use it.
Then, after sending the complaint through their website contact form demanding the reshipment of the correct product, someone named Jonathan A. decided for himself to lodge a refund claim which I never requested and without the GST. He also completely ignored the fact I had already explained that I tried to request the reshipment through the process on their website under my account and told me to follow this process in the future. Furthermore, he said: "we are unable to reship the merchandise as we want to avoid any additional fees or problems with customs that could be incurred when reshipping items." Then, I immediately replied that they in fact are able to reship, not only because they already provide this option, but also because I had already paid the GST fees when I placed the order and whatever extra costs that the reshipment may incur is theirs to cope with because this problem is their fault in the first place. I told in bold letters that I would not order again and reminded them that it is their job to resend it. The next day I receive a reply from Yuka S., who also completely ignored that I had already said I would not order again, saying that I would have to pay for the whole order again to only then receive the refund for the GST, ignoring the fact that I would have to pay for shipping if I was to accept this imposition.
I understand that under the Australian Consumer Law, when I buy products and services they come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what I asked for.
I have the invoice/receipt, the picture of the package and the products I received, the screenshot proving that your website is faulty, and all the emails I exchanged with the incompetent team of customer service.
As I said in my last email replying to said Yuka S., this is the very least you can do to fix this problem YOU CAUSED:
1- Cancel the refund process IMMEDIATELY, which I NEVER requested.
2- Issue the RESHIPPING of the 2 KAL B12 bottles that never came in my original order.
3- Send along the label to send back the 2 boxes of tea that I never ordered. (If you carefully read the emails exchanged, you will notice how none of your people even touched on this subject since my first email)
4- Make sure it's not the same incompetent person packing the order to guarantee I will receive what I already paid for.
If you still decide to follow through with this refund, not only you will have to refund the GST fee I paid and you did not include in the refund order, but also a considerable financial compensation for all my time you wasted in trying to solve this and the stress you caused.
If I do not hear from you within 5 working days, I will lodge a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria and/or report my issue to the ACCC."
But now I will file a complaint with Revdex.com too if they do not rectify their attitude and this problem within 5 business days.

Received email stating that my email has been changed and that if I didn't change my email I need to click on the link (that DIDN"T work) below and change my password. Well since the link didn't work I emailed them letting them know what happen since I was worried someone can be using my account info to make purchases. NO help.. No phone number to call and Jared on chat was not getting what I was trying to explain. AND as I was afraid... 2 orders were placed right after someone hacked into my email and changed it. But YET I was still unable to do anything. Terrible COMPANY... do not use since your inormation can eaily be STOLEN.

I purchased a case of 6 soap bars from iherb via walmart. Iherb was the merchant who sold and shipped it. I received 1 bar not 6. Paid for 6. I called walmart who gave immediate refund and then contacted iherb via fb messenger and email to simply ask if I order 6 again will I receive the 6. Several messages and emails later they dance around my question but won't answer it. If I could give 0 stars on review I would. Awful uninformed customer service

Placed an order with iHerb and was told I would have the product by 4/15. On 4/18, I went to log in to see where the order was. I was not able to log in and was told my account was inactive and that I needed to contact customer service. I did and spoke online with someone named Camille who told me that order had been cancelled. I asked why and she said that she was unable to tell me why. She also told me that my account was made inactive and, again, had no answer as to why it was made inactive. I asked why I was never notified about either issue, but especially about the cancellation of my order, for which I was NEVER contacted by the company. NO email, no phone call, nothing. I have been waiting for my order and was having co-workers checking often to see if it had arrived, but without a tracking number, we were unable to see when it might arrive. Had I been emailed with a reason that the order had been cancelled, I could understand, but NOTHING was ever sent or emailed to me. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I recently placed an order with iherb.com and they sent me an email saying the order was complete and would receive an email when shipped. No email in a week so decided to check the order, could not log in as the account had been deactivated. Contacted customer support, they said the order had been canceled as well. They claim they sent me an email. I received the confirmation email so any other emails should have made it too. I checked spam, did not get anything there either. Long story short there was little to no notice, certainly not received on my end, and my account was deactivated. A courtesy email, and or regular mail explaining this should have been sent immediately so as to resolve whatever issue might have been aroused by whatever mishap. simply waiting around while your customer is waiting blindly for vitamins they need urgently, and the business is the one who canceled everything and did not try to rectify the situation any more than one not sent email. Unacceptable to me, others should know this about a business and their customer service policies.

This company is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with! The supplement they advertised on their website was not the supplement I reserved. It was a new version of it with different ingredients. All I asked for was to get a free return label as what I received was not what I ordered and I should not be paying for return shipping. iHerb’s customer service declined my request. They were rude and had the nerve to tell me I can return the supplement at my own expense even though they admitted they didn’t update the product on their website.
This company is a fraud!

