Since this complaint was filed the car has been completed and returned to the customer. In the complaint the customer made reference to the part being ordered days after we told him was ordered. Attached is a copy of the parts order sheet where we in fact ordered it on
08.06.15. I understand the customers frustration in the delay of parts but Jake Sweeney is at Chrysler's mercy as we do not build parts. I will be more than happy to call *** *** and apologize for the time it took to repair his vehicle but we did not lie to him as our parts order form shows. We also do not feel compensation for insurance and plates would be our responsibility as we did not build the car or the parts to handle a recall that was issued by Chrysler. Maybe Chrysler will pay him for those items. Thank you for your time. Any further questions please feel free to contact me

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.That purchase was years agoCompanies are only allowed to ignore the do not call list if the business contact was within monthsI was getting the fake robo calls in October I called Jake Sweeney to express my anger over fake robo calls that lied about them needing my car and was hung up onI had to call back two more timesI spoke with Tom W*** (Oct 2017) and demanded I be removed from the call listI did not appreciate the unethical nature of them lyingSo the robo calls were illegal on two counts, they can't dig up numbers from years ago and they can't robo call when I have expressly demanded previously to make it stopI even put a negative review on Yelp.

Mr*** brought his vehicle back after repairs were completed for open manufacturer recalls. He described rain spotting / etching in the paint. Immediately he was offered to have the paint issue taken care of by Jake Sweeney Bodyshop. That offer was
refused. Customer insisted to take vehicle to his own bodyshop. At that point he was advised by service Management to have his body shop contact Jake Sweeney prior to any repairs to be done. A few weeks later the dealer was called and informed that the body shop is into it and the etching was still there. At that point Jake Sweeney had not approved or discussed anything and Service Management advised the bodyshop that Jake Sweeney will not be approving any repairs after thay have been completed. Repairs were still continued against Service Managements request for discussion with the customer and the body shop in the amount of 1400.00. At this point the customer has posted negative comments and remarks regarding the situation about Jake Sweeney's business and character. At no point was anyone referred to being a liar or dishonest. Any further assistance or compensation will not be extended to the vehicle owner. The vehicle got rain water on it and now has etching in the paint. The customer has been recommended to seek assistance from his insurance company due to the fact that rain is not a controllable element by the dealer. Repairs were completed properly and in a timely fashion and alternative transportation was provided during the repair visit. Mr*** will not be receiving any further contact or assistance from Jake Sweeney Automotive in this situation

The information was sent on 8/18/16 to have the credit pull removed. The credit bureau usually tells us that it takes 4-weeks to remove. I have emailed them on 9/12/to check on the status. Once I hear back, I will update the case.

There seems to be an intermittent issue with the heated seatThe customer stated that they wanted to take the vehicle to a dealership closer to their house instead of allowing us to continue to look in to itAnd we agreed to thisWe contacted the dealership of the customers choice in Dayton Ohio

We also want the credit pull removed as well. As soon as we find that the request has been fulfilled we will notifiy Mr ***. As I have stated in previous emails MrsAllen did not have a vibration complaint her last visits here.? Even after her last visit she never complained of a vibration just the noise was still there.? We do not feel we did anything to her wheels while it was here or she would have complained of a vibration not a noise.? As far as her not being treated right because she was a woman is not true at all.? The only person who ever got loud or cursed was MrsAllen when in my service drive on her last visitAgain I ask has there been and estimate given to repair the alleged bent wheel
