I ordered a product on July 10th with expedited shipping and expected ship date of July 12. I received a shipment confirmation email stating expected delivery date of July 13th. Then, on July 17 I went online to check the tracking on the package and it said it had been delivered Monday July 16th. I was home all day that day and no package was delivered. Also, it shows the delivery time of 10:05 am. When I "spoke" (chatted online) with customer service they said the delivery time was 1:05 pm. They said I will get a refund within 48 hours, so we will see. This has been a huge waste of time and still no product delivered!

Since they have started charging sales taxes in USA their discount codes do not work. The discount will show up in your cart they it will magically disappear in final payment phase so you get screwed. This has happened multiple times. And customer service is a lost case! The worst ever customer service located in the middle of Pacific Ocean and replies with copy and paste answers which are totally not related to your request. What a joke! Been with them for 5 years and this company has turned into a cash scamming business. GREEDY company!

Deceptive delivery issues:
1. DHL handing off my package to a third-party delivery company. They claim (DHL) this is based on an agreement they have with iHerb. If this is the case, it is deceptive on iHerbs' side to NOT advertise this on the selection of DHL Express delivery option. When I asked iHerb customer service, they say that "DHL Israel did this, since they do not deliver to that address". That, is a lie, my office gets DHL packages all the time.
2. Because of the third-party option, delivery was delayed, why? Because they spent an entire day, sending me text messages, asking me to choose a pickup point, vs. direct delivery. There is NO option for delivery to my office, given. You need to IGNORE then hourly messages, and they will deliver directly.
3. The third-party delivery company, now on two occasions, they have misinterpreted my delivery address, which resulted in more problems.
If I go to a website and choose a delivery option, and pay more for it, the expectation is that it will be using the vendor listed.

Run away. I very rarely leave reviews unless I feel that service was exceptional or just so terrible that I need to warn people.
I will spare you the details and just say that my order is almost two weeks late. I've spent about a hour total talking to their shipping partner and iHerb Cusomer service. Their carrier tried to delivery my package to a standard gated apt complex. 3 failed delivery attempts, I was never notified by email, phone or a door/ gate sticker. iHerb CS said they'd contact GSO to issue a 4th attempt, I provided gate code to iHerb and GSO. GSO said they'd do a 4th delivery attempt if iHerb authorized it. iHerb said they authorized it. Two days later GSO (their shipping partner) just returned my order to sender without notifying me about what happened. When I inquired, iHerb couldn't even provide me a refund confirmation number for a refund I never issued. So, we'll see if they took my money or if they actually end up refunding me. What a mess. Seriously, it was a package of vitamins. How hard can you make this?

I have been a customer for 9 years. I must have purchased a total of $30,000 of items to day. Then within 5 hours of placing an order, my account was deactivated. The chat was awful. Customer service was handled by a call center in the Philippines and they were basically there as first line of defense for an awful experience to follow. Emailed the verification team as the chat people have suggested and did not get a response.
This is another case of "I have a cool website but I do not really have competent people to support my customer base". So glad they have a lot of competitors ready and willing to take my business.

I ordered some supplements and they sent me a bag of nuts. I emailed them multiple times and it took them two days to respond. Now they sent me a return form for the supplements they never sent instead of sending me my item. This is the worst customer service experience with online vitamins I have experienced.

I had ordered 8 packs of bullion cubes for the price of 119.95 from iHERB through Amazon fo , I received a 4.41 OZ jar of vegetable broth that actually costs 4.45 an item that has
$ 115.5 less value, so I would give them negative stars if possible

They deactivated my account, after 8 years, without doing anything different than normal. Mid Order..they deactivated my account. They will not even respond and tell me about my last order that was in limbo. The charge is still on my credit card though and nobody will return my emails, and they don't even have a phone number. I would use another company if I were you, there are lots of them.

I placed an international order with iHerb early December 2017 as a Christmas gift for a friend. The package never arrived, spoke to customer service to check on the status and was told they cancelled the order and would not say why.

I don’t know if it makes sense to file since all complains remain unresolved. Looks like iHerb doesn’t care about their horrible rating. I wish I checked them.
I am not a first time customer but after this issue I won’t be their customer anymore.
I placed an order for supplements because their estimated shipment date was within 3 business days. They promised delivery by December 22nd. Imagine my surprise when I received tracking number with December 26 delivery date. I contacted the company as soon as saw it. I asked them to cancel the order or expedite it. The customer service rep repeated a few times, - “We apologize for inconvenience. You have to wait for your order.” Really? They didn’t even try to resolve this.

I constantly order this product from Israel. Suddenly, the shipping cost of the DHL doubled. iHerb said that since January 1, 2017, two new customs taxes have been introduced. Why then the price rose only now, in September 2017 ??? According to information received from the customs administration of Israel over the past 5 years there have been no changes in customs regulations. iHerb does not check the information, the site charges the wrong amount of customs fees. iHerb does not fix the problem of the site, fools the customers and makes money on them. There seems to be a deal between iHerb and DHL, from which the information about non-existent taxes seems to be valid ...