This was once a good source of discounted supplements, but their reliability and customer service has plummeted to absurdly low levels. I've been trying to place an order for over an hour, and it won't let me complete the order. Their live chat customer service pretty much consists of "I'm sorry to hear about that." I've had the same problems with shipping (orders sent to foreign countries, or never showing up) and incorrect billing detailed in other complaints, and am probably pretty much through with these people, Don't know what happened to them, but it's not pretty.

Second such incident. Long story short, it looks like iHerb is run by liars and thieves. Will be filing a complaint.

This company has terrible customer service.
I ordered some items and receive them a week later, Three items were missing and I disliked the protein powder. So I asked for a return label to send back.
There is only a chat line and email, no phone number! ( first red flag ) after talking with an agent on the chat line she informed me they would be sending me a return label within 24 to 48 hours. three days later I contacted them once again through email .
They told me to please be patient that their return department is reviewing my return. ( Second red flag ) no where on the website does it state that returns must be reviewed for two days let alone three days. Website states 100% Satisfaction guarantee for 90 days. So far this is it true! I finally got email back stating my return was declined! I got back on website chat line and the agent assured me they would fix the problem, then I received an email that I must wait 24 to 48 hours again! We will see where this goes after that I will file a complaint on this website Revdex.com.

I tried to return a product ordered from iHerb within their posted 60 day return period. The product gave me severe diarrhea. IHerb does not provide telephone customer service. They take days (up to a week) to answer an email, which basically says to go to their website for an answer. On their website, I found I could request a return label. When I entered the order number, the response was my "request was undergoing a review and I will be notified of a decision within one business day". I awaited the approval. After two business days, and another email sent, I received no return label or email response regarding my return. Remember, I was within their posted return period of 60 days. They essentially blew me off. They provide zero customer service. Buyer beware.

FAKE PHONE NUMBERS for iHerb listed with the Revdex.com. Package tracking # with Ontrac stuck at facility and not updating. iHerb is giving me the runaround and their email customer service is frustrating to the point of non-existant.

I ordered 3 products from IHerb. I have ordered from them before with no problem. However, this time, the products were shipped on the 21st of Nov. to arrive on the 26-27th. I did not receive the package. I also called and emailed both I Herb and Lasership who was handling the package. Responses were limited to Thank You and deletes. I finally reached one person in Customer Service. He asked me to wait a day to see if the package would arrive. I did, no package. I was supposed to call him back. I did and got a voicemail message that said they were no longer taking phone messages for customer service. I tried Lasership and the Tracking number.
It indicated my package was delivered to Marlboro, MA. They had my correct address which is Whitinsville, MA. I asked them to track it again and got an "Opps, we can't find that number!"
I will never use that company again and would really like my 50+ dollars back

Honestly very surprised, all the reviews are terrible so I basically assumed I lost my money, but lo and behold, I received the shipment with absolutely no fuss (Nov. '18), from US to Canada, in a timely manner with no extra fees at the border (chose the DHL prepaid option) and the prices for what I ordered were much better than on Amazon. Maybe I got lucky, who knows but I will order again.

I placed an order(#50611XXXXX). After one day, I found the order was cancelled. And my account was put into inactive.
Later, I created account again, and placed order. Same things happened again.
I contacted customer service team, they said they don't know the reason, they suggested me to contact with ***@iherb.com. I contacted this email. I waited three days, there was no any reponse. Till now, there is still no response
While they put my account in inactive, iherb continues to send advertisement to my emails I used to create the account. I received advertisement almost everday.

The order that I placed with iHerb in August of 2018 never arrived. I ordered from the U.S. I waited for a month for the package to arrive and when it did not, reached out to their customer service via email. They said they could not give a refund until the item returned to them. I have no idea if it will ever be returned to them as their mail carrier clearly lost it, or was unable to deliver it. I asked for a refund and they have given me the ring-around via email, saying the same thing over and over again. At this point, I think that this company is scamming people.

Do not buy from this company. Not sure if they even have people or robots. Placed a repeat order. They sent the wrong product. Have no system to ship correct item and order a pickup of the incorrect item. Nor does each "department" have the ability to know what the other "department" said or did.The same old questions all over again. After 2 hours between live chat and emails I got them to agree to a refund. Then I had to pack and get to a UPS store. 2 weeks after receiving the product back I still did not have the refund. Had to go through the same process over again. 2 days later after this agony, a credit was received. And it is not over, they tricked AMEX and told them the refund was given much earlier. Liars, robots and cheaters.

I purchased to bottles of Multivitamins. Because I accidentally entered my email incorrectly, I never received email confirmation. The products were charged to my credit card and I did receive them. However, the formula changed and it contains allergens that are bothersome to me. The company was alerted of the need to return products but they have been unable to send me a return auth form. No paperwork came with the products. They promised me their management team would send me return auth form to my email which we have been corresponding. However, days have passed and now they ignore me. I am out $141.00 now worth of products they refuse to accept for a return.

Via Amazon Prime- Seller promise san order will arrive by a certain date within the Amazon prime window. Then, you go to track package and there is a message that it is late. This is unacceptable.
